Ive been harassed with loud door knocking during the week and weekends! Ive NEVER done business with them ever! They keep leaving these red things on my door! I called the number and spoke with someone who was very nasty and wanted to know my name etc. I told them my apartment complex and that Ive been there for 3 months. He got smart again when I didnt give him my personal info. He said they were just going to keep coming! Im calling corporate!

Okay first off your customer service reps are very rude i literally just called to let them know why i was late being all nice and knowing i will pay the fee the person i was on the phone with said “ uh ya we send you messages to let you know you’re late” and i said “ ofc i understand that’s why i was letting you guys know i will pay tomorrow so you guys don’t have to keep calling” HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME” okay u still will have to pay fees soo why are you calling .. i’m trying make it easier on y’all… very very rude .

This is the most rude and ghetto place I have ever rented from. I didn’t remember to change my card after getting a new one bcuz of fraudulent activity on my other card I was told that was unacceptable and stated she shouldn’t have rented the furniture to me. And also spoke to another manger stating to me that if I wasn’t going to pay the extra then I was gonna have late charges if I didn’t come in and pay it i explained that I was in N.C. and couldn’t come in bcuz I was there with my sister who’s sick with leukemia but that didn’t matter but I was willing to pay over the phone with my new card that they could put on file for further payments.

I have been dealing with this wonderful place for over a year and the are exceptional. I love their staff and are always helpful and flexible with my needs and wants. Thank you to all the staff that are forever making it quick and easy to get furniture. I was in such a bind when I moved here from south Dakota and was impressed with how easy everything was. Thank you so much!!!❤

The WORST place I ever went too. The staff is AWFUL, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Somebody need to talk to their staff because this unacceptable. I would NEVER EVER purchase anything else from this place and I wont be recommended anyone to this place. 1 star because my TV and furniture. 🤷🏿‍♀🤷🏿‍♀

They will blow your phone up if you miss one payment and be at your door ready to pick up they belongs. I missed one payment but I always pay the late fee and the reminder balance. They just never try to work with you it’s SAD . I never let my balance go over 231 always pay it. !!

The WORST place I have ever dealt with. All of their employees are rude and disrespectful. If you’re late on your payment by an hour they began calling back to back, banging on the door repeated, and ringing the doorbell and ungodly amount of times. I have never been treated with such disrespect from any company ever like this.

I tried explaining to them my situation and when i would be able to pay, lady got snarky and gave me an attitude. Its all about money to them.

Even if you pay them on time they still come to your door banging on it and when you confront them about it they just say oh sorry must have been an error in papers I got them to cancel my order because no man is going to come bang on the door with my girl friend home alone over nothing because they cant look at piece of paper and see that you have already paid your stuff they are very rude and need to be shut down

Excellent customer service

My mom lives down in Hampton Virginia I live up in New Hampshire. I called to find out how this went with her new furniture and she said they just dropped all the stuff off and they don’t put things together ever since covid. I understand that but let a person know ahead of time. 50+ year old lady living by herself with no tools to do it but they didn’t care all they wanted was a sale. Horrible way to do business. Be upfront they still would have gotten the sale only difference is she would have had help to put it together. I would’ve come down to put it together if needed be. I would’ve given 0 but 1 star cause at least they delivered the furniture.

I bought a gaming system and i opened the Pc and the glass was shattered it was completely broken . i cut my finger open on the glass . they don’t ship well at all .

Ive had nothing but a good experience with them I dont know what everyone else is talking about maybe they didnt pay them I dont know I pay on time every time an have never once had a problem

Possibly one of the most ghetto stores ive ever come in contact with. When they delivered my furniture the associates smelled like weed (as did my couch) and when a payment is late (I recognize this is my fault) they call and harass you (during your work hours) and your family. I call and ask for a corporate number, and Angie gives me the number to a random Rent a Center in Norfolk and they have no idea as to why i was given their number. Its very difficult to take this place seriously.

Place charges you double what it actually costs if not more, but I guess it helps when you can’t pay for it in full.

Its a blessing for those who cant afford to purchase items outright, to have the opportunity to make payments while you keep the item, until the item is paid off! Great

Its good to be able to make payments on products you love until you pay it off, then it belongs to you forever!

The staff is very rude I ask them to come pick up the TV i got from them on Tuesday 1/07/19 the said ok he was on his way now my payment is due tomorrow so Sherri the manager lie and said they couldnt pick it up til Saturday now the guy already told me had a cancellation that he would pick it up today. Renter Center dont give a damn about their customer talking about their work with you thats a lie.

Horrible place to deal with, they are selling items on “offer Up” online and when we showed up to purchase the item they literally sold it to someone else while we were looking at it and reviewing the item. Not a place to do business with when they treat their customers that way. Shari, who supposedly is the manager should be ashamed of the way you handled yourself. STAY AWAY FROM DOING ANY BUSINESS HERE!
