Very pleased with customer service provided. There was a problem with the car we originally bought but William suck with his word and put us in something better than the first! Overall was a good buying experience! I also have poor credit but this was a stress free experience!

I dealt with Will. I am on permanent disability with low income. He knew all of that. He talked a good talk and made me both like and trust him so I bought a vehicle “as is” because of this. Turns out that vehicle had major damage and was beyond repair. Now I’m out approximately $10,000.00 no car and no way to get another one as I spent EVERYTHING I had on this one.Take my advice DO NOT BUY from this car lot.I wish I hadn’t and I wish I had never trusted Will and believed he was a good man.I prayed for God to bless him and his family and will continue to do so. But once a snake bitten I learn!

UPDATE: They deleted my review so Im placing it again.They sold me a lemon and now Im in debit with these liars. Within months of purchasing the vehicle , I had intermittent start issues with the car. I had repeatedly call them to get this resolve. I was then told that they bought a BRAND NEW BATTERY from autozone and thats all what the car needed. To make a long story short, THEY LIED! Called autozone and was told the battery wasnt bought there and that autoland had never purchased a battery for my type of car. Now I am still having the same trouble. Dont waste you money and time with them. I spent more time and money getting the car fix than actually driving it itself. PLEASE, PLEASE, PEASE, Dont spend your hard earn money here. THEY ARE CROOKS!Never again!!!!!!!!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer. Was in a tight spot and purchased a car from here and within a week the clutch was out. They said bring it in and sent it to the “ repair shop” right around the corner. They added another $700 to my balance and within 3 days the car was acting get up again. Meanwhile I am I was having to take a taxi to work and incurring lots of extra little expenses.if you are having to buy a car from here chances are you do not have a whole lot of extra cash to cover things like this. They finally get it running and two days later they repo it from my work parking lot, on Thursday... knowing payday is Friday. They are all smiles during the sales process but they will screw you over so they can just repo and resell or stick you with a an extra repair bill. I make sure anyone I know in a tight spot and needs a car doesn’t go anywhere near Autoland. Pay attention to the bad reviews not the 5 stars written by their friends and family.

This is experience was hassle free and a quick process. I told Martin what i needed and what i was trying to do, he got me the right price and the right car. thank you Martin i appreciate your professionalism and assistance.

First off all the guys at the place are so nice and hospitable. My first visit there went great and when my bank was giving me issues and I wasnt able to leave with my car, William went out of his way and took me home, even came and picked me up from my home the next day and took me to my bank to withdraw the money for the down payment. We brought a mechanic with us to check out cars. The first car had oil in the parking spot which we noticed when we pulled back in from our test drive. they assured us it was probably from another car. Our mechanic inspected it and found it was a leak from that car. The second car we looked at also had an oil leak. They brought us to a third vehicle, and it had an antifreeze leak. At that point they directed us off their lot and down the street to another dealership.Im sure they have a few good cars on that lot, but not the three we looked at.

I was very satisfied with everything about this dealership, they really take their time and make sure youre taken care of.

I was directed here by someone on Facebook saying they had an amazing experience and they were so nice and willing to work with you but if I could give this place a 0 I would very ugly towards me immediately when I walked in because I had dealer tags on my vehicle that I was trying to trade in that is paid off so rude that I just walked straight out after not even 5 minutes not very friendly to someone trying to do business there

Within first 30 days of buying car power steering hoses just snapped from the car They did hoever fix car cuz finance part through them with down payment towards repair cost then payments went up for repair work to finish total however during repair process couldng tell me any kind of estimate. Or anything before agreeing and Kept telling me would call me back but never once called me at the time. I had to call. Julian guy then immediaty started an attitude and yelled at me. After being in car for almost 2 years now ill admit the car still has problems but has been more reliable than i anticipated and after establishing yourself with them they work with you to the best of their ability. I was very skeptical at first but do not regret getting this car. I do however regret going to this car place. When it comes time to trading in your vehichle they will tell you one thing then another and change things on from what you were originally told even if its only been 2 days since initially speaking with you and carlos is their best salesperson because he will rip you off etc. I also found out that this is best place to get a car from if you have bad credit but worst place to get a car from if you are trying to rebuild your credit. They do not report to the beaureu i will not recommend this place to friends they all lie there about how much they push sales. Worst place in history although i will say if yoy are forced to go here get on good terms with chris and try to only speak to him unless you are just making a payment.

Absolutely did not like anything about autoland. We hit hard times and our car broke down and we didnt have the time or money to put into fixing it. We had heard about autoland and how they would work with you. Ok awesome so we were able to get a car for 500 down then pay the other 500 out in the course of 2 payments. So far so good until our car breaks down 3 weeks later! So they come tow it back and find out the next day the whole engine has to be replaced which is going to cost 1200 but a mandatory 300 down before they will even start the replacement which will then take an additional 4 days at best to get the vehicle back. We had just finished our down payment...we had not even started paying on the vehicle yet. Bad luck right? Well then they refuse to help us at all. We have 2 kids and both have jobs and now dont have a vehicle for who knows how long. They wouldnt let us pay out the 300 with the rest after we had just paid 250 a few days before, they wouldnt let us trade cars since all we had done was pay the down payment of 1000 they said we would have to do an additional down payment and they dont do loner cars. Moral of the story autoland is not worth it. We have a vehicle now through Hiley. That is what I would suggest if you are looking for a vehicle. They dont worry about credit or down payment as long as you are making enough money. I got a vehicle from there with no down payment and its a 2011 vehicle with 99000 miles. I pay 324 month and at autoland on the 2006 with over 100000 miles and a 1000 down payment I was supposed to pay 300 a month. Do the math.

My experience here was very timing, hoest, and loyal. I believe I will always come back here.
