The store manager here was very polite, although did not have the game I wanted he provided all the stores that had what I needed. The store was very clean, and the staff were wearing masks. All games from PlayStation 4 PlayStation 5 Xbox One, PC games Nintendo, and all consoles I know.

Say what you will about GameStop but nobody has a bigger better selection. Plus the staff are always helpful. Even with suggestions when Im looking for a game for one of my nephews. I trust their advice and they never let me down.

I came here to get a game for my nephew. The manager had no problem with explaining their programs and benefits. The rest of the staff seemed courteous and eager to help.

I love this store. The service is top notch with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. But I have 1 exception. I was very disappointed that they were not open late on Sunday or whenever else to be at my beck and call. Possibly they could offer a home visit service for procrastinators like myself so that i might have all my needs addressed without having to even leave the house. This would be so totally awesome that Id be inclined to give them 6 or even 7 stars

Sometimes the staff gets too excited with a certain customer talking about a game that they lose their customer service skills. Basically they forget that they’re at work

Be sure to check all your preowned games to make sure they work before you take them home. These guys do no quality control and sell games scratched so bad they dont work. Running special buy 2 get 2 free games. Both free games unable to read disc!

I went for the fortnite promotion and me and my firend had only 9 dollars and we had to buy a t-shirt and each tshirt was like 10$ and he said how about u give me 9 dollars and i will give u both of the t shirts with the codes.And im grateful for that and i will be shopping there more often and he was a chill dude he was funny

This place is great expecially because there is people who know their stuff ON CERTAIN DAYS. There is people who are saying that the workers dont know their stuff but give them a break, they might not know everything. Great place to shop for Old gen consoles such as PS3 and Xbox as you can go on a shopping spree for ps3 games with only 20 bucks.

I dont like game stop first of all much rather go to movie trading company.I asked 2 workers at this game stop did xbox 360 ever make a Spyro or Crash Bandicoot?The guys said no wii only made one , First of all xbox 360 did make a Spyro game called Legend of Spyro Dawn Of The Dragon . And Crash Bandicoot has 2 games on 360 too and on gamestop online they have them in stock to order from them.The workers here are stupid they dont know anything. I think I will stick with ebay to buy this game.Thank You for nothing gamestop :(
