Today I needed to send a fax, have a form notarized and ship a letter. I like that I could do all those things in just this one place. Becca was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful and I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. I will definitely be returning to take care of future business related needs.

Interesting. I discovered that if you bring an item to be packaged and securely sent somewhere with insurance there is a big problem.. Only the place where you sent it from can handle damages. So--- I sent a picture from Florida to myself. It was all wrinkled. I was told that I have to go back to the place that sent it to complain. Why trust UPS.

Very unhelpful. The service to print items yourself is no longer available and the customer service is dry,to say the least. Unhelpful !I told the man at the counter I needed to go to another store for assistance and he said Okay with no voice of assistance. I wasted work to come here. SMH.. Terrible customer service. Emergency use only people.Zero stars if possible

This is unbelievable!I have had a mailbox at this location for the past 8 years. I returned home last night (03/29/21), from being out of state for the past 2 months. I attempted to access my mailbox at the UPS store, however, the key would not open the lock. I proceeded to the counter and advised a female clerk of the situation. The clerk searched her computer and stated, You dont have a mailbox here. I replied, I have had a mailbox here for 8 years. The clerk checked some files behind the desk and stated, Your box rent was due in February, it wasnt paid so your box was cancelled and rented to someone else. I replied, I was out of state, and no one contacted me to advise the box rent was past due. I have been a customer here for 8 years and this is how you treat loyal customers. The clerk replied, Its not my fault you dont pay your bills, I didnt cancel your box the manager did. I asked the clerk, “Where is my mail?” She replied, “It was sent back”.Tuesday, 3/30/21, I contacted the manager at the UPS store. I asked the manager, why did you close my mailbox without contacting me? The manager replied, I called you at phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx, and then I closed the box. I replied, That is not my phone number. Why didnt you send me an email? Usually, the staff will contact me via email if there is a package delivery or excess mail in my box. The manager replied, The box is already closed.Since this is franchise store, I asked the manager for the owners contacted information. The manager refused to give me the information and stated, Ill have them contact you. I guess this is customer service in 2021. Apparently, the loyal customer means nothing. Over the past eight years, I have utilized this mailbox address both personally and professionally, and now I not longer have this address. Additionally, I will incur fees to change documents utilizing this address. Over the eight-year period, I have paid the UPS store approximately $1900 in mailbox rental fees, and this is the end result. Most organizations that care about their customers, especially loyal customers, would go above and beyond a single phone call to a wrong number, to communicate to their valued customer.

Went to the UPS Store on Leitersburg Pike. The staff, Jess, Wally and Robin, were extremely helpful and polite. Wally took care of what I needed to do. Very great customer service and an asset. Will definitely return.

I was in desperate need of a place to send off a fax that was time sensitive. I first went to the FedEx store located inside the Walmart which is not too far away, only to discover it was closed. By chance , I stumbled upon the UPS store located in the strip mall next door to the Walmart. As I walked to the door I noticed that the closing hours were 7 o’clock and it was 7:02.....Lebby (sales associate) not only let me but promptly took care of my fax, saving the day! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back.

I had a VERY large Amazon order to return. The ladies at this location were very kind and patient with me as it took over an hour to process all the returns. I did not have a simple QR code as I thought. They explained the difference between what I had and provided options on returning. They took their time with me while still being able to assist those who were coming in. One lady had an adorable what looked to be Lilly Pulitzer face mask :)

Very polite and professional staff. The entire employee base is always ready to help the customers to make your visit as quick and painless as possible.They have a convenient location on Route 60 with a traffic light to make leaving the parking lot easy.My wife and I will continue to keep this store as our first choice for document notary and UPS drop off.During COVID they have an drop box on the outside for certain packages. They also enforce how many ppl are in their store at a time to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

This place should not consider themselves a UPS store if they don’t follow what UPS actually allows people to ship. UPS states on their website that they ship ammo to a certain size whereas this store does not. I would not recommend anyone go to this store as they have their own set of rules and should not be called a UPS store rather they should have their own branded name.

Just left the UPS store on Leitersburg Pike. Jess and staff have done a great job to keep customers safe. The store is very clean and they have rerouted people out a different door for safety! Also, there’s a box sitting out front for drop off‘s! It’s always been my favorite place to return a package or get something notarized, etc. The staff is friendly and very helpful!

I have used this store frequently because it is just a few miles from my home. The employees have always been very friendly, expeditious, and very helpful. I have used them mostly to return Amazon.com purchases; they are very good at handling the return process. I would very highly recommend them to anyone in the Hagerstown area, particularly in the north end of Hagerstown.

My wife and I have been to this location numerous times over the last few months to take advantage of the pack and ship service. Our items are often heavy, awkwardly shaped, and extremely fragile and the staff here has always been very patient, competent, and effecient. Jess, especially, has been very kind and helpful and always takes the extra steps to ensure our peace of mind that the items we are shipping are safe and secure. We are happy to continue using this UPS location in the future.

Absolute thieves. Wanted to charge me $75 to put peanuts in a box and tape it shut. Another $75 for insurance. $320 next day shipping. A total of almost $500. Went 2 miles away to the ups main customer center. The wonderful woman there boxed it up for me free. The total cost for insurance, boxing and overnight shipping was $78.28. How is this not a scam. Save a lot of money and ship out of the UPS customer service center.

I dropped off a box in their outside location Durbin business hours. My box was had a Pre-paid return label on it so I placed it in the outside box as requested. Now there it is lost. I would recommend that you go inside the store for your receipt and don’t take a chance on not getting your return credit.

The most unprofessional place to notarize as far as knowledgable staff. I took an official document for a passport, validated by the U.S. Gov., and they wouldnt notarize it because there were portions of the document that had a translation from Portuguese to English. I explained that there wouldnt be a different way to go since it was an official document and it was fully translated, but they couldnt understand that.Dont waste your time going there for important stuff.

We recently moved back to the Hagerstown/Waynesboro area, and I had to return cable equip. to North Carolina, via UPS at no cost to me.I want to commend Misty for her dedicated extra effort on my behalf to make it happen. The system threw her curve balls left and right, but she stuck with it and made it happen.As someone who has created and led customer service operations, it was easy to see that Misty accomplished the single, most important key challenge of making me feel that I was her ONLY customer of the day!

This store is on my way to work everyday and I always have packsges to return. Ive never seen such a convenient and such and easy in and out. The personal is so so friendly and knowledgeable and very professional too !!! Never a wait cause someone is always there instantly to help you. Id never go anywhere else but there !!! Never had a bad experience and always enjoyed coming !! Hope everyone that works there gets recognized to the highest !!!

Horrible customer service. Went to drop off a package return from Amazon and when I enter I walk into one of the employees yelling at the lady behind me entering the store. Told rudely to place my package on the scale and then the employees argue with each other in who will take care of me. Told that cant help me or reprint labels (thats not true and within their capabilities). The whole experience was horrendous, I will never return to this location.

I needed a package today badly, they told me I missed my truck already for re-delivery.So I called the Hagerstown UPS store and the lady was rude and impatient with me. Had no sympathy for being completely screwed over not getting my package today!I and anyone I can convice, family, friends, co-workers - will never use UPS. For anything. I will take the extra time out of my life to make sure whatever I am purchasing or shipping will not be delivered by UPS.

1st time using this location. Stood at counter for a good 15 minutes while several other workers talked behind me at the printer/copier. Possible helping a customer but I can’t be sure if it was just 3 workers. I was just dropping off a package that I already had a prepaid label on and only needed a receipt. I was the only other person there. Finally after 20 minutes in the store I was out the door but very upset. I’ll try again but hopefully it will be better in the future. I took the time to do my part ahead of time and I expected better quicker service.

What a nightmare! Let me start by admitting that what I had to ship was odd, fragile, large and heavy... that part I get! For that reason, I didn’t mind that the clerk looked like a deer in the headlights for the HOUR it took to get me checked out. I didn’t even mind the astronomical price that accompanied shipping my items. I didn’t even mind so much when the quoted price for shipping all of my items kept changing...What made me FURIOUS was the phone call 30min later when I was already home, that said “we forgot to charge you shipping on the large boxes, it will be an additional $500” WHAT??? Are you SERIOUS???I “noped” right then and there and drove back for a refund and to pick up my items! Drove to FedEx and the wonderfully helpful folks there helped me lickity-split for A LOT LESS!JUST SAY NO TO THIS UPS STORE!
