We found some items we were looking for but the store was out of some things too. The prices are great. There were items for 50% off. Which was great. Although their selection on boys youth clothes were limited I did find my kids some kool items. For 50% off I cant complain about the prices! Be aware the store is very limited and looks as if its closing. Which I hope that isnt the case!

Took a trip down memory lane walking through one of the last K Mart’s left. Plenty of parking, not busy, very clean and organized. The store carries the basic items, plenty of kids wear, some women’s and men’s clothes, some small appliances and limited sporting goods. Not the store it use to be, must work for the locals and people passing through town.

This the last Kmart, out of 2100 stores and going internationally. Visiting this place is like the Bend OR Blockbuster Video. It has original logo. Kmart was born in MI, and retirement in Montana. Preserve this store. Visiting it maybe someone else operate it and lese the name. Part of our history. Lol seriously 😳 lol

Randomly are out of things that had in stock in the recent past. I would still find myself going back in there now and then however, until I went in and noticed they had baby clothes with the pride flag on it!! Ridiculous, not going in there anymore unless I ABSOLUTELY have to, and I strongly encourage you to do likewise. They don’t need my money anymore

Why does this store always resemble one going out of business? Maybe you are.... Just wanted simple summer pajamas, nope, only three full to overflowing six-arm racks of black elastic waist shorts besides more on assorted racks..... Its obvious your not serving your community but whats cheap somewhere that no one wants.

I dont even know what its still doing here? I loved shopping at Kmart back in the day. Even 10 years ago, it was a very important place and I was in there at least once a week it seemed. Slowly theyve fallen apart. They seldom carry anything that youre looking for. They are frequently out of very common things. The staff doesnt know what they do and dont have and they cant tell you where to find it. It really is time for Kmart to go and for Walmart, Target, or some business that actually cares about the service they provide to the community to move in. Kmart is so low on stock that they are having to cordon off sections of the store in some areas, and in others they space things far apart. A Walmart or other store would give many more jobs, and would stop people from spending all of their money in Missoula, which would keep money in our local economy and it would keep many people safe by not having to drive all that way. Our small businesses would also benefit because locals would shop at the small stores too as well as eat locally while they are out. We would also draw a number of people from Wisdom and Salmon, Idaho.

Good store in a smaller town. Working hard to emerge post Covid with nice clothing, etc. At reasonable prices. And the staff were friendly and helpful

The store is clean and the staff very pleasant. Wasnt looking for anything particular but found a few things that I couldnt live without. Will be back!!

I got a few things but seems like the prices are to high unless its clearance. Some selections are good like towels and linens. Mens fashions but for the most part its just weird.

This store has definitely survived the test of time. Very classic and has a very vintage feel to it. Only problem is the merchandise has definitely gone downhill since September of 2018 when I visited the store. How much longer will this Kmart survive? Will it be the last to make it in the United States? Kalispell , Butte, and a few other Montana Kmarts have met their fate. The employees are very friendly, but a lack of customers and they had no Montana Grizzlies shirts. They had plenty of underpants, cosmetics for the ladies , and other essential items. Looking forward to the future for this store and I believe with the right management this Kmart can be the last surviving Kmart!

So I asked my wife what she wanted to do for her birthday. She used to love the clothing deals available at Kmart. so for her birthday we drove from Idaho just to go to kmart.the store is nice its not very big but they did have alot of good deals on clothes. we ended up spending more then we should have but got some good deals.

I have no idea how this store is staying open. Extremely low stock, merchandise is spread out just to fill empty space. Part of this store should be walled off to make it appear fuller.

Cashier tried to charge me sales tax. I politely told her that MT does not have a sales tax. She rudely told me that the register doesn’t lie and I had to pay state sales tax for my items. I left them on the counter and walked out. I haven’t been back.

It was very fun to see a K mart in function and stocked as well as the Hamilton K mart . The employees were very impressive

Ive been gone a few years and came back for a visit and Im sorry to see how far downhill the local Kmart has become. Quite a few choices for clothing and shoes but thats about it. Theres still a few quality good workers still there so thats a plus.

Really small Kmart with the vintage logo! Probably the only one left like this in the country. Hamilton should enjoy it while it lasts. Its got a decent selection and its well stocked. It must do good business if it keeps avoiding the closure lists.

Their electronics section consists of 24 of the same microwaves and 12 of the same toaster oven. Every time I make the mistake of visiting I find a new way to be disappointed. You cant convince me this store isnt a front for some sort of illegal dealings because how else can it still be open? 2 stars because despite never having anything, it is at least clean and the employees are friendly.

I love the staff at this Kmart. Jan is wonderful, and shes always helpful, as are other staff members. They have really nice kids clothing, and at great prices--when they are on sale.

It was freezing inside the store, and Im not being dramatic...I mean it was really really cold. Cashier was nice, prices were decent.

Hamilton kmart is a joke, they really dont have what you need, its like a clearance store, have not seen so many winter coats etc. In April, try not to go there, but do occasionally just to check, but never a success

The employees are safe and wear masks. The store has changed-it mostly has essentials and the store has more space to accommodate covid safety measures.

Wishing Kmart could provide the essential things that are not available at the small stores in Hamilton. Their selection is so odd...hundreds of heated blankets...no bed sheets, no towels, no housewares anymore. Sorry to say I will wait and do my shopping at Walmart in Missoula.

Im not sure how theyre still in business cause their parking lot is always empty, but they got a lot of stuff on sale right now so if youre looking for clothing and accessories, go check out Kmart.

Well I passed quite a few employees, one actually brisket away from my direction. One was talking out loud so I responded. May have forgotten to remove my invisibility cloak because they appeared ...um startled?Anyway, I go there sometimes for the short lines at the register.I get messages about rewards points! Money savings! Etc.After I asked about my rewards savings points... Honestly? I still dont know what the big savings deal was all about. The merchandise is alright and the store will remain as my go to back-up.

This Kmart location is most definitely in decline, very little product left on the shelves. Very helpful and friendly staff though.

Not much of a crowd, but we were unable to try on clothes, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Our local Kmart always has good deals the employees are always nice and helpful the store is clean they almost always have the product you want in stock however if they dont you order it online and pick it up at the store which also now accepts EBT which I think is probably very convenient for new Mom or Dads so they are able to get clothes, housewares and food for their children

Most worthless store in hamilton. Ive been in multiple times in the last year and they never have any items youd expect them to carry. Bed pillows, girls t-shirts, kitchen plates, etc. If you need socks or an unusual sized article of clothing then this is your store.

KMart in Hamilton, Montana should be closed. They never have anything in stock! I recently looked for file folders, a mop bucket and a Rubbermaid turntable for cabinets. They had none of the above. I also asked about why they carry mostly Montana Bobcat apparel and barely any Grizzly and was told they only get what the corporate office sends. Apparently the corporate office doesnt realize UM is only 40 miles away and MSU is 250!!! As for the file folders I was told they dont carry them and to go to the Paper Clip store. I will not set foot in the place again. Tear the building down and replace with a Target or Walmart! So frustrating!

This is a great place to shop when you dont have a Kmart in your town anymore the prices are reasonable and you can put your things on lay away which is awesome

I got home and noticed i was missing some items. Go through my car, through every item in each bag and they are no where to be found. I mark of each item on my receipt and the missing items are all in a row. Im guessing a bag didnt make it to my cart. I call and ask about it and am told pretty much not my problem. They didnt ask who helped me, didnt offer to check, didnt care. $37.45 worth of items that I will now have to go buy again, but you can bet I wont go back there. I may have left the bag in the cart, not saying its not possible it was my own fault, but I received no help when I called. No questions asked, no apology that I was having an issue, no care in the world. I was obviously bothering them because I called.

Not a very customer-centric store, based on return policies and restocking items. However, the staff are friendly and courteous.
