Not bad,Obviously the stream of thefts at Target stores has not reached here yet. The store was stocked with fresh produce in their grocery area, plenty of alcoholic beverages and dairy products, soft drinks, Frozen goods, and anything else you can imagine in a supermarket. Garden area was well supplied, pet area well supplied, hardware well supplied Auto supplies adequate. Pretty much everything that a super Walmart would have, maybe not quite as grandiose. But for a Target it was better than many. So Ill give it five stars.

The staff & crew in the Electronics Department in Gurnee, IL are always helpful, I never have issues here with them or the Target in Waukegan, IL as well.

The manager has high school kids as mask nazis at the front door again. Apparently the manager has no idea you can Drive 10 minutes to Kenosha Target on Hwy 50 and not have to wear a mask.

I generally hate big box stores, but Target is alright with me. I love that you can search for items in the app and it will point you right to the store location. Drive up ordering had also been really helpful lately.

I like this Target store because of the shopping carts and baskets and i walked the whole store and i went on a shopping spree there and it’s a big store and i went in the CVS pharmacy section and i found the NyQuil and DayQuil and i like this Target store.

The Clerk at the checkout asked how I am, and took great care during the checkout process. That combined with Target had all of the items I needed in one shopping event. Thank you.

Im trying to return an item I received as a gift today.. I was told it was over 100.00 so they cant help me. I purchased so many items for my family here. If its no receipt, covid or any excuse stores have for not helping customers. It terrible. If item was under 100. Then store credit woud be ok. I am not going to shop for the holidays here . I dont want the hassle for my family. Their is no mention of any of this homade policy on their wall or displays. TJ maxx is one of the best stores for returns or exchanges hassle free.I would think twice about Target you will be stuck with items.

Went in looking for product, couldn’t find it so I went to customer service to which they flat out told me “no we don’t have it” without knowing anything about the product or even looking on the computer or in the back.

This target is fantastic they are so friendly and helpful. I use their drive up option at least two to three times a week. I love that service!!!

So I was trying to place an online order for a mattress topper using a Visa Debit gift card and a Chase debit card. Cant use those kinds of cards twice on one transaction. So customer service told me to go in person to their store and that the help desk could do it for me faster. So I drove in the rain and did just that. First off all three ladies who tried to help me were great and professional. But Ashley was the best ever. She spent at least 15 to 20 minutes total trying to swipe the cards to no avail. So finally shes like go buy anything for the same amount on the cards and Ill just give you a Target gift card on the returned item. It worked! She placed the order for me with all Target gift cards and gave me an additional 10.00 Target gift card towards my purchase. I was totally blown away by her upbeat and friendly personality. So hey if you ever have any issues at the Gurnee Target ask for Ashley. She will most certainly help you. Im a very happy and satisfied customer.

It was easy to find what I was looking for and pick up my order. It’s so nice to be able to be able to just order what I need online while I am out running other errands in the area and just pull up in front of the store and they will bring my purchases out to the car. Especially on rainy gross days.

The only big thing I did not like about this store was the comically narrow isles!Come on!I had to back all the way out to get to the other side of the the isle of the isle because one guy with a cart, which was parallel is blocking the isle!I can understand the need to make room for more merchandise, but this is ridiculous!Also, stop E mailing me every time I visit!It is getting very creepy!

The store is well maintained, and all of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did every single staff member I walked past greet me, but they also greeted my toddler and made an effort to make him laugh or smile. I also made a return, had an issue with my card, and forgot an item at the checkout in a single shopping trip (not my best night lol), and every staff member I dealt with for each of my issues was absolutely incredible. I felt compelled to write a review because it’s not often that you go somewhere and all of the staff is so amazing.

Had some issues today at the store which is unlike this Target. Normally the service is great, its clean, and overall a great atmosphere. Im giving it 5 stars because Sunday, the Store Manager, made everything better. That doesnt mean she bowed down and just gave me what I asked for to get rid of me. We had a very nice conversation and understood one another. Im not a the customer is always right person. I will admit when I am wrong. In both cases, there was things Target employees were incorrect about but also myself. Sunday and I cleared things up without any arguing. Sunday is very down-to-earth, friendly, and is there for the customers. She is wonderful and is likely the reason for such high star ratings. Thank you Sunday!

TERRIBLE! I am a new mother who is immune compromised. My breast pump just stopped working and I need one tonight. They refused to provide any kind of support with curbside pickup. They earliest they could do it was the next day, which doesnt work for an exclusively pumping mom. If youre a mom, dont shop here!!

Store didn’t understand there own store coupon policy from the cashier to supervisor and to the lead (asst. manager). Limit 1 coupon per purchase means “per items and meaning you can use only 1 manufacturer coupons and store coupons per items, we can’t use double MQ coupons in 1 item” not per shopping trips or per transaction.. limit 2 identical coupons per shopping trip means “ I can use the same 2 coupons in a transaction/per visit”. They only want 1 coupon per different items even it says you can use 2 identical coupons per items per transaction... Bummer!

The only thing that saved this place from a zero star review was the excellent customer service from a young man named Zack! I have troubles, and the only way I was able to pick out the right Roku for my grandson was when Zack came to help me. He was informative and funny, and was able to make my otherwise miserable experience very painless. I was stuck in the toilet paper aisle for fifteen (15) minutes and Zack noticed me standing there, mouth agape, in confusion about why these watches were so big! Now, it turns out I have cataracts and it was obviously just toilet paper but for an old man like me things can be tough when shopping alone. I never received any items but was only allowed to pick these 3 i had a total of 4 items. i want all my money back plus the delivery charged reversed. This has been the worst experience so far. I spoke to a manager at Target Gurnee and he was absolutely no help. Why would Target work with a company and not have the ability to fix the problem or get into contact with a company that they chose to work with. This makes no sense ! ive never experienced this at the target in Waukegan ! i will never do an online delivery with them ever again !

I order a gift from a registry thinking it will be easy and quick to pick it up and be on my way to the party, when I got there there was a desk for returns and a desk for pick up when buying online and the registry. There was 4 associates behind the desk and only 2 customers. They saw me on the “pick up” side and none of them acknowledged me. There was one guy passing by and I asked him if I should go to the line that says returns if I was picking up something that I bought online he kept walking and said I don’t know. He was so rude then I went to the desk for returns again waiting and they were not even busy finally they they acknowledged me when I said I was there for picking up something that I bought online they told me I got to go to the other desk at this point I was really mad and I just wanted to get the hell out of there I finally got what I bought but next time I just order my things from amazon less hassle and not dealing with incompetent rude people. Don’t order online if you are on a hurry it will be faster to go inside the store and buy what you need.

Online ordering through the Target app is hassle free and the drive-up order pick-up was quick and convenient. I was surprised by how quickly my order was brought to my car.

It was fast and easy!! I went to the gym, took my time, did a little extra to wait out the 2 hours in takes to gather the order. The next thing you know I get an email that my items were ready for pick up! Yay! Lines are divided, return/exchange and order pick up. So my wait time was within a few minutes.

Since when does Target check receipts of you have unbagged items. We purchased a furnace filter and toilet paper (among other things) and when we were leaving a guy asked to see our receipt because we had unbagged items. Can they not afford stickers? No wonder Amazon is doing so well!

Target online is a joke... I ordered a Christmas Present on 12/15 with a promise of two day shipping from target they claimed my package would be here on 12/19 of course that day came and passed and it’s not two days after Christmas 12/27 and the package is still “in transit”. I contacted customer service about the matter two days before Christmas and she told me that “two day shipping is not guaranteed and that I’m going to have to wait .” I was livid. I understand sometimes packages take some time but it’s now 11 days and still nothing? I ended up getting the gift at Walmart instead and I’m waiting for this package to come in the mail so I can go to target to return it. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER order from target online again.

Many of my favorite food items from Target have disappeared recently. I like that Target sells booze now, but they got rid of many of the items that I shopped at target for. now I buy much more food at Jewel than I used to. Target becomes much less important to me as they continue to shrink their food inventory

I was with my spouse and he was wearing a hoodie immediately we were getting followed as if we were going to steal or something felt so uncomfortable we have money to spend never again

Employees don’t pay attention to customers. They talk amongst themselves and get bothered when a customer asks questions.

I got a skirt steak with molds and when I brought it back I couldnt return it coz I didnt bring receipt and I didnt have my ID coz I just asked to be driven and I only brought my target credit card.

Needed to get some Strawberry Ensure, Target sometimes has a 5 dollar gift certificate when you buy so many of them here. They did the have that deal this time, but they did have it on the toilet paper. I checked out with the toilet paper and got the gift card, then my wife checked out using the gift card with the rest of the stuff we bought. The people here are generally nice, the store is clean, just a bit cramped compared to the newer super targets.

I would have gave it zero stars if that was an option. Worst experience ever. If your thinking about signing up for their credit card I would advise you not too. Their service team for the red card is horrible and the supervisor there is selfish and doesnt care about the business. I do have to say the manager helping me in the store unetia was excellent . She did everything she could to help me and was just as frustrated as I was.

This target in particular is so awful! Almost everything is out of stock. The shelves are a mess. Only two check out lanes were open even though Christmas is right around the corner. I hate coming to this store. The only saving grace was my cashier, a young-ish girl who was helpful and sweet.

Gurnee target is a big, mostly clean store. They have a wide selection of quality merchandise. The employees tend to not be very helpful, which is why the store gets 4 stars. The checkout is usually pretty friendly.
