Took my car here for the airbag recall and was close to needing a state inspection so told them to do that too. My car failed because the parking break was broken. That’s fine. Took it somewhere else to have it fixed. I set another appointment with this place to have the rejection sticker removed and get the state sticker now that it’s fixed. I got there at my appointment time and was informed that I had to wait at least another hour to be seen by a mechanic. The appointment time was just to see someone at the service desk. Not to be worked on. What??? When I set an appointment it’s to get my car worked on at that time. Not hours later. On top of that she told me it had to go through the whole inspection process again which is another 1.5 hours. Never heard of this before. I left work for this so I don’t have time to sit around half a day for something so trivial. I’ve dealt with failures before and I always get the thing fixed, take it back, show proof I got it fixed, and I’m out the door in 10 minutes. Not 3 hours. This whole thing this morning was one of the dumbest things I’ve dealt with at a dealership and I’m never taking my car back here. It’s also way over priced like most dealerships. 60k service here was quoted at $1.4k. $900 at autohaus. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Autohaus in Yorktown. Cheaper and more personal care.Edit: took my car somewhere else immediately after, without an appointment and was out the door with another full inspection in 30 minutes.

Never do business here! We have dealt with Mercedes dealerships for the past 14 years, and this is our first experience here. They lied to us about how much we we get to turn in our car, and took our car and would not give us the payoff money for weeks. In the end, the payoff money was incorrect and they would not correct the amount. Shady business tactics and extremely inadequate customer service. We will never set foot in this dealership again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bobby Walters during my purchase. He was true professional during and after the sale. I drove a 150 miles to purchase my vehicle. The car was ready when I arrived. The salesmen and Bobby made sure we comfortable, they had everything ready. The finance manager did a great job. After the sale Bobby made sure if I had any questions or problems they were taken care of. Mr Walters as a manager showed exemplary skills and puts the customer first. I would really like to give them - stars if that was possible. The list of how bad this dealership is is way to long to list. I have spoken to 5-6 different managers and advisers and nothing is getting handled. All I get is sorry. No loaner car to speak of. They have had my car now for almost 2 weeks. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. They are happy to sell you a car with a maintenance plan. But service department won’t honor it and they will charge you for your service work. DO NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM TYSINGER. Absolutely the worst service group I have ever had to deal with.

Great dealership overall. We actually travelled 4 1/2 hours one way to buy the perfect Mercedes we were looking for. This dealership was one of only a few in the country that had the one we wanted. Mr. Jameson was great.We have three issues with the dealership however.Starting from the biggest issue to the smallest1. We opted for the extended warranty. Only the next day after reviewing the paperwork did I realize how much the total price was. We knew the monthly price that was rolled into our financing, but not the total (yes it was in the paperwork signed, but you know how it is. Plus we were super tired by the time the paperwork was being signed)The finance guy sold it to us for $7,000. We found out from our local MB that they would have sold it to us for literally half that price. We did end up cancelling it and I went to a third party company but we werent happy that we found out there was such a crazy upcharge. The part that REALLY stung was we also referred a friend who also took the 4 1/2 hour each way to buy an MB at this dealership. Though we warned her about the insane markup on the warranty and she didnt buy it. Maybe if they didnt do that she would have.2. I also found out that the ceramic coating had a crazy upcharge as well. Again, our local dealership charges $750 for it and we payed $1700. In the interest of full discloser I did find that price to be agreeable because I had looked up ceramic coating for other cars and it was $1200 for exterior only and this did both exterior and interior.3. This is a minor issue, but we were suppose to get a kit to keep up the appearance of our car after the ceramic coating. I called several times about it and they never sent it *shrugs*. Its not a big deal, but its just one of those little things that just stick.*Update to dealers response* Local dealership looked at our warranty and w/ that miles and months would have charged half. In fact he wasnt able to cancel our policy for the full amount because the price was so inflated he would have only been able to get us the cost of the warranty back, not double amount that was charged. We got it cancelled through the dealership but because of the large overcharge it had to go through the dealership.

Customer service was outstanding! But unfortunately the work is sketchy. Ive visited this location about 3 or 4 times now and on all but one occasion Ive had to return my vehicle for a new issue. Just seemed unlikely being that I have never been through this with any other dealership in my 22 years of owning vehicles. Had my brakes done and the vehicle was given back with brakes still squeaking until I adjusted myself. Ive spent about 6k in maintenance the past year, thats a 1st as well even with my other Benz vehicles. Just an uneasy feeling to feel skeptical.

Third Benz. First experience with Tysinger. Found CPO vehicle that met my needs and set up an appointment for a test drive. Initial setup handled exclusively online. Arrived at the dealership at the specified time and Rick Smith was assigned to handle the transaction. Rick had the car up front and waiting when I arrived. Rick was very easy to work with. A 35-year career in selling Mercedes, this salesman knew his product line. Best part of the experience was the no pressure stance. Rick hand walked me through the entire purchase and made sure things kept moving. Sammy was my assigned finance guy, and while his systems were giving him some challenges due to the Texas storms, he stayed very upbeat, and didnt let it deter him from getting the job done.As a service oriented business owner myself, Im fully aware that occasional experiences dont measure up, as hard as you might try. Its how you handle those speed bumps that dictate whether a customer can retain their confidence in your service. I know some reviews might paint a less than optimal experience. I cant say that about my experience at Tysinger. Rick, Sammy, and the service team were spot on today. I would feel confident recommending them to others.

We had such an easy and enjoyable car leasing experience. We worked with Wendy Stradford and she was like a friend to work with. She listened to what we wanted and found the perfect fit for us! She even had a great Thai restaurant commendation! She still answers our questions about the car and Thai food, almost a month later. This is the way car buying should be. Well be back for sure!

Plethora of issues during the purchasing process of this vehicle, going on for five weeks now.01/15 saw a car advertised online as CPO (when it in fact was not at the time, it was going through the process); 01/16 negotiated the deal over the phone as we live a few hours away and scheduled pick up for 01/22; 01/18 put a deposit on the car; 01/21 received a call that the car will not be ready due to a cracked windshield; postponed pick up on 01/27; 01/26 we were notified the car will not be ready (second time) as they are waiting for yet; another windshield due to a damage on the first replacement; 01/27 parents went to the dealership on our behalf to test drive and see the car in person as we were becoming uneasy about the deal. They discovered the following two issues: The splash shield was cracked. Rear seat entertainment hook-up trim was scratched/ had discoloration. These were not previously disclosed nor addressed and we had to request them to be fixed.On 2/5 car was delivered with to us (courtesy of the dealership for the two canceled pick ups) with no registration; 02/10 notified dealership of noise the car making that is not normal; 02/15 received a follow up on noise (five days later) to bring to a local dealership for follow up service...a car that I have put less than 100 miles on since I have it; 02/17 as of today DMV still shows old car that I traded in on the account and not the new one; 02/17 as of today my bank has no indications of a payoff on my old vehicle (We were told the process will take up to 10 business days which is in two days, verified with their representative, there is still a chance that will happen on time).Lets top it off with financing issues...During the discussions for financing, we were told ONE credit check takes place for both vendors we were shopping. Instead, THREE credit checks were ran on two consecutive days (two on one day and one the following). Had I been given accurate information initially, I would not have ran the Capital One check as I am a client and I can get my rate and payment estimate without a credit hit.This has been an exhausting and long process that has eliminated any excitement on my end. It has been the least delightful purchasing experience.It all comes down to the fact that if the vehicle was not ready, it should not have been advertised so soon, or at least realistic expectations should have been set from the beginning.While I completely understand delays may occur, there have been a few too many obstacles.This is a second Mercedes vehicle we purchase by arranging the deal over the phone, the first one at another location. Nothing, not even remotely close happened then so I would like to believe this is just a dealership issue and not an overall brand representation of how business is handled.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. 7 HOURS for ONE tire to be changed. NO communication between staff, NO loaner vehicles, NO respect for people’s time, NO one reaches out to you, just a NO for me. I’ve been to many MB dealerships, in many states and I would have NEVER received the service I received from this dealership today. My experience was great me and daughter went to purchase a car and had a schedule appointment with lioyd Francis he was on time allowed us to test drive the car answer any questions or concerns we may have and we was able to find a car that she could paid cash and within her budget. In May years in dealing with salesman lloyd francis is the best and listened to everything we had to say we have been searching for cars for a couple of weeks at other car places i contacted lloyd and he set up appointment for us to meet and had a car for us to test drive that was in our price range very professional Rashan Taliaferro was excellent in customer care he took the time taking care of our paperwork even though it was close to closing answer any questions we had and explaining in detail what we was signing he very patient and knowledgeable

I am disappointed this is my second time this year attempting to get my car washed at Tysinger. The first I didn’t make an appointment and waited 90 minutes. Today I had an appointment booked (inspection and car wash) over a week in advance and after 5 hours I was told the car wash had a line. For a simole car wash service prescheduled.

I went there to fix my car . Has ESP malfunction light sayd visit work shop. I did visit there and after two day girl says we still working on it . She was rude and she said if you dont want to wait just come take your car . I did go and they said there is no esp issues . And after only one day still l had esp light on . Come on guys its not a only mechanic. Its Mercedes Benz. I just wonder why l did pay 180 dollar for nothing.

I have called to speak with Mike and have been told by three different people I would have my call returned and have yet to receive a phone call. No one has updated me on the status of my vehicle which has been in the shop for a week and no one returns calls. I am highly disappointed in what is supposed to be high class customer service. I usually go to another location maybe thats where I should continue to go.

I used the Tysinger valet service on my new Mercedes. By happenstance and surprise, I saw the valet routing through my center console & cup holder cabinets. The car was returned to me with an $80 USB power pack missing from the console. I use the power pack to power systems connected to my hearing aids during traveling. I notified Tysinger sales, customer service, and Mr. Tysinger with no response from anyone. I did not ask for reimbursement for my loss. The Tysinger service was fine, but the burden of disappointment was amplified by the Tysinger silent treatment.

Horrible service needed tire as well as alignment. I went to pickup my car I received partial alignment paid full price. Needless to say I have to take my car somewhere else for the remaining service. My car was also missing no one could seem to locate my car after I received horrible service. Stay from these people.

I took my GLC300 to the dealership where I bought the car when my engine light came on. Having 52,000 miles on it I was told the valve was bad and needs a replacement with the cost close to $2,000, which wasn’t covered by warranty. I got no loaner vehicle, which was promised as curtesy when buying a new car from them. Communications are very poor. 4 days later I’m still waiting for my car to fixed. Very disappointed...

Service, service, service! Brought my recently purchased used SUV here for manufacturer required mileage maintenance (out of warranty). I was wary of markups and unnecessary service, knowing that I was going to a dealer. The staff in the service department were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Matt Ewell, the primary service representative, saw that some of the scheduled maintenance did not need to be done as it had already been previously done by prior owner. While vehicle being serviced, quickly got me on my way with a loaner vehicle. During service, kept me updated with status. Even arranged to have my vehicle available for pickup late (7:30pm) on Friday night with sales staff who were also friendly and courteous and quick. Surprised and pleased with experience.

We had an appointment on a Thursday in service. We dropped off the vehicle before our appointment time so the car was available to them. We’re having electrical issues with the trailer hitch and we needed 4 tires. We had to follow up on Saturday when we still had yet to hear back from them for a quote on tires and if they had any diagnostic information about the electrical issue. I was yet again told I would get a call back within the next few hours. Never got one, I had to call again. When we got there, service was closed. Needless to say that we went to get the car and plan to go elsewhere for our service.

While traveling from NY to VA, felt the car driving unevenly. Found a bubble in both front tires. They checked tires and showed me where they were worn/wearing so replaced all. Front 2 were in-stock, rears needed to be ordered. They arrived, as promised. Sarah was great!!! She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Our experience was not positive at all (actually outrageous). The customer service we received from Krislyn DiCesare was definately not what we would expect from Mercedes dealership. We went in for a sensor change, possible inspection and oil change. We were later told that since they changed one sensor, they have to change another. We did not agree to the 2nd sensor change since the dealership charged over $300 just for one! They called us again and tried to up-sale us. We did not agree to other services and told them we did not want inspection from them anymore. When we came to pick my car up my husband was told they did inspection anyway (!), charged us for it and.....wait for it....said that breaks have only ONE YEAR left in them and gave me rejection sticker! If I wanted to do breaks with them it would have been $500 just for two breaks!!! Something did not feel right especially I drive my car only 2000-3000 miles per year.That is not all....Immediately I took my my car to another shop. I was quoted $260 only for inspection, sensor and two breaks but it turned out that after inspection I DID NOT NEED ANY BREAKS CHANGED. They told me there is a lot of life left in them!I feel misinformed, used, and definitely would not expect that from Mercedes dealership. I believed that when you are lied about required services it needs to be brought up to corporate.

We got a 2019 Audi A3 this last week. I have had numerous brands of vehicles from dealers throughout the United States and never had the experience I did at Tysinger. It was an absolute pleasure. Leon, our salesman was amazing. He was on top of everything and had a great attitude the whole time. The sales manager greeted us and was apart of the process from A to Z, which I have never experienced. He found a way to get us the best deal possible and thought of our future in regards to where we will be financially. I am going on 20 years in the Navy and the sales manager leadership was on point. I want to work for a team like this when I retire in August. Thank you all for the impeccable service and allowing us into your family. Oh, the car is amazing as well. We will be back in the future.

My husband and I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz C250 from Tysinger and the service was amazing! They worked with us and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. We walked in kind of late on a weeknight and everyone stayed to help us feel comfortable and make the deal. Our salesman was Ed, and he was so nice and professional. He knew everything about the vehicle that we were looking for and was able to answer our questions on the spot without leaving us hanging with a let me find out response. It was awesome. It was the fastest we have ever been in and out of a dealership while also leaving very happy with our decision. We live about 45 minutes away from Tysinger and chose them over the other Mercedes dealership in our area because of the great reviews I read here. They also offer a valet service where they drop off a vehicle to you and take yours when you need your vehicle serviced. Since we live a bit of a ways away, that was such a convenient advantage! I will definitely recommend Tysinger to anyone looking for a car purchase or lease. I am looking forward to a very happy car-relationship with Tysinger!

Good place to shop for a new vehicle. There is a Hyundai dealership here as well. I test drove a 2018 Hyundai Sonata, and I was really impressed with this vehicle. Huge inventory here, and the prices are not bad. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, its a good chance you will decide to buy a new Hyundai once you test drive one, due to the quality as well as the price, and even better, Hyundai has the best warranty of any other brand in America. That alone will save you allot of money in the long run.

On 7 July I called and scheduled an appointment for a state inspection and for them to address the panoramic sun roof making a hard “knock” sound when the vehicle is driven over bumps. The appointment was 8 July at 8am, the vehicle was dropped off the night of the 7th and keys placed in the overnight drop box. On the morning of the 8th I received a phone call from Matt the service advisor, he stated they would be able to complete the safety inspection today but didn’t know if they would get to the other issue. I informed Matt that it wasn’t a huge deal if the car wasn’t ready for pick up on 8 July. On 9 July 2020 at approximately 2:30 pm I called Matt but only got his voicemail. I proceeded to leave a message requesting a status of my vehicle. I did not get a call back so I decided to stop on my way home. Upon arrival I approached Matt desk and he was on his personal cell phone and on the dealership phone. He quickly stated he was on hold with an insurance so I waited. Matt hung up the dealership phone and I told him my name and informed him I was wondering about the status of my vehicle. Matt then proceeds to tell me that the safety inspection was completed but unfortunately they have been trying to replicate the “knock” sound all day but has been unsuccessful. I paused for a moment and looked at the Mercedes Benz valet app and noticed the vehicle hadn’t been started in a day. I then proceeded to tell Matt you are lying to me because the vehicle has not been started today so there is no way it was driven today in order to identify the problem. I also told Matt the vehicle ignition has only been on and off once his I dropped it off on the night of the 7th. Matt then asked me to have a seat and he would get the shop foreman. While waiting I received a notification from the valet app that stated my vehicle was just started, I looked out the window and say the shop foreman pulling my vehicle into the service bay. Matt and the shop foreman both approached me and asked if I could go on a drive with the shop foreman to identify the issue. Prior to the drive I spoke to the service manager and informed him about the blatant lie I was told and he literally was more concerned about my unit patch on my uniform then the situation. He handed me his card and I left. I was in my uniform so of course I’m not going to discredit the Army or my unit but I’m fuming with anger. This is a luxury car dealership and for them to attempt to con me is unacceptable. I have yet to be offered a loaner vehicle or anything. This just makes me wonder if Tysinger Mercedes Benz is preforming any services they are charging their customers. FYI..I still don’t know when I’m going to get my vehicle back

I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone they are the worse I didn’t know I could leave a review until now. I went to this dealership in March with my Lexus looking for an upgraded lexus which I had seen and it was 15000 I went with 10,000 in hand so I would have very little to finance . I drove for an hour and a half and once getting there they informed me that the lexus had been sold. This guy name Bobby Walters Jr was supposed to be working in my best interest which he wasn’t talked me into getting this upgraded car and me not being good with numbers gave them my $10,000 cash and Once getting home I looked at the paperwork and discover not only was my 10,000 nothing being that the car was over 40,000 I was stuck with this huge payment of 500. So I called the BBB and prepaid legal and they advised me to call this Bobby Walters jr and I did the next morning he told me my lexus had been sold o couldn’t get my money back and the law in which I thought you had 72 hours to get out of a contract wasn’t true. I would never ever ever do business with this company they don’t look out for the consumer they take your money and look out for themselves NEVER I repeat NEVER utilize this company ever!!!!!

I would rate this a -5 if it was an option. Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Went in today for a courtesy wash and 2 hrs later my car was just still sitting there without being moved. When I approached the service Tech she went ahead and “cut the line” and send my car to be washed. When my car was “ready” it was delivered to me wet as if it was just watered down, THEY DIDNT EVEN DRY IT!!!As I spoke to the young man that was giving me back my car he said the car was never tagged and that’s why it was sitting there without it being serviced. If I wanted a full “courtesy wash” I would have to wait another 20 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE service from a Mercedes Benz dealership! The manager will hear directly from me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed!

Great experience. Came in just to look at car and end up buying a car. Zachary was really great he offer to do things more than what we even ask for and welling to show us all the things we ask for. He was always smiling and make it feel really easy to buy a car even though we change our mine a few time on which cars we want. Out of all the dealer ship I been to, this one was really friendly. The worst service experience with my Mercedes ever. I made an appointment for a recall to replace 4 bolts on the rack of the rack and pinion steering. I also had an intermittent check engine light diagnosis. The appointment was for 1:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday and I dropped it off an hour early. The recall is a 2 hour repair to include the alignment after the bolts are replaced. I called on Thursday and 3:30 pm and spoke to the service advisor to see when I could pick it up. He said they had found some old codes doing the diagnostics and would like to drive it some more to see if they could reproduce it. He also mentioned they hadn’t completed the recall work.On Friday morning at 9am I called 3 times and left messages on my service advisors voicemail that I had to have the vehicle completed by noon for ride issues and asked for a call back about the status. I never was called back.I had my wife call at 11 am when we were on our way to the area and she personally spoketo the service advisor and said we were headed to an appointment and then to Costco and would be at the dealership by 1.We arrived at the dealership at 1 to pick up the vehicle and he had to go check the status. The status was the codes were for wheel speed sensors but because they couldn’t reproduce it they didn’t do anything except a software update. As far as the recall repair the technician had changed to bolts but was waiting for the alignment rack. One vehicle on it already and I was next. I had to sit until 3 pm for my vehicle to be complete.I also inquired if Mercedes would cover the speed sensors or whatever the issue is should it be outside my warranty and it is a pre-existing condition they couldn’t diagnose. He said it is a hard NO with Mercedes even though they could diagnose it if it happens again. He said sometimes in short period post warranty they will make an exception. Just amazing to me.Please avoid this dealership and maybe Mercedes if at all possible.

I’m so disappointed at seeing the decline in customer service here. We’ve been bringing our cars for service here for the last few years and have always been delighted. However, the appointment today started with sub-standard attention to detail during scheduling and now they don’t have a loaner we requested when we made the appointment. It’s so sad to see dealers trying to save money by sacrificing on customer care.

This dealership is one of the ​kindest dealerships​ I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I called in because my lease on my C300 was coming to an end. The sales lady Brenda was super nice and referred me to her manager. I didnt lease a vehicle with them because I got an immediate call after I spoke with them for an amazingly priced 2018 E300 . Even after I didnt go with them, the manager himself and the owner followed-up in email apologizing and gave me a certificate for a free oil change. Who does that? Ive also received follow-up calls since then just to see how Im doing. These people are top-notch​!

We purchased our Mercedes Sprinter for our business not realizing that everything cost triple what a normal van would cost to service. We scheduled a oil change expecting it to be a little over $300. The service adviser had our employee sign a work order for $675.00 even though he was asked to call if the service required anything more than an oil change. Our office was told that they could not tell us what service was needed by the mileage of around 20k. They were specifically asked to call us with a price once they had the vehicle. Upon arrival, a oil change, fuel filter, wiper blades, and tightening u bolts ( something that should be covered under the 36,000 bumper to bumper) added up to $675.00 yet we received no call. They had our employee sign the work order and began to proceed with the work not authorized by the owner on the work order. I was lucky enough that I was able to stop them before doing the work. After voicing my opinion of $175.00 in parts costing $675.00 to install , the service adviser told me that I obviously did not hear him say that they were changing the fuel filter and the wiper blades. I was TOLD to wait outside until they brought it up. Once brought up I was told I had to come back inside and sign something to get my keys back. Then I was told after commenting about the prices again, Well our business is flourishing which is obviously not the case for some people. At that point I gave my spare key to my tech and told him to go ahead and leave. I asked again for my key and was told I could either sign his invoice or he has the one for $645.00 ( after a $30 coupon we had ) that my employee signed. I told him I guess I can get my key back in court and left. The Sprinter is a great van but Mercedes didnt think about small business when they built it. Anything that requires $300 oil changes, and $375 worth of fuel filter, wiper blades ( not needed) and bolts tightened at 20k miles isnt built for the working man. I am guessing Tysinger is the perfect place for folks that dont look at their bills and have come to expect the higher ownership cost that comes with Mercedes. When Mercedes launched their ad campaign with something to the effect of ready to work as a slogan, I guess they meant you better be ready to work so that you can pay their service fees and for the court cost to get your keys back. I dont think that Mercedes is a good fit for small business. It was okay that they dropped the ball after being specifically asked to call if there was anything else needed. It was okay that they made an assumption that someone with an entirely different name than the name on the repair order was authorized to sign for more than double the requested work. However when the responsible person ( me) takes issue with you not doing your job and essentially tip toeing across the line of breaking the law ( VAC 59.1-207.3 ) save yourself the trouble and hand him his keys and apologize for the mix up.

Service department is among the best I have had to deal with. I am currently selling vehicles at another dealership. I know how important the service department is and I am glad I have Mike at Tysinger as my service writer. That being said, I cant say as much for their finance department. I left a voice message on a Wednesday and did not hear anything until I told Mike the problem (five days later) I was having with his finance department. Only then did I get a phone call. I would have given Tysinger five stars if it werent for that.

Bought my car here 3 years ago, took it in for a new set of tires yesterday. Worked with Dave, one of the service writers. He was great. Got me a loaner so I wouldnt have to wait around for it. Had new rims for the tires so I kept the old rims with tires mounted to resell. They wrapped the tires in plastic so they wouldnt dirty the seats or the trunk. Great service. Only thing I would downgrade them on is that they noted on the service report that they washed the car, but the car was not cleaned when I got it. And they did a courtesy inspection, but never discussed any of that either.

I actually visited several shops; and as faith would have it, Tysinger discovered a recall, and repaired the vehicle free of charge, which saved me $3500. I purchased a car from here today and left without it. I came and looked at the vehicle on Thursday and Friday and arranged to come pay for it and pick it up Saturday. Saturday I arrived, signed all the paperwork, paid for the car... just to be told that the car had been towed and they wouldnt be able to get it back until Monday. I am very upset with how things went. The whole time I was there I was passed around from salesman to salesman, none of who knew where the car was or what was going on. My original salesman was off with another customer the whole time and neglected to let the other salesmen know the status of the car I was getting and did not even bother to have the car ready. Because of this I spent 2 and a half hours at the dealership. Most of which I spent confused wondering where the car was. At this point I do not even know any the car because I feel like I was pushed to the side because they felt like the new potential customer was more important than I was.I dealt with a total of 2 other salesmen, neither of which was the one that I was originally working with. The first only had me sign for the car. Then I waited an hour for the second to come get me to pay for the car. An hour later I was told that the car was towed. My question is... if I told them I was coming at 430 to purchase the car, why did they not check to make sure the car was ready? And since they didnt check at that point why didnt they check before having me sign for it? And even after that, they had a third opportunity to check while I was paying for it. Instead they made me wait for a car that was not even there and now I am trapped into having it, despite being disrespected since I have already signed the paperwork. I will never buy a car from here again, nor will I ever suggest anyone I know buy a car from here. The saddest part is, my friend who took me here to buy this car, and his family had bought several cars from here. That alone should have been enough for my patronage to be a priority. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied and do not even want the car anymore. I would much rather buy a car from someone who respects my time and money.**edit** I originally rated them 1 star because of my experience. However the company contacted me to apologize and allowed me to get a refund for the car. I am very happy with the way they handled things. Even though originally I had a bad experience the fact that they resolved it so quickly, makes me feel like they actually do care about their customers and they felt bad about the way I was treated. I raised it to 3 stars since they got back with me and resolved everything.

I used to have outstanding service here until they found out I was 18. I brought my Audi A6 in for an issue I had had with the air condition and the service guy had an attitude with me and my mother from the moment we stepped out of my vehicle. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day but unfortunately this was getting out of hand. When I requested a loaner car as I usually do and have gotten one before, he asked my age and when he found out I was 18 he said oh sorry we dont rent to you even though they have given me loaner cars before. I think that having an attitude with a customer regardless of their age and then refusing service that you have provided previously just because of age is completely and utterly unacceptable and I feel as if i am being discriminated against. I dont have any other vehicle to drive and I have to get to school, work and other places and now am stuck without a vehicle for 3 days. I used to praise this dealership for the amazing customer service but i must say I have to repeal my statement as they treat young people as peasants when young people are future new car sales such as myself. I plan to buy a new 2024 Audi RS7 Performance when I graduate medical school. I will most definately not buy it from Audi Hampton if I continue to be treated as if I am below anyone else just because of my age. I dont appreciate it and I most defiantly do not feel like part of a family as they say I should at Tysinger Automotive Family. I will be sure to tell all of my friends since theyre my age not to go to any Tysinger dealership because they dislike young car owners/buyers and that they will not treat them as they should be treated. My sales advisor Samantha Terepka was outstanding. She was very sincere and outgoing from the first time she called my phone, with a trade initiative. I was actually done with searching for a car for a while, but she did not seem pushy or sales like. I decided to bring my vehicle to her for an estimate. When attempting to sale me on a vehicle, she placed all of my needs first. Her angle was very caring and compassionate. I had not had a car sales experience as relaxing as I did with her. She honestly seemed to care, and she was excellent with her patience and understanding. I even had to bring my 3 girls along with me, and she ensured they were also happy and comfortable. This is the worst Mercedes-Benz dealership I’ve ever been to. Shortly after I purchased the vechicle, this is the email that I sent to Mr. Tysinger himself and never got a response back:Mr Tysinger,First, I appreciate your attention to your customers. I had a great experience buying the car (CPO 2016 C300) and my sales person treated me well. However, I’ve noticed multiple issues with the vehicle since I purchased it. I’ve communicated with my sales person (Roger) and he took me to the service department to resolve my issues. Those issues include the rear driver side tire losing air, the clips on the roof are broken and need to be replaced (per service advisor), chips in the windshield, and one of the speakers is making static noises. I’ve had to drive from Richmond multiple times and while nothing is fixed, it’s been very in convenient. I drove down today and I am currently in the service department waiting for the technician to figure out what they’re going to do. I spoke with the service manager and he said “long story short, I am not replacing your windshield”. This was not my first time owning a Mercedes and certainly not the first time dealing with Mercedes dealerships. I am very disappointed with the treatment after purchasing the vehicle as I thought I am buying a quality car from a respectable dealership. If the issues are not resolved, I would like to return it or trade it with something in a better condition. Please let me know your thoughts.Thank youFurthermore, a month before my car was totaled i went to the dealership to cancel the packages that I purchased when I bought the car. The finance manger told me that I can refund them and said it would take one or two payment cycles. I finally just got some of them refunded after a few months of calling them (not to mention the many times they just stop replying to your emails and forwarding you to their voicemail because they don’t know what to tell you). While I was told that these packages are refundable by two finance managers and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, that was not the case. Now, I cannot be refunded for a package that I purchased and never used a single time. Employees of this dealer are not honest and will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale and get a nice commission check by the end of the month. After this experience, I will never return to this dealership.

Had a great buying experience here. Bobby (salesman) and Keith (manager) were great. We bought a used Mercedes at a good price, we love the car, and their post-sale service has been great! There was no bs haggling, they gave us all the info with a price offer and it was exactly what I was looking to pay for the car based on my research. Was not a certified car, but they still repaired a minor issue free of charge, and made sure they followed up and checked in to make sure were happy. Buying last year from Tysinger I was impressed that their valet service would come to Virginia Beach to pick up my car for service. Trying it for the first time, this was my initial experience with Tysinger valet and service. Im impressed. They came as scheduled, had very pleasant folks, left me with an excellent Audi to use, and performed the service, which included warranty work, efficiently and without fuss. The Service Consultant, Jeff Bedsaul, called me each day keeping me appraised of progress and explaining what had been and was being done. When the car was returned it was clean and ready for use. Everyone I dealt with at Tysinger was pleasant and helpful. Im delighted with the entire process. And to top it off the cost of the service was very reasonable. Im hooked.

Main reason behind that was that they offer loaner cars.I scheduled my appointment on super short notice online, went there and was impressed how everything worked out. Their prices are competitive, and they were more than happy to work with us negotiations. I love Tysinger Hyundai! This is the only place I go to get work done on my car. My service manager Mike is AWESOME!!!! He always goes the extra mile to get the problem solved. Had warranty service performed. Sarah was my service writer. It was a multiday thing so she had me in a loaner, which was a well equipped 2018 C-class (I was bringing them an 11 year old car that has warranty on the affected part by virtue of a class action settlement Mercedes had done). At one point as a result of a misunderstanding on my end I sort of let her have it when she didnt deserve it, and she was very nice about it. Work was done right and they didnt even charge me for the quick add on work I gave them to do at the same time (Im sure it only took them minutes but usually a dealer is going to throw a minimum labor charge on for any add on work). Nothing more a person can ask.

I recently inherited a 2009 Mercedes after my mother passed away. My dear sweet mother unfortunately was not able to take care of the car to keep it as clean and pristine as it could have been. I took the car to Tysinger and with the help of Dr. Vinyl they were able thoroughly clean and re-dye the badly stained carpets to make the car look like new again. I havent had any problems with my GLC300, so when I went in for my state inspection I wasnt really sure where to go. Mike found me wandering around like a lost puppy and took excellent care of me. He let me know I had 3 (minor) recall notices which they knocked right out. They cleaned and vacuumed the car and I left knowing Id been in expert care. Ive owned a dozen cars in my fifty years and this is best car from the best dealership.
