The difference between Crown motors & every other car dealership on Route 4 is the fact that they wont charge you interest or a finance charge. On top of that, the owner is extremely receptive to hearing out customers needs. I bought a 07 Mercedes Benz from Crown & a few months later the brakes were making a tiny noise so Frank (the owner) helped us out by replacing the brake pads free of charge! Even though, most used car dealers dont deal with customers after they purchase the car because of As-Is laws, Crown Motors wasnt like that at all. On top of the great service, they also have a friendly staff.

This place has a great selection. I have bought a few cars here and you definitely get a good deal here. I wish they had a little more knowledge about the mpg and especially with the hybrids. but you cant beat the financing.

I wish I could do less then 1 star I messaged Mark from crown motors on offer up for a car and he said $2500 come look at the car and if you like it its yours. Me and my fiance go and my fiance is a mechanic. The fluids were sooo disgusting he claimed he was selling it for a friend at first but when my fiance asked where it came from and how long its been sitting there he couldnt even answer the question. All of a sudden the price changed to $3000 and then wed owe them more later when I have the message saying $2500 out the door! And the tires were all showing belts and that is illegal but he didnt even know that. The interior of the car was absolutely disgusting also. Do not go here!

I bought a 2003 Honda Civic from here for $2400. When I took it for a test drive he was screaming at me and said he wanted $5200 for the car. I told him it was a $3000 car. He was pressuring me to sign the paper work and buy it before I left the lot, but I was still looking at other cars. I came back and offered him less because it had rust. The car has issues, but the main issue here is how do you sell a car for less than half the asking price. Shouldnt have bought it. Obviously a crook. STAY AWAY!

I strongly recommend this Dealer. From day one they took excellent care of cars and they gives all the different options according to the budget. They work with us to find what car could fit with our needs and financial possibilities. After about a week of searching they finally got the right car for me with the price meeting our request 2 years back. I thank Mr Farooq Sayani is for his friendliness, patience and honesty. I think Farooq Sayanis attitude and honesty motivated me so much that we finally bought the car and we do love the car. Thanks also to the Manager Daniel for his support and the good deal.

Please, please be sure to ask sales person if the vehicle your looking at has a clean or damaged title. Because they sure in the hell wont come forward and tell you, if you dont ask them. I found out the hard way 45 days later that the truck I bought from them had a damaged title after I received the title from them.

I just purchased an 03 Ford Explorer from Crown Motors just two days ago. I brought it to a mechanic to figure out what was needed and found out the entire suspension system was falling apart and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. I attached the photo of the estimate for repair. I spent $2000 on the vehicle and now two days late have to spend 150% the coat just to drive it. This is after Farooq (Frank) assured us many times on day of purchase how strong and good this vehicle was with minimal issues. He kept saying he wanted to get us in a good car because I had my young son with me. When I attempted to contact Farooq today to try and see if he could at least give a price break to help soften the blow of the extensive repairs needed he told me there was nothing he was willing to do and he hung up on me. It is illegal to knowingly sell a vehicle that is unsafe, and Im horrified that he was willing to sell me a car that was unsafe to drive my 6 year old son around in. This will not be the last time Crown Motors hears from me, I will be taking legal action against them. If you care about your safety or your money DO NOT BUY FROM CROWN MOTORS!!!!!!!!

The only reason im rating it one star is bc i cant go no lower.Total jerks. They will repo your car if u are a day late and charge you 200 for tow fees all cars are bought randomly from auctions. They dont do oil changes and my car broke down and i couldnt drive to make the payment which i warned them about a week in advance and instead of giving me another car they waited till it was a day late and took it.i wouldnt reccomend this to my worst enemy!!!!
