I was looking for my budget saver root beer popsicles and wasnt able to find them at any other Weis in my area. Ive never been to this Weis store but was in the area and stopped and this Weis had them. So I recommend this Weis store!

The experience was wonderful. It was closer to our house since we are moving. The prices are great. The produce was very fresh. The employees were very helpful and polite. The customers were friendly. The store was very clean also. We have a new grocery store to shop at now.

This Weis usually carries all the specialty items that I cannot get at any other grocery store. This time, I stopped in for vegan cream cheese. Weis didnt fail me.Another plus here, theres always some type of sale that I cant walk by..this time, yellow potatoes $2.99 for 5lbs and large English Muffins $2.88!! So much for a one item stop!The ladies restroom was a mess today, but usually, its well maintained and smells fresh.

Great store, friendly cashiers. Store is always very clean and stocked. Bathrooms are very clean as well snd are avaialble to use to the public. Seafood items seem to be fresh as well as itmes from the bakery. Overall great place to shop and great deals. Can use weis points for gas right outside at the end of parking lot.

Nice place clean but do your homework you can save more money by shopping elsewhere. Gas perks are a plus though.

I went to this location because it was closer. The store is large has a lot of open space, but in my opinion, is very limited in selection, in every department. Prices were unreasonably high, IMO, for this area. I have shopped at the Chambersburg location and was very pleased with their large selection of everything. On the outside the store looks fine, it does not match the inside. For a grocery store, on a Saturday, it was not crowded at all. Now I know why. And the employees I encountered were not customer focused. I regret going there.

As I posted before Weis is clean professional employees and management. Love the prices and some things you cant find in other grocers. I shop at various Weis and so far havent been disappointed.

Arrived at 8:30 and doors were locked. Hours on the door say they are open till 9:00.

Nice place to shop. Seems Weis has more of a selection than other surrounding grocery stores. In store butcher cut meats, instead of packed and shipped from elsewhere. Watch out for some of the bakery products tho, like cake that has been sitting out to long. Id recommend Weis just for the better and wider product selection.

It in a very good location but. The stuff is a bit on the high end most of the things i could get for half the price.Also when i wanted help with something no body was no where to be found but when you go to checkout the woman was not nice at all.

So like most people you go in for one thing and come out with a whole cart...well I would have come out with a whole cart if I could have got one. I didnt grab one when I first walked in no big deal right. So after my hands were full I walked to go get a cart. Because I had been carrying all my stuff I asked one of the young ladies if I could put my unpaid items down to grab a cart and she looked at me and walked away. So I took my full arms worth of food and because I work in a grocery store I politely walked my items back to where they belonged minus the two things that I actually needed paid and left. I will not be coming back to that Weis again. I rather go all the way across town.

With two kids and a handful of groceries I somehow managed to forget a box of diapers underneath the cart yesterday. I called this morning in a panic when I realized I didnt have them (wishful thinking) that someone turned them in. The customer service representative ssaid no but to come in with my receipt and I can grab a box. I was definitely excited to hear that and that was such a blessing with times being hard right now. I cant say if this would be the case any where else, but this made my day.Thank You

This store is AWESOME. We switched from Martin’s and couldn’t be happier. Always well stocked, they bag your items for you, and the cars are always cleaned up.

We order online shopping for pickup but when we come back to add items, your not allowed anymore, we thought its same as walmart and Martins, were disappointed bcoz we cant have the grocery we need.

OMG.... no cashiers. Not short of cashiers, zero on schedule. Self check only. Watching a lady on a scooter struggling, watching the other guy struggling with a scanner and me with a cart full of produce and no cashier. I asked the lady at the customer service for a cashier and she said self check out only and continued on with her task.Wow. Epic fail weis.

Looking to change things up, I decided to try this Weis store on Sunday. I was unimpressed with the produce department (no red peppers and the lemons were as hard as rocks) and the overall selection of products. Only 1 brand of organic milk and a limited selection of healthy, real, unprocessed foods.

I normally dont leave bad reviews but wow! my experience here was unbelievable! I stood in line at the customer service area behind another gentleman for over 15 minutes. He was told someone was coming, after a few minutes I went to ask again and I was told that people called out but she was going to get the grocery manager. Another gentleman came and was also told they were coming. I decided to call while standing there and was informed that the person called out and that no grocery manager was coming!! Wow!! How unprofessional!! Why lie and waste 3 customers time? How do you run a store with no managers in sight? Or No one who is trained to the run customer service? If I wasnt 9 months pregnant I would have left after a few minutes but I was convinced someone was coming and i didnt want to inconvenience myself to go to another location, but maybe I should have :(

The Weis on Shank Farm Way, has been really pretty good at getting ppl through the line fast and having enough cashiers available lately, during Wash. Co. COVID-19 surge. I appreciate that greatly.

Weis always has everything I need. The store is extremely clean and organized. I appreciate that they are individually sanitizing the carts in-between customers. Tyler, Brenda, and Erika are stand out workers who are always kind, fast, efficient, and helpful.

Weiss is quite possibly my favorite place for grocery shopping. Im not generally a huge fan of shopping, but Id rather go to Weiss than any other supermarket in town. They have a fantastic selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. They have a members card. And they will deliver directly to your house, if you prefer to shop online!

This is the second time that I go in there and the assistant manager, Mandy, is nothing but rude to me. She was called down to the customer service department to help since the line was getting long, She comes down takes one look at me and says in a very rude tone, you need something and walks away. Didn’t even help me, didn’t even ask her staff why she was called down. Extremely rude unlike her staff that is nothing but nice. Hope I never have to run into her again. Very nasty attitude.

They had their cokes 10 for 10, but it didnt ring up as that when we were checking out. So then were told, oh you have to use a e-coupon, you have to download a app to get those savings. I have a Weiss card why do I need to download a app.

A worker tried to accuse me of stealing i showed him my recite and the look on his face looked like he wanted to punch something didn’t even apologize

STAMPS!!No one was in customer service area, cashier at 11 said she cant page anyone to come to customer service. Turns out she could have sold me stamps. Instead I had to go to self checkout to get help only to find out my other items could not be paid for at customer service. So two different times I had to wait on a line not including standing at customer service waiting on someone to show up.There were three employees standing around d doing nothing up at self checkout. Poor communication at this store between management and staff. No one seems to want to help customers. Ill avoid this store as best I can and suggest others do as well.

Its crazy if you go to different Weis they look and quality of stuff is better. I guess it depend on what area you live in , my opinion they all should be the same. But all in all its nice and the cashier was very helpful.

I had several instances where I was not given sale or clearance price when sale actually was taking place. This necessitated standing in line at the service desk with a cart full of groceries to show them the item to refund the overcharge. (Be aware that weis no longer gives you a free item and a refund when you have been overcharged.)Be sure to also check the end date of advertised prices, especially on in-store signs and shelf tags. Often, the sale or promotion is over and they have not removed the tags from the shelves.Sometimes, you will see a great sales price-- but if you read the fine print, you find that you have to buy 3, 5 , or 10 of the item, or each is full price.Finally, check the expiration dates on food, especially non-frozen vegetarian food. Three times, on separate visits, I bought food only to go home and see that the item was past its expiration.Also, prices are higher than they are in competitor stores, including the older Weis just across town.The store is very clean, though. Plus, (and this is a huge plus) there arent panhandlers out in the parking lot or at the door begging for money, either. Those are very big pluses in my book. Hence the 3 stars.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store the customer service desk is closed!! Regardless of the time but it’s always before 8. What’s the purpose of customer service desk again?? Yo assist with customers needs such as money orders, lottery tickets, rainchecks and so on. This issue needs to be addressed cause I know I’m not the only one who finds it a problem.

I shop here regularly as it is close to me. Staff is very friendly and available and helpful in the self bag/pay aisles. The store is very clean, well lit, and well stocked. They have great canned veggie sales!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, but this one women. I asked her a question and she got rude and tried to push my question aside and went back to her scanning. I shop here very frequently, but I never had an encounter like that. So to the women with the attitude problem , I hope your day gets better.

A nice grocery store. It has plenty of parking. It also has good produce, meat, bakery items and fresh deli. sandwiches, soup and salad and pizza for lunch or dinner. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores in the area and the employees are friendly. Gas is available at the end of the parking lot

Example a pack of hot dogs that I like. $2.99 at any other store. Weis market $4.00. I surely will not be a regular at this store. Only a last option. Sorry Weis. The fact is a fact.

This Weis is my Favorite of the Two that are in Town. Their Produce is Always Fresh and Delicious. The Store is Clean and Well Organized. If You have a Question, Every Associate will be Able to Answer and Help You Find what You are Looking for.

Clean, Not too crowded for a Sunday. The shelves were well stocked and greatest of all, our cashier Jordan was very kind. Not my favorite grocery store but decided to try it again. I use a motor cart. It died in the store. Had to go get another one and transfer all my stuff. They dont have a very good organic section. Vegetables looked dried up and limp. I will go back to my other store.

Really decent Weis. The staff are super friendly, and the prices are reasonable, if tending towards higher. Really like the option to order groceries online and pick them up. Thats fantastic. Only downside is their gas rewards -- only in $50 increments, and if you dont hit that increment on one shopping trip, the points dont accumulate, unlike Martins gas rewards where it all adds up.

This is the grocery store I do 95% of my shopping at. The store is clean and the employees are great. Theres even a stocker who will sing along with their music system with you! The system plays great music BTW. My only complaint is that they often have non- specialty items on sale but seem to either be very low in inventory or totally out. It would make sense to me to have more of the items on hand - Im referring to frozen dinners, pretty much a staple even if its just in your freezer for an emergency. They have a certain brand on sale regularly and seem to have little if any in stock, even the day the discount goes into effect. Other than than - I continue to shop there so I AM a happy shopper.

Its nice to walk into Weiss and the first department you go through is typically the produce. Weiss seems to always have the nicest displays and freshest appearing fruits, veggies, meats, cheeses and breads. The staff are mostly pleasant.

Alot...Alot...variety....very clean...food is very fresh due to temperatures. Healthy indoor living for polar bears,penguins and very hairy huskies. But not for old women on medication. Deli food looked great.

I mean, sure, if I wanted to spend 2 or 3 times as much money on food thats not even as good as the food I get at aldi. However Im the type that likes quality and good prices more than my image. Weiss exists solely so that you can impress your increasingly white friends, much in the same sense that whole foods only stays in business because crunchy moms and hippies are idiots.
