Nice store with a huge inventory. Large inventory of recliners. More leather furniture than most stores but still had a lot of microfiber and fabric options.Able to see most options in a style which makes it easier to custom order exactly what you want.Staff was helpful to coordinate matching leather with different chair models.Compared to nearby Ashley Furniture & Lay-Z-Boy Gallery Muenchens Furniture had comparable quality and brands at much lower prices.Had a sale with a % off and free delivery.

5 stars or more if that could happen.We have ordered several items over the years. The customer service is top notch. The delivery men are so wonderful. Tom and Brian (I think I have their names correct.), are so polite and professional. They deliver, make sure things are cleaned up, and are on top of any questions you may have. We once had an issue with a rocking chair and they were sooo very patient with me and brought me the one I wanted. I have been to furniture companies all over and I would suggest going to them over anyone if you can.Right now with shipping problems all over because of Covid, they fit me into their schedule to bring me my bed on a holiday weekend. I cant possibly thank them enough. God Bless....

I would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase furniture from here. I paid for a couch and got a phone call the next day saying they did not charge the right amount and needed my card again to add $5. The couch did not fit and needed to be returned and I also did not get back $137 dollars because they did not disclose the delivery fee was not refundable. When I spoke to the owner he stated “it’s on me to ask questions and they do not disclose everything!” Worst experience ever.

Plenty of choices here for styles and prices. We have been buying furniture from Muenchens for many years. If you see something you like in a different furniture store, go to Muenchens before you buy... it will be cheaper! The owners are great and you couldnt ask for a friendlier staff. I Highly recommend this place!

I HAD ordered a Bedroom Set from SIMS FURNITURE, believe me when I say.... IF had I known MUENCHEN FURNITURE Store existed, I would have started and ended with all of my Family furnishing needs there.We sold our 8 month old bed and when the family came to pick it up the parents explain to their daughter that they would have to save the money for a mattress, but assured her they would get one.My husband having the big heart that he does gave them our mattress and box spring as well, but I know I would have done the same thing for any little girl.Our NEW BED was coming the next day with no mattresses!!I was in complete panic mission mode. I babbled on & on to my friend and she said, just go out to Muenchuen Furniture they will take care of you... they deliver the next day. I asked how do you know? He said I used to work there back in the day. So I called just hoping..Do you know JEFF had a MATTRESS picked out for me, over the PHONE, and had it DELIVERED the NEXT DAY !!That was 18 hrs later! That was the most KIND, CARING, UNBELIEVABLE Customer Service I have ever EXPERIENCED. Jeff went way above and beyond what anyone else would do. THANK YOU,THANK YOU,THANK YOU !!SAD TO SAY.... Our bed NEVER CAME the one we had waited for for weeks, stayed in a Hotel the last week, instead of the floor. I called and figured there had to be a mistake but was told all the PARTS to the bed were NOT IN STOCK.How could that be??? We went over this order SEVERAL times!I just knew there had to be a mistake!! I called and was treated with RUDENESS, and like I was BOTHERING them, !! I canceled my order with Sims Furniture and I will never deal with anyone ever again except for MUENCHEN FURNITURE.Im going out there today to find My Bedroom Set. I hope to meet Jeff and Thank him in person. I wish I could post this everywhere but what I will do...Is to SEND everyone I meet in need of Home Furnishings to...Muenchen Furniture.There is no place above or beyond!!

What an amazing experience we had! After getting a sectional home yesterday and realized that it was not fitting into our basement, we went back out there today and had the best service. They were able to get the first couch out and the new couch in and set up. We are very thankful for this furniture store and their willingness to make their customers extremely satisfied. And not to mention even in the pouring down rain they contain moving the furniture with smiles on their faces!

Muenchens Furniture has been my mom’s favorite furniture store for 25+ years and now she has me going there for all my furniture needs too. Great service and wonderful staff. Jeff has always gone above and beyond to help me find exactly what I’m looking for and with a great price too! They carry a lot of inventory, but if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for they’ll order it in for you. They have a very relaxed no pressure atmosphere and treat every customer like they’re family. If you haven’t been there yet, please stop by, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Great family owned company. Wonderful customer service that is not high pressure. We ordered a recliner and side table and very happy with the quality. The delivery men were great. When they delivered the recliner and table that we purchased, they saw that my current love seat back was tilted and out of line. They went behind it, tilt it, and snapped it into place to fixed it for me. I did not even ask them to do that. That was above and beyond customer service! By the way we were very happy with prior purchases. We drove for almost an hour just to shop at Muenchens as we live on the east side of Cincinnati. We know we can always find what we want.

We liked the attention from the salesman - very helpful. We felt very good about the the products and love our new couches. Our only area that we felt could have been improved would have been keeping in better touch throughout the 8 weeks while we waited for the furniture and after delivery. That would have gone a long way in great customer service and making us want to buy again. There was one call on the day of delivery to ensure all went well, but after spending a few thousand dollars, a call to inquire about how we liked the furniture after a week or so would have been great.

They have earned our business for LIFE! Great quality, amazing selection and unbeatable prices. The store may be out in the middle of the country, but so worth the drive!

Ive been really excited about going to this store. I saw it on the internet and they had some nice looking dining room sets. I arrived about an hr before closing. The sales guy started off nice and welcoming. Then about 15 min after being there I started feeling like I was being rushed. He kept looking at the time and fast talking me. I didnt like that at all. I may try to go back one day during the earlier hrs to see if the customer service is better.

Bigger inside than it looks, staff is not high pressure, and lots of great priced options to select from.

We purchased a cocktail table several months ago, the lifting mechanism came unscrewed from the cabinet. We called for warranty work, the warranty company said it was our abuse. I called and spoke with Jeff R and he looked at the floor sample and said he could fix it for us. He came out the next day and fixed it. Their customer service has won me over. We will be back to buy furniture when we need it. Thanks for being so great at customer service.

Horrible experience! They were late to an appointment at our house(called to tell us he was on the way after already being 20 minutes late and acted like he was doing me a favor) to look at our falling apart furniture and claimed our warranty was void. Tried to contact owner over the entire experience and never heard a word! Still stuck with a sectional that fell apart before the year warranty was up
