Oakley Vault has been indeed my favorite toy store for several years now. Been wearing Oakleys since 93 and has never grown old on me.Year after year my collection gets bigger & bigger and to be honest if I never broke or lost any of my pairs, could easily have roughly 50 pairs by now which I wouldnt be surprised if there are avid Oakley fans out there that have a lot more.The staff are always the coolest and most down-to-earth employees in the entire mall. Store is always kept ultra clean/sanitized, sales & deals are decent and overall always a great selection of shades, apparel, backpacks, etc.I have a fair amount of apparel, have had a couple of their backpacks but its the sunglasses I have a decent collection of which Ive posted a few pics of some of them over the years.Im aware that not only are they made in the US but in China as well to keep up with the demand. Always a quality-made product and as long as the big O continues to create cool stuff, Ill keep coming back.

This place was great. They had a good selection of Oakley apparel with many sales. Will was awesome and he really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the staff as well. The store was clean and very organized. I will certainly be back!

Been a customer at the Gurnee Mills Oakley Vault since the day they opened. They have never made me feel that I am just a customer. Im greeted by name and fist bumps all around and I have a great experience everytime there. Im a huge fan and collector of Oakley since its beginning and they always have what I want. Never are they too pushy. Great recommendations and service. Thank you to Will and his crew for always treating myself and my family like we are the most important part of your company. Marcus and William are SQUARED AWAY! Took good care of me!!! Zero complaints. They called other stores to find the lens I wanted, took me outside to test the lens… PROFESSIONALS! And no I am not related to them in any way. Love my Oakleys and they support the military!

Will B, the store manager, gave excellent customer service from start to finish. He gave us plenty of space to look at online customization options and let me try on the glasses. He graciously handled other customers but always came back to check on us. I walked out extremely pleased and with a new pair of glasses for running! 10/10 would go this store again because of him.

We were there today around 5pm and all of the employees were so helpful - especially the one who started with us. We were trying to find a pair that I like for my trip to Alaska and they gave us so many different options. He was also very patient because I’m indecisive.We live in the south side of chicago and will always continue to travel here to this specific Oakley store.Thank you again to your team forToday! Poor customer service,i expand about $400 dls on 4 pair of sunglasses,and i got lenses cleaners,snd 2 months later the spray bottle shrunk,why? I dont know when back to the store to gen new one the Store manager Refuse to give me new one,really disappointed
