Good evening cricket wireless.I would like to share with your office the experience I had with your sales rep Yasmin at the Hagerstown Md. Store. I came in the store this evening wanting to separate my cellphone number from a joint payment plan that I was on with my girlfriend due to domestic issues I am currently having with her. When I explained the situation with Yasmin she went right to work to try to get me off the current plan working and talking to cricket reps at a central office. They were hard to follow and understand and Yasmin took my phone and tried to talk them through step by step to get them to understand my situation. The scene escalated when my girlfriend found out what was going on and started to buck the issues and would not cooperate. Yasmin kept her cool and went so far to contact my girlfriendon my phone and try to go to bat for me and persuade her to give us the info we needed to make the changes. I feel she was wonderful calm, and professional all in one package tonight. Please keep her on your staff an promote her and acknowledge her valueable public skills. I was so glad to have her helping me tonight. I just wish the other cricket reps that she was working with would have been as good as she was, because they were not. Thankfully you. Todd

I got the insurance for my phone .when it broke I went to the store and the told me I had to call customer service and file a claim and then they might mail a new phone. How do I do this with à broke phone? What a joke

I spontaneously switched from Sprint to Cricket because I just couldn’t take it anymore, and I had a great experience. There were two staff there who provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions, gave me a detailed explanation of the process, and were able to start my new service within half an hour. Even though I’m a brand new cricket customer, I can honestly say my experience is already far better than what I went through with Sprint for a year.

I love the staff at the local Cricket store in Hagerstown, Maryland. there customer service skills are phenomenal. If you have any concerns or complaints please do not hesitate to go into the local store. Never try to get anything resolved through 611. The staff that mans the 611 calls are a bunch of idiots especially the guy they call Kevin. His customer service skills suck!!!! He said Im on a recorded line I really hope so his ass needs to be fired!!!!!!

Iam so pleased with the fantastic service I received when I entered the store. The gentleman, that greated us, his name was Kevin. I was with a friend.After he helped my friend, i was so pleased how polite he was. At that point I ask him about a plan. Well put it this way. I didnt have any plans to get s phone.But I walked out with one. Kevin sure knows his job. I have had to call him a few time for help with my phone. WOW he was just as polite on the phone as he was in person. He fixed my problem on the phone.That made me feel so good, not having to make a trip to Hagerstown. So I am gonna say Cricket needs more people like him. He sure knows his job and also very polite.
