I bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra and before my second payment I have;AC failure, tail lights not working, check engine light came on, issues with front right suspension. I liked the people there but bought it as is, warranty was $1500. Get the warranty if you buy here!

I initially bought a vehicle from them and was happy. After about a month a major hail storm ruined my car. After getting an insurance claim completed I was first told my car would be fixed. Then it was deemed a total loss after having a rental nearly 30 days. After a vehicle is totaled the insurance stops covering your rental within 3 days. I was in panic mode to find a new car. I figured what better place to call then the dealer who originally financed me (MCMC). I was told by MCMC financial department that I WOULD NOT be able to finance a different vehicle. They stated I would have to wait 30 days until payment went through. I asked how am I supposed to go 30 days without a vehicle? MCMC response...not our problem. So I went down the road and gave a different dealer my business.

Purchased on 3-16-21, by 7pm car would not start. 8am on 3-17-21 called service for a tow. 10:45am no tow and no time scheduled, agent Eric gives me the address to bring the car. Sit at service center no answers, back to dealership no answers, go to Dodge answers given: fuel line pressure low.GM John tells manager to refund my money. As the boss I feel more help should have been offered, like lets get her in a car. Now I am without a car and WAITING for a refund......BAD BUSINESS

Im a disabled veteran living on a modest income. The worst decision I could have made was do business with this company. I purchased a vehicle for a $1000 down only to have it repod 5 days after my first payment was due. Informed them of bank error and they issued a intent to repossess after day 2 of being late. I was actually enroute to there location with their payment only to have it gone after stopping home briefly to grab my wallet...literally 5 min transaction would be scretching it. They expected me to pay $300 more to retrieve the vechicle after they towed it but agreed to allow me to surrender it on Sat. Game recognize Game and that is exactly what this gemmick is. Its a money maker preying on individuals crisis to sale the same vechicle repeatedly....something needs to be done...

Good customer service but call nonstop to get you in. Once they get you in everything is a rush. After that the ignore your calls/emails about issues. My car the same day started making noises and plus battery was no good. Was told I have to pay $100 for a battery from them but there’s nothing that can be done about ac. When a battery at autozone is only 90$ with a lifetime warranty

WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR. DO NOT DO IT. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I am almost done paying for my car and never missed a payment. They stopped reporting to my credit Halfway through the loan now I am having issues and they wont fix it. The sales person Elvis is nice but then they say they can not help after the loan is in place. The worst customer service one could have. The personal they have working the phone even if you are current are asking for payments. Violating FDCPA! Asking to verify other peoples phone number. Threating repossession on a current account.
