Have been waiting for covid test results for 6 days. Tried calling the pharmacy more than once and no one picks up. When someone did pick up they were rude and hung up the phone when I inquired about the test.

Went for a covid test 5 days ago still havent heard back. Every time I call the store no one answers. Poor communication, management, and attitudes

Very friendly staff especially in the pharmacy. Only a 4 star rating because I’ve purchased an iced coffee from the cold section before and it was a few months expired... which is honestly a little scary...

8 o clock doors are locked says its open until 9 on the door. Better get your act together.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 yrs and they have always been great up until recently. There is Male employee in the pharmacy that is down right nasty. He has an awful attitude and majorly lacks customer service skills. Seriously considering changing my pharmacy because of this guy!

I like Rite Aid as a whole but everytime I go thru the drive thru, the wait is ridiculous even if your thr only one waiting, then the employees ignore the call button and when they do finally arrive, they act like you bothered them, they are miserable and I have yet to be thanked or have a nice day, nothing. Its like they hate thier job.

The cashiers are friendly and fast. It is a friendly and caring environment. Sales are very good especially if you use Plenti Points.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The drive thru pharmacy is a very nice feature.

Staff at pharmacy department are rude and inconsiderate. When I tried to ask a question , one person walked away and was nasty. The pharmacy manager acted as though she didn’t want to be bothered answering a question either. Would not recommend
