Gross. The fridge has a brown liquid pouring out all over the floor. The bathrooms are nasty. Theres no water/soap in the windshield cleaners outside. The counter I went to had a liquid all over it and the cashier put my stuff in the liquid. The cashier didnt care one bit about any of the issues. She was rude and unhelpful. If you dont like your job find a new one. 630pm on August 7

Bought a 30 dollar scratch off from the machine and it got stock. Told the cashier and she told the assistant manager but she was too busy. I waited 20 minutes and still didnt help. Worst service I ever experienced. The cashier didnt even want it to help me.

Bought food snacks I asked for a bag from casher she said all out then a man came in and had less then I did she asked him did he need a bag I said excuse me I need a bag she said its 5 cents payed 5 cent I just couldnt believe she was lying over a paper bag Then same day I Was playing numbers and scratch off I was winning $30 here $30 there the new casher like I closed my regerster so I cant cash you out she was lying again I said are you leaving and a new person is coming in I will wait she said no I said why would you close out your regerster then she said I cant cash your ticket out it was $30 and I was buying more tickets and lotto didnt wont any money back she knew this I was doing the same for an hour win buy more tickets

I asked for Quarters for the air machine the young lady got my quarters and said normally I would have to purchase something to get change .Im purchasing Air I said,she then put my quarters back in the drawer hands me my bills I asked to see the manager and she says I am the manager .Customer service was nonexistent I will be going to anyplace else but kwik fill on camp road Rude Rude people in charge

Nice newly renovated gas station convenience store for snacks and last minute supplies, drinks, ATM, etc. would be nice if air was free (its $2 for 2 minutes of air). Gas prices are usually about average for the area (which is, of course, rather high state wide).

I use to go there all the time until the Summer of 2015 and I purchased a fountain drink and the cashier saw that actually had one cup stuck underneath my drink cup and he had the nerve to reach over with his dirty hands and fumble with my drink until he removed that extra plastic cup. Ive never felt so embarrassed and insignificant as a Customer. And Ive never been back.

The manager has harassed me on a few different occasions. She kicked me out of the store once for trying to buy beer because she was misinformed about liquor law. She just now asked me if I needed any help, obviously suspecting me of theft (I am a *daily* customer). Welp, they wont be getting any more of my money.

Tried to buy a cigar with my passport because I forgot my license at home & your night time employee with a beard said we don’t take passports.I can fly cross country but can’t buy a cigar at kwik fill.Its okay though went straight to Lutz Mobile & got what I needed.Federal ID!!!

Its a nice place but the one time I went there I had to listen to the cashier (the one with tattoos and piercings) tell her friend how she almost went to jail tonight because a customer was telling me how to do my job and I wanted to jump the counter......
