We drove down 45 minutes to come here because they do the best work. My wifes iPhone was having issues and weve been to other shops before after moving so far away but this place has the best service and repair. This place is awesome! My boyfriend’s android halo 7j27 broke. No other place we called had the part but he quickly located one at another store for us and had it in store the next day. (The only place that did was CPR phones but they were extremely shady so we left)We went in this store at 12:05pm on Sunday, left at 12:15 with the phone fixed. Most places would have replaced the entire screen even though it didn’t need to be fixed. He was able to reconnect a wire that fixed the issue. I believe he’s a very trusting business owner and would go back in the future.What we liked most is how transparent he was. He fixed the phone right in front of us.

I loved this repair shop .... My iphone XS wasn’t working went to Apple and they told me that it cant be repair. Tom at NextGen Wireless be able to repair it without problem. These guys at Apple dont know what they are talking about, they almost scam me into pay for out of warranty replacement to replace my phone. Never trust Apple Genius bar again. Tom is an honest man, provided us with excellent customer service, he valued customer relationship more. I would definitely highly recommend the place than any other good looking repair shops. This is the place to go for your phone repair! Long story short, other places didnt want to even look at my phone because of the water damage. I called Tom at NextGen and he told me to come up & he would take a look. I could tell by the way he took my phone apart & looked at it, that he really cared & wanted to figure out what was wrong with it. Within in a week I had my phone back good as new! A littel after a month, my screen went black & I couldnt get it to turn on, so I contacted Tom & he told me to drop it off, & while he looked at my phone he was nice enough to give me a temporary phone. I got my phone back later that day.Overall the price was very reasonable & Tom was very nice. I highly recommend going to NextGen for your phone repairs.

Previously I had my phone to nearby shop and they messed it up even more by inexperience new hired. I tried this shop and he be able to fix all my problems. Will be back for sure.

Not just for cell phones. My external hard drive with years of data died suddenly. I got quotes from several sources for at least $400 up to over $1,500 to recover the data or fix the drive. Plus it was going to take at least 10 days to 2 weeks to get my drive/data back.Tuan said he could fix it in just a few days... and he did! Dropped it off on Saturday, got my drive back on Wednesday with all data intact and working perfectly! It would have been faster but he had to wait for a part to arrive.NextGenWireless.me saved me hundreds of dollars and loads of down-time. Im guessing the cell phone repair, Haltom City style, must be awesome.
