This store posts gas prices on the road sign that do not match the pump price. They try steal customer from QT by false advertising at the road sign. Employees blame it on corporate. 3 times in the past month.

2nd time going in this location and floors are dirty, trash needs to be taken out. It was so full I couldnt throw my napkin away. Store clerk outside playing on phone, when they shouldve been cleaning. Poor representation

You could tell who the owners are, whom clearly care about the service of the store.Some employees are kind of rude, usually the black ladies.Nonetheless, its a pretty good get in - get out store.Only problem is the gas pumps that are messing up on the credit cards.

This is location is the definition of convenience! Love it.

Cashier seemed very stressed rushed thru transaction made the vibe awkward and not paying attention. And forgot to bag my stuff.

Went in to buy a fountain drink the cashier was so rude I understand that I needed shoe on I understand the reasoning for that to prevent accident incase something sharp on the floor. Ok I understand I should of had shoes on but does that give a cashier the right to talk to you like crazy. I was asking to buy my drink she was not tell you leave and get your shoe she wasnt hearing the customer me on what I was saying she was talking loud and being very unprofessional, on my way out I ask the Male cashier what was her name he wouldnt say a word the cashier being rude she said her name was Teresa. I ask the store manager name so I can call him she started spelling his name like she was the only smart one in the room I was very disappointed to see the kind of customer service.

I go to this store sometimes several times a day because its across the street from my house and they have one clerk there, Theresa and she is very rude and disrespectful . I asked for quarters because my tire was flat and she MADE me buy something. And then when I asked her when they started that policy she didnt even have the courage it seemed to even face me to talk to me because she knew she was making stuff up . the gas pump is owned by 711 I was still buying something from them. Will not go back if shes working

Everytime I go there and try to use my Exxon credit card inside the employees always lie and say the system is down because they don’t know how to process the payment. I can get gas at the pumps with it, so how is the system down? Come up with a better lie and learn to accept all forms of legal tender.

Too bad I cant rate this a zero. Seriously worst 7-Eleven there is. Do not come here. Went in and bought the 4 for $5 taquitos and the clerk refused to let me have them for that price. Charged me full price. I got to 7-Eleven at least 3 times a week and have never paid $8 for them until now. Nope never again!

I go to this 7 eleven and I am accused of stealing. Im a former Marine who fought in Iraq. I have to much integrity to steal. The cashier made me empty my pockets. When she saw that all I had in my pockets was a $5 bill and a book of matches she then tells me that I need to leave the store and that Im no longer allowed at the store. Then she gives me some lame story about how they cant watch me on camera coming and going from the store and that whenever I come in my card declines and that I ask for free drinks. All of this is incorrect yes my card has declined at this location but when I come in and purchase something I pay cash for it and I leave Ive never given them any reason to think that I would ever steal so for me to be accused of stealing today made to empty my pockets and then told to leave the store and never come back thats pretty sad. This is a bad location I advise anyone that reads this review to spare yourself and not go to this location the bathroom is always broken the floors are always dirty the clerks are always rude. So unless you like going to a dirty store and talk to like an idiot then this is your location to go to otherwise there are too many 7-Elevens out there to go to and not be harassed buy ignorant cashiers.

This a warning! The pump that does not take credit cards and has no sign indicating such, will scam your credit cards. I cant speak of the other pumps. I put my card in that I use for all of my purchases and it was declined. I put in my card i never use anywhere. It was declined. I went inside. They tell me you cant use cards on that pump, but there is no sign. 2 weeks later both cards are hit with fraudulent charges on the same day. I called 7-Eleven. They had the owner call. He said he normally only talks to the police about this stuff. Nothing done by him or 7-Eleven. I filed a police report.

I went on beach to purchase a pizza the workers where extremely rude and only that. I come to out i had strings of black strings of hair in my pizza i want something. To be done about this it was two mexican ladys they called me out my name they called me homeless and said i wasnt welcome in there store anymore all because i put my on the counter and not directly. In her hands please donot go there i feel like they were being racial twards me and the general manager needs to look into this asap because they need to be fired

Normally no problem 3/13/2021The woman running the register at 11 30 p.m. lacking customer service would not help with purchase by not looking to see if they had more.

On 6-12-2018 I went into the store to get a drink and some other stuff and the lady that was working was very rude and thru my money on the counter and i didnt understand why..i know this isnt the first time she has been told on and you will lose Customer over people being rude and dont care.

This store has the best customer service and the products in the cooler are always fully stocked!

This place has horrible customer service. and they started charging for ice in your own cup. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!

This location is under New Management. They have improved the store quite a bit.

10/19/19 I went this place around 5:50pm the black lady she kick me out thats disgusting customer service owner go check the camera what she did to me
