The employees should really learn not to talk smack about customers in front of them. Yes Melanie....Im talking about you. Youre kinda lucky I was in there with my mother and not wanting to cause a scene. But I promise you...next time I wont let it go.

Prices have spiked, and dont buy the pre-packaged ribs; they were boney and scorched under the cue sauce.

Always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, one time a sale item did not ring up on sale and they were happy to correct the price. Great selection and quality of meat, usually something is on a steal of a deal compared to other stores in the area.

You can get just about anything you want here. Brand names are a little off but they sell all the products you may need

Havent been in a while hopefully its get better they was remodeling the inside. But other than that price wise still good. And a plus for me they have cashier instead of self check out. My opinion l dont work for the store so why should i have to check myself out & plus we taking job away from people making the rich richer

I shop here weekly and never had a problem until today, some cashiers need trained on how to NOT put cleaning products in the same bag as food it is a poison and if it leaks and happens to get in a package that may have a hole someone can get sick.

Bought a pie there. Picked out one that was nice not cracked on top. The lady put it in the bag on the side. When I got home the top had 2 cracks in it. Very disappointed.

Love love the store and love the new layout. 95% of employees are amazing. I recently visited the store and came in contact with Juanita a cashier. I found her to be very rude and nasty maybe she should not be a cashier or she needs to have a better personality.

This store is always a treat to visit. The stores is clean, and well stocked with merchandise. The front registers are always open for customer service. The staff is friendly. Plus the prices on shrimp, and steaks are the lowest in the area. Keep up the good work Save A Lot store employees.

Check the dates on all foods as many expired, especially meats, saw green on meats. Not just the meats. This has been an ongoing issue so I will no longer shop there.

A very good inexpensive grocery store with plenty of selection. It reminds me of Aldis but I personally like it better.

That was my first visit. The store is CLEAN!! The butcher was very informative. He didnt act like we were bothering him when we asked questions about the meats. To me that is VERY important. Cashiers were very friendly!!!

They are always a great place to stop in in between pay checks because if your able to really shop right - you willMost definitely get everything you need to get you by until pay day and more! They have the best grocery store meat department in Hagerstown. Locally sourced and freshly butchered at ridiculously low prices.

They have an okay selection...for the most part. Most of the staff is indifferent at worst. Not as expensive as other grocery stores which makes it crowded.

The prices are good and usually the customer service is excellent but today... the cashier had a cough. She coughed continuously into her hands and proceeded to touch my groceries. Thats what Lysol is for but still. I would like to give it a higher rating but I want to bring home groceries not a cold.

TRUCKERS: Easy to get to and very fast unload times. If you arrive overnight, just park near the docks on the Southend. Dude knows who hes looking for, and will come get you around 0600 or so. Dock is super easy to back into.

AEvery bag of onions...Vadilia and yellow...had at least one or two rotten onions in them. Celery was not fresh. Prices are above other nearby stores.Store was not clean. Very disappointed with quality of product.Wont shop here again.

Horrible. My order rang up to 180 ish dollars and the clerk who was a older lady argued with me when I told her she wasnt clear on how she explained to me how to use my cards and was rude rude RUDE. I walked OUT and left my cart set. I wont go back to them !

This store has majorly improved its selection and appearance. Store was much cleaner than in the past and staff was attentive.

I frequent this location a few times per week, and love the deals i get on my everyday products, store is clean and staff is friendly. One employee that i met by coming in over time is Angela. She is amazing! Every single time i come in the first thing I do is look down at the registers for her smiling face. She is extremely helpful with anything you may need. She always finds a solution if there is ever an issue and makes my day brighter everytime im in there. I know i can always rely on her. If you need anything, find her! She knows her stuff! Fantastic customer service in my book.

Decent prices, but not much selection. I went to pick up some produce, but they didnt carry any broccoli, cauliflower, and their potatoes were more expensive than they are at a non-discount store like Martins. Smelled nasty, but Ill probably drop in regularly to pick up some cheap produce.

It was a good shopping trip I got everything I needed. They have really good prices for the area. Its the only place I know of where you can a shopping cart full of food for 70 bucks. Lol.

This is the best grocery store in Hagerstown to stock up on your basic pantry items. The variety of merchandise is limited, but the prices cant be beat for canned goods, meats, generic cereals, frozen vegetables, spices, and some produce. I shop here for the basics and then go to the larger stores for specialty items to stretch my grocery budget.
