Its nothing special, its the same as ever other one. I left something in the cart and didnt recognize till I got home and I called. They sent someone out asap and got it for me and held it. So, that was super awesome 👌

Walmart is walmart, great selection in some category and others (like wine) here at that one , very poor! Not even a selection. Some Italian or french spritzers. Needs definitely improvement. However if the locals buy their vino at the multiple liquor stores. There might be no need, but they dont open all the time..

Nice clean store! Although I hate when the customers leave the shelves a mess! Put it back where it belongs if you change your mind!! Especially meat! Im glad we have a Supercenter.

As usual, Walmart has a good selection and is a great place for one stop shopping. I purchased curtains, curtain rods, pans, and a few other small household appliances for my move. I also purchased cleaning supplies and groceries. It was convenient that I could get everything in one place without having to go from store to store. The prices are fair and the quality is good. Im happy with my purchases. I would definitely recommend if you are shopping on a budget!

Hamburg has the Best customer service -dont go to the Walden center branch poor customer service!

Just had dinner there....one of the best pizzas I have ever had....It was perfect....and the wings were outstanding! All of the food at Edies is of excellent quality! Highly recommend.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Every time I try to do business with this location, their customer service is subpar. I placed an online order for groceries to be delivered, I guarantee you between 9 PM and 10 PM tonight because that was the only time they had available. It’s now 11 PM and I still don’t have my groceries. I’ve been calling the store since 10:30 PM and they refused to answer the phone.

Hamburg Walmart has groceries at decent prices and a variety of other items. Its hard to find help as, these days, kids are mostly in a hurry to fill orders for pull-up orders. Lots of registers are not staffed, so I usually just resort to self-checkout. Pharmacy is very efficient and professional though.

Way too long of a wait to cash out. Lines backed way up and only three cash registers open. The self check outs were backed way up too. Will not use them unless they give me an employee discount

Ive started to go to this Walmart location more and more and every time Ive Vaughn its only gotten better. This Walmart is very clean the staff are nice and helpful. Ive never found any problems with any food product. Ive always been able to check out with ease whether it be from self-checkout or with a cashier. The people shopping at the location are very down-to-earth good people. Ive never had or seen any type of incidents that had made me uncomfortable ever. The management are very courteous and kind. There was an incident where a receipt was left in the vehicle and the management went out of their way to make sure that a product they were trying to exchange was there and no one took it put it back. I am making this Walmart my Walmart of choice. I recommend anybody that is looking for a Walmart that they can feel comfortable in and find products that they are always looking for, they should always choose this Walmart.

My son and I were in tonight looking to buy a laptop. The 2 gentle men that were working in the electronics department between 9:30 and 10:30 where very helpful and knowledgeable they took time to ask questions and answer questions we had. We couldnt find a manager on the way out but wanted to let someone know how helpful they were. We did buy a laptop. It was nice to have good customer service.

Great place to shop. Usually can find what I need. Prices are usually lower than large chain grocery stores. Friendly service, knowledgeable employees who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Went for an air conditioner. Good item. Good price. Also needed some menus under shirts, a couple pair of mens cotton pants and /or jeans. The department looked bare. Barely any pants. A few more jeans and almost no under shirts.

Costumer Service Center is amazing they helped me for over an hour trying to figure out something they could have easily said they couldnt do anything.

They have a lot of clothes to choose from. I was very pleased with my pants that I bought today.

Meh, the shelves were adequately stocked (mostly) for a change. Continued annoyance that there are never more than 2 cash registers open, which always have a long line.. So there we are paying full price for our cart full of groceries yet scanning & bagging it ourselves..

Stopped to get a quick bag of Epsom salt for my daughter that got hurt at a softball game.. all registers were closed except the self service.. line was literally back to chip isle... people were just dropping their stuff and walking out... was ridiculous

Very Good customer service when we went to get an oil change very quick and easy only reason it a four star is because they didnt have my fiance on file at the optometrist center.

I found everything I went to the store for. My only complaint was there are maybe 10 registers and only about 4 of them were opened. I waited in-line for about 15 minutes. I am not an employee of Walmart so I refuse to use the self checking register. Other than the checking out, I was happy with my visit there.

I hate having to go here but sometimes its the only place that has something. On the rare occasion when someone is trying to help, it is nice, but it feels like a waste of effort in the building. For how new the building is, the store doesnt seem that clean.

The the person who packed my groceries today did an outstanding job.

I found what I needed today and returned some items and the process went smoothly. It was somewhat crowded and people werent social distancing nor wearing masks. I did even though I got 2 doses of the Moderna vaccine.

Walmart is Walmart and usually I have good experiences finding items. They could use a little getting up to speed as far as in-store customer service.

Prices are reasonable couldnt find everything we were looking for back to school.

Somehow I bought a air mattress even though the box was sealed, when I get home and i opened alot of items that suppose to come with the mattress was missing. I took it back to exchange and they refuse to do that for me. I tried to explain to the manager as much as I can and she still didnt wanted hear. It was $75 bed Im Ali I dont like to argue with other if they dont understand I just walk away I believe that the more you forget and forgive for the sake of Allah is the more you make get.

I lost my wallet early today and thank God someone there found it and turned it in completely intact nothing missing. I thank you with all my heart for being so wonderful for keeping it safe for me.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful when I asked where a few items were. Ignorant people blocking the exit because they had to talk to an acquaintance, and people entering the exit door as I was trying to get out.

5 stars to the Vision Center....a pair of glasses I bought several months ago had become quite askew and virtually useless. I thought they would have to send them out for repair but the clever female swapped my expensive lenses into the identical frames which were thankfully still on display. Problem solved in 5 minutesHey, I know its still Walmart but you gotta give kudos when they deserve it.

Walmart has done their best to accommodate the state mandated covid 19 restrictions but their customers tend to act as if there isnt a pandemic still going on. They still congregate in the isle, about half of them dont wear there mask correctly and some think, I believe, that pulling it down over their chin is going to prevent the spread of the virus. Still they are better then many other stores and they usually have what I am looking for.

So this is a strange review, despite the review being high, the visit to this walmart was atrocious, but the store deserves a good review. Heres why.A friend broke his phone at work so I gave him a ride to Walmart to get a new phone. They didnt have that phone in stock nor did they have one comparable. Thats all well and good, but the guy behind the counter... who is NOT a direct representative of Wal-Mart... he represents the phone service providers decided to attempt a sale way higher than the customer was looking for. Nearly $300 when the phone he wanted was $120. When the customer and I, who are friends held out to discuss the option of going to check another Walmart, Nathan... the phone service representative became a bit belligerent with us. Even put his hand on his hip and bobbled his head in a full on Karen at us. Fortunately the department manager and another very helpful employee helped my friend locate the phone he was looking for at another nearby Wal-Mart. I then discussed it with the store Manager and she was very eager to resolve this. Hopefully the regional/district manager can step in and remove this individual from the store so other customers arent mocked or get mistreated for not being the getting expensive phone and can maybe provide better alternatives for the customers.Thank you very much to the excellent staff at Walmart and good luck to you Nathan...

Disorganized. Not much help. For whatever reason, it doesnt project a safe,clean,welcoming environment.

Although theres often a great amount of shoppers its a smooth experience, and I can get in and out painless.

Pretty good place to shop, a lot of the time they dont have mens underwear or undershirts in stock.

Although Walmart has very good prices, the Hamburg location is not organized in any way what so ever. The guidelines established through our state for Covid exposure has fallen through the cracks lately. I recommend corporate hire evening shift to stock shelves and put back return merchandise and allow only service staff during business hours. The Isles were blocked which made it very difficult to assist my elderly mother as she rode along in the scooter. The employees stocking the shelves were acting as if the costumers were preventing them from doing their job.

The self check out lady Kathy, super rude, me and my boyfriend were trying to purchase some movies, we’ve never been ID’d for rated r movies before and even if we were, not all of us need an ID, when we asked why all of us needed an ID I’m 19, my boyfriends 20 years old, he was about to pull out his ID and she said no because I didn’t have mine, she proceeded to rummage through our stuff to check *everything* for movies that are rated 17+. We’ve purchase many movies from here, we’ve bought all the Friday movies from here no problem, same some of the rob zombie movies, no issue.At wegmans and tops, we purchase lighters & other items that would be considered only for adults, only my boyfriend gets ID’d bc I don’t carry my ID or wallet. At spencers when buying adult items, only he is ID’d. So why do all of us have to be ID’d for movies, I’d understand if only he needed to be ID’d but not all of us. She gave slight attitude when I was trying to tell her there was nothing else in our basket that was 18+ And even tho the restriction warning was gone, she doubted us and acted as if we were lying to her and looked thru our basket and eyeballed a 13+ movie trying to nitpick things. I come here *all* the time, staff is almost always respectful and friendly.I’m genuinely upset :/ i genuinely feel she just wanted to cause unnecessary drama. Never doing self checkout again especially when purchasing movies .

I generally drive to the Springville Walmart instead of going to the Hamburg one because it is much cleaner, better stocked, and the customers and employees are nicer there.

We get our eyeglasses at their Vision Center. The prices and service are great. We periodically go to get the glasses adjusted for free. Theyre always so helpful!

They didnt have anything that I went there for. I wanted cat food and cat litter hint water or cans of cherry coke. Also there were only 2 cashiers working and they were so incredibly slow I couldnt believe it. And to top it off the cashiers filled the bags so full they were so heavy as soon as you picked them up they bag ripped open and everything went all over the ground in the parking lot. So it was not a fun trip to Walmart.

As Walmarts go this one is pretty clean, appears to be well managed and staff is attentive. The shelves were well stocked thru-out Covid. The Garden center is one of the poorest around.
