This is my favorite QT because the customer service is consistently 100% awesome. Every single cashier closes service with Thank you C-ya later and it always makes me smile😃

If anyone decides to purchase the big soft pretzel, let me tell ya what they went and did to it. They downsized it. About half the size it used to be last year. When I opened my big box, it didnt even fit. It was about the size of a softball! Used to fit that whole box size! You can also note that the price did NOT downsize though. I wont be purchasing this pretzel any longer. Its a big rip-off. Or should I say: its a tiny rip off. smh. It would be nice to see some kind of fountain drink sale. QT dont do any of that kind of nice stuff anymore for customers. Oh well...we all got CircleK/Valero.

Quiktrip always has something good to offer. This location is easy to get in and out of, and gas prices are usually lower than surrounding stations.

The cashiers here are always so friendly. This location is always clean. I did get food here once that was still cold and they let me change it with no problem

Usually the cashier can run up to 3 registers at a time. This guy must have been new. Or you took about 6 minutes to get a drink. Unbelievable.

Ive come here several times but I will never come here again.Service is always fast but it is NOT clean. I went to get a fountain drink and there were HUGE ROACHES everywhere. Its disgusting.The person working that I told it about didnt even apologize or anything. They just said someone else said the same thing then walked off.I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Every time I come in the Donuts are always hard or barely have any. Employees are no where to be found and always get treated poorly.

Now normally I am a fan of QT and QT Kitchen..but this location is the WORST. I will continue to go to the QT off NE Loop 820. I ordered a personal pizza on my lunch break since I needed to go get gas. This was the sorriest pizza EVER. It was cold..it was gooey crust and its like it was old and been sitting there. I ordered it and it was ro be ready at 11:26 I got there at 11:27 and I work 3 mins around the corner. I am NEVER getting any food from here again. Just a HOT MESS.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Prices are great with many monthly specials.

Dumb employees in the kitchen had me wait over five minutes while he made just three other peoples ice cream. Then before he made my ice cream he had to remake the ice cream again and that took another 10minutes! Thanks for wasting so much of my time to get a freaking ice cream cone!!

They were cleaning the coffee pots once a week which made the coffee taste bad for a day. Now someone has taken it on theirselves to do this daily. STOP IT!!!! Obviously not a coffe drinker.

I was denied service in the kitchen at 9:58pm because they had already cleaned it, the kitchen is advertised to be open until 10pm, the staff was rude as well in the way they denied service, very disappointing.
