Three little boys acted like complete as*sholes over a simple question. Apparently what Verizon’s website states - and what’s actually true - you have to figure out for yourself. Terrible customer service- do better.I bet all your moms wish they swallowed.

Last February I went to the store to purchase a new mifi device. The sales person suggested that I switch from a personal account to a business account. Thus began the worst customer experience of my lifetime. It took two months to get the devices switched over to the business. All the while receiving two bills and I believe being double billed for some things. I have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get things sorted out with Verizon. I have gone into the store twice (a 45 minute drive each way) to try to sort it out. The last time the manager got on the phone with Verizon to ensure that everything was closed out. However, in May I received another bill. When I called Verizon they said that it wasnt included in the final payment that I made at the store.The Business and Personal customer support people dont talk with each other to help resolve issues.So, if they suggest that you move your services to Verizon Business, you are probably better off just going with an entirely different cell phone company. IT IS NOT WORTH HOURS OF AGGRAVATION. I may just leave Verizon after 12 years because of this mess.Hi,I was contacted by Verizon today (June 9, 2021) and was able to get the issue resolved. I would avoid this store at all costs. The two male representatives are iPhone haters. They trash and disparage the iPhone at every opportunity and I actually witnessed one of them talk a customer out of upgrading to an iPhone. The Rep said, oh I see you have an Android. Youre taking at least 1-2 steps backwards by buying an iPhone. In 6 months youll have problems and need to upgrade again. The customer left the store without upgrading. Hopefully he went elsewhere. Lastly, this same rep said hes not required to adhere to what corporate says and they do not know what they are talking about.

Good Service and well Trained Staff switch from Sprint(now T-mobile) to Verizon better network and really people service.

The Representative was very helpful in what I needed. Took care of my bill, fixed the issue I had with my phone, made a well needed purchase and will make a future purchase as well! Verizon Wireless always provides me with the best of service and care!

On November 27, 2020 I had gone to the Verizon Store located at 17318 Valley Mall Rd, Suite C, Hagerstown MD 21740 to get information about the Black Friday promotions. I wanted to trade in my iPhone 7 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I spoke with Paige who said that their promotion was $440 to trade in my iPhone 7. I thought that was a pretty good deal and went ahead and ordered the phone. I went back in on 12/7/20 to pick up my new phone and was going over the contract. She said “oh I thought you had and iPhone 8, I can’t offer you $440 like I said, that promotion is for and an iPhone 8 and above”. She then offered me $100. She said she thought I had an iPhone 8 but she had my account information in front of her and should have known I had an iPhone 7. I cancelled my order and left very upset. The only reason I had ordered that phone was because I thought I was getting a great deal. She misled me and gave me incorrect information. Does she get commission, was this a tactic to sell me a phone. The next day I called the store and spoke with BJ, the manager. He seemed as though he didn’t care and only apologized. This is not acceptable, I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and at this point I don’t feel valued as a customer. This experience has made me think about going to another carrier and reporting this to the media. This is false advertisement and bait and switch tactics. I’m very upset with this whole experience.

I always shop at the Victra Verizon retailer store in town because they have always been helpful in my needs.

Paige was able to help me with my purchase very quickly and she was very friendly. By far the best and quickest service I have received in the 11 years dealing with Verizon!

I was a long time Sprint customer before coming to Verizon. I was a little reluctant to switch to Verizon, however working with Eric has truly made my transition absolutely smooth. Eric is a very personable person. His personality was amazing! while talking to Eric it’s as if I had know him all my life, kinda like a little brother. I hope you guys keep Eric because he’s one of the few that we rarely get to see nowadays regarding Excellent customer service. I truly appreciate my experience with Eric. I do not normally write reviews however today I went into the Verizon store to see if I could find myself as well as both of my parents new phones and add them to my plan! Eric is who helped my parents and I and I know we were not the easiest to deal with. He was extremely patient with us and provided information about the iPhones and androids to help my parents choose. He broke down different cost scenarios based on different down payments and phones as well as went through our entire monthly bill to make sure we knew all of the costs. I cannot express to you enough how non-judgmental, patient and kind Eric was to us! He provided great service and was extremely informative. He also price matched a few phone cases and helped my dad transfer his contacts to his new phone. Great experience. I highly recommend Eric he deserves a raise!

I had ordered a new phone online to be picked up at the store. I waited over five hours for an email and never received one. I went to the store to pick up the phone and John was a paragon of patience helping us even after the store closed. In the end I got my phone and John was most patient with us. He gave excellent customer service. I would recommend the store to anyone.

I went in with a screen in the fritz just hoping to find out if it was a fix or trash it scenario. I had about 45 minutes before I needed to move on to the next family activity. Aaron took one look at my phone and helped me right away. I explained my time constraint and he was on it! Assessed my account, gave easy options and moved me along. It was the least amount of time I have ever spent getting a new phone! In 45 minutes I had a new phone, plan, data transfer, and was checked out without breaking the bank. Aaron is the best!

I would like to commend your salesperson John (who also goes by the nickname Scottie) for the excellent level of customer service he provided us last night. He was patient and accommodating and very knowledgeable and treated my elderly parents with a great deal of respect which I appreciated greatly. I was super impressed with how he stuck with the problem well after his working hours were over. I give John five stars for superior customer service.

Went in to Victra Verizon in Hagerstown MD to see if I could get help in locating my cell phone which was misplaced or stolen last night. Eric was helpful with all my requests and took care of setting me up with a new phone in less than 90 minutes. Fortunately my phone was up for renewal/upgrade or insurance replacement. His expertise helped me recover and reset new passwords and well as salvage my contacts and apps without a hitch. Next month Ill be taking a friend to see Eric regarding her phone and tablet. Came in expecting to have to pay an arm and a leg to get my phone fixed, customer service rep BJ helped let me know what my options were. Made sure to help me through the process in a speedy fashion and really did a good job giving me options for a replacement covered by insurance. Don’t let negative reviews full you, I’ve seen much worse in customer service at other retailers! Thanks for the help

Buying a new phone is very overwhelming. I went to the Verizon website but it was a little confusing so I decided to go to the Verizon store in Haggerstown to see if they could help me. Aaron immediately came up to me and made the entire process of buying a new phone and transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone seamless. He was extremely customer service oriented and I greatly appreciate that. He asked me what my needs were for a phone and then helped me choose exactly what I needed. He showed me all of the accessories that were available on my phone and made the entire process actually enjoyable. If I could give Aaron more than 5 stars I would. Like most stores in Hagerstown...ha.ha. this Verizon store is completely useless and has the worst customer service with the rudest employees Ive seen at a Verizon store. This trip not only did the guy rudely rush an elderly woman, who was simply trying to gather Information; he was of no use to my situation after explaining exactly what I needed and the fix for it from the past 4 times Ive had this one issue. I will not return to this Verizon and will not/would not recommend anyone to this store! Drive to the Frederick store!
