Been going here since 2017, first time back since initial pandemic lockdown March 2019. I grab a pair of baseball player youth shoes to have the Latina girl completely Clownin’ on me telling me the shoes I grabbed were Girls youth shoes when I know the style was a male baseball player. Left the store disgusted shocked and frankly disassociated with the fact that a female would sit there fight with me telling me what shoes I got on, after she handed them to me before even telling me what section they’re from. I’m 26 she must’ve been below 26, I won’t be clowned by no female worker at this mall. I got a pair of $44 sketchers down the block there. It’s a business world welcome to 2021 it’s a mans world these women female workers should learn some class.

The selection of shoes wasn’t vary good and the manger seems lazy I asked for the hr number and he wouldn’t give it to me every time I would ask for a size for a shoe he would just look me in the face and tell me we didn’t have it without even checking. I am outraged and will never shop here again

They need to work on customer service. There were about 6 or 7 people working there, only 1 person is pleasant enough to answer questions and actually provide customer service. They dont answer you when you ask something. They brought out a shoe that I guess was reserved for another customer which I later found out by this guy coming up to me and tells me that I cannot try them on. Is this my fault? Did I bring them out? NO. I definitely would not buy anything from here in the future.

They do not care about covid they all surround you as soon as you walk-in like dude give me space to breath.

We just came back from the store and when we opened the bag we noticed that they didnt take off the security magnet. The alarm wasnt even ringing thats why we couldnt see that magnet was still on the clothing. I had to youtube it to take it off by ourselves. Of course we didnt steal it, we definitely have the receipt. The magnet had some ink and the cloth got stained. The customer service was also so bad. I asked for the size and the guy didnt even answer my question. I would never go to this store in my future. One star is not even worthy. If there was zero star, Id definitely give them zero star.

They didnt have the best selection of shoes. My found a pair of shoes he loved but they didnt offer it in his size. They have it online but for more money.

Excellent customer service, in store. If you’re looking for fresh kicks this is a place to go. Treat you like a high priority customer. Will order things if they don’t have it. Great deals too. Great options.

It would be great if the line were a serpentine so that the next available cashier could take the next customer. Its so frustrating to see a faster line than the one your in, knowing your movie has already started.

I went there to buy school cloths and school shoes. It turned out to be a wonderful shop and I found all the stuff I needed. The employees were very patient and helped you find the shoes that you were looking for and the sales were great for back to school shopping.

They didnt have my shoe size so the sales rep tried to sell me on other shoes I declined and suggested other shoes ;after which he decided I wasnt going to buy the ones he was pushing he never came back!

I went to look for a specific shoe didnt see them in Illinois went to another store in Wisconsin and found the style and color I wanted but decided to return it wasnt the right color I though. Went back to Illinois I saw another pair and got them when sales associate was ringing me out opened the box and there was a sales tag so I thought I was getting them on sale but when he told me the price he gave me the full price. I asked why I was told that they were not on sale and the tag should have been taken out. So because of their mistake I paid full price. I asked for the manager and the sales associate told me that he was and that he wasnt honoring the price. I did get my shoes but will not go back. Not good customer service.
