I was in the store today for an upgrade on my phone. A gentleman by the name of Kevin sold me the phone. I am not very computer savvy so basically he had to show me all the features on the phone and how it worked. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Great customer care which I truly appreciate!

He will stay with you, work out any kinks, explain steps~really he is top notch. This Maryland Avenue Boost store has recently been remodeled, so its clean and not cramped. Service reps are ready to help out and will guide you towards the best deals available. I highly recommend.

This is the BEST Boost Mobile store that Ive ever been to! Chris at the Maryland Avenue store was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as well as helped me activate/ transfer service to my new cell phone. He also offered advice and information about my new cell phone and case that I wasnt aware of. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service that I received today.

I went into the store needing a cheap phone and plan since my current phone was broke. Zane was the only one working at the time and he went above and beyond to save me money and help me. I left with a new phone and monthly plan AND my broken phone now FIXED! The rep at the Sprint store said it needed to be sent off for repair and Id be a week or 2 without a phone. Thats why i ended up at Boost. Zane fixed my phone in about 30 seconds. I would highly recommend going to see Zane because he is helpful and knowledgeable.And to the owner of the store:Hold on to Zane. After reading other reviews, he seems to be a great asset to your business. He impressed me and saved me money and a huge headache.

First, I called and talked to a rep on the phone, who walked me through how the Bring Your Own Device program worked. He was very helpful, despite his surfer-dude sound. Then, when I visited two days later, I was greeted by another rep - seemed to be the only one in the store. The radio was rather loud, and the station was filthy (we had a young child with us). The rep stood there, chewing and spitting tobacco in front of us, while he was preoccupied playing poker on his phone. As I explained what plan we wanted, he informed me that they didnt sell that plan anymore. When I showed him the plan on the Boost Mobile website, he had to call someone to find out about it. Then, he told us a cost more than what was shown online. When I asked why it was so much higher - he indicated there was an activation fee. Starting to get frustrated that the activation fees had not been mentioned before, I started asking questions about what the total cost would be. Then he remembered there was a fee for the SIM card. All told, we left without switching after being told it would cost us over $100 more than we were initially led to believe. Im not at all impressed and will definitely not be returning to this store. I should not be more educated on your products and services from looking at your website for five minutes than your own employee. And as for the employee - pay attention to your customers!! Dont be be more interested in playing a game on your phone while you listen to music with explicit content on the store radio...

I like Boosts contract because there are no hidden fees. And, if you come from a different carrier they can give you a phone.

They charge you a $3 dollar processing fee. Rip off. All taxes included if you pay online or over the phone. No extra processing charge. Boost promoted the everything in one lump sum back in September it still stands. Dont pay your bill here.
