Not helpful at all. Bree was standing by the door looking at us as customers waiting to check out at the counter before she reluctantly chose to come check us out. In checking us out provided horrible customer service and was very discourteous.

I spent approximately $200, today and Im a retired military soldier. I was told, I couldnt receive a military discount because I wasnt in the system and I had my military ID and Federal ID. So sad will not be shopping at foot Locker and recommend no military soldier do so until this is fixed.

I dont know dudes name who has helped me the 4 times Ive been to foot locker since a week before Christmas, but my guy has been the coolest, most helpful, always looking out for their #1 customer, yours truly, referee shirt wearing person EVER. My receipt has a sales associate and a cashier name, idk whos Tomiek and whos Jalen and which one helped me, but that doesnt matter anyway cause they are all awesome. They both deserve a raise or promotion in my eyes(ahheeemmmmmm foot locker)Best shoe shopping experience ever.I got my sons some Js and Maxs, my neice some Js and Forces, and my shoes were sold out in store and he looked em up and got them shipped free to my house AND STILL ON THE AWESOME SALE PRICE. Ive had problems with foot locker in the past, BUT NEVER THIS HAMMOND LOCATION. I will find out dudes name
