I recently accidentally order two pair rather than a single set of two hood struts for my car. A gentlemen from the fulfillment department called me to ask if I really wanted four or did I only need two. I explained that a single pair was what I meant to order. He corrected the order and adjusted the shipping. This is truly premium service. And by the way, the struts were only 2/3 the cost of others I had found. They have made me a customer for life.
