Love this one, they have different stuff than others at times. Doesnt look like they vacuumed in about 3 years, but i could care less for those deals

I really like this Dollar Tree because his customer service is amazing there. The store is normally neat and organized and I can usually find what Im looking for easily and cheaply.

Was a big concern on ppl wearing a mask but not the stores neglect on a child finding a razor on the floor. And when bra ng to the cashiers attention she shrugged it off with out even a basic apology. She snatched the razor and simply seemed to not feel it was a issue. Terrible customer service today. Sad!!!!

This is one of the worst dollar tree stores I have been to because its never stocked never cleaned and never have what Im looking for and the workers are not nice at all and always have the same stuff in the store and never bring out new items and I havent been to this dollar tree store in 7 years and just recently I went to this store and they had nothing good and it was not stocked at all and the workers were not nice at all and with the virus we have the store was not cleaned at all so I suggest not to even shop at this dollar tree store at all and I hive then a 0 because its the worst dollar tree store to shop at.

No matter what one I go in Mainly in Orchard Park or Niagara Falls the lines are always long ....I dont mind waiting a little but I worked there and the rule was after 3 people call for help instead of making customers wait......and everyone Ive been in lately there is only one cashier and never calls for help!!!

I had to do an even exchange and it was a very easy process even though I had no receipt.

Most of what I was looking for wasnt there, but like everything else I found alternatives for what I needed.

Never enough cashiers they will let the line get 15 + people deep and not call for help from behind the mirrors. When they do finally call for help that person comes out pissed. The 2 stars are for the verity of items in store!!!!🖕🏽

I us to work at this store when it had Frank as the store manager, and since they replaced him the store and the employees have gone down hill. If they actually knew how to bag things correctly and not treat every young person like there up to no good it proble would be a better exsperiance but it wasnt and Im upset on how it has changed.

I recently purchased some household items at the store in Hamburg Village Plaza for my son who is in the process of building a new home.After finding out he had already purchased many of the same items,I went to return them 2 days after the original purchase date with my receipt! To my dissatisfaction I was informed that they do not allow you to receive your money back! You must get credit! The manager as extremely rude and said it was store policy! SO BEWARE,DON`T GET STUCK WITH $ 41.00 OF CREDIT AT DOLLAR TREE!!!!!!

OMG, this place is AMAZING! I was eying some turquoise hangers and I said to my wife, I wish wed budgeted for these. She said, Uh, theyre just a buck. I said bull-pucky! I went to the cashier who confirmed that they were, in fact, ONE DOLLAR. Then I found a chamois for my car. Had to be $15, maybe $20, right? NO! ONE DAMN DOLLAR! Well, okay, but what about groceries? Licorice? Frozen burritos? POTTED MEAT? Not to blow your mind, but Everythings A Dollar. Well, no, thats a different place. Anyway, a real bargain shop. A bit more expensive than a 99 Cent store, but nowhere near as fancy as the bourgeoisie over at the hoity toity Dollar General.
