WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLDLADY WANTED TO charge me $8 to print out a label….. I called the other ups store and they charge $2…. The one on Daniel Blvd…. Do not go! They are absolutely mean…. And that one lady felt good telling me that she couldn’t print a label out!We need a NEW OWNER if they are allowing this! Look like he doesn’t read his reviews

I had a great experience when I went in to this location. Sarah Edwards helped me out and she was just very welcoming and funny. She made the process very easy and simple! And I even got a thank you letter in the mail for shipping my package with them!! I will definitely come back for any of my needs when it comes to my packages.

If I could give this store and manger zero stars, I definitely would! They dont deserve the one star! The manger was extremely rude,to the point that I felt completely attacked. Tried to overcharge $47.00 for a box and when I confirmed with my home store, started screaming they were a franchise and he could charge whatever he wanted! The other employee that was there looked completely terrified of the manager! I will never go back to this store,extremely unprofessional and crazy as hell. If u want good service with friendly employees DONT go here! Went to another ups not far from here and got correct pricing and very friendly service. I posted a receipt from the other store just to prove my point!

If you have a package drop or some other related business, then this location is convenient and efficient. However, if you are looking into obtaining a virtual address or need a street address for personal or business reasons, you may want to look into other options. Although the location is pretty convenient for Gulfport residents, the mailbox services are very expensive (which would be the case at any UPS store) and you are only allowed to choose at least a medium for business purposes. Also of importance, I am finding out the hard way that the street address given to you at this location includes a suite letter and also a box #- your box #, which confuses many online systems. The additional Box # causes problems, ranging from not being recognized by the USPS, not having enough space to type additional information, and/or being recognized as a Post Office box by the computer system- which is automatically disallowed by some (it completely defeats the purpose of their claim to provide a street address). If you want to save quite a bit of expense, consider looking into ipostal1.com, their mailbox services are only $10.00 per month, but you have to choose the UPS store in Biloxi (which offers exceptional customer service and offers a street address with only a Ste # only, which is your box #) or Coastal Postal, this Gulfport location does not offer services through them. Just something to consider if you are seeking this type of service, it really depends on your individual situation and needs.

Lady at counter was rude... Wouldnt accept amazon code for return........Then charged me $8:14 cents to print the label.......had my child with me and will not visit that store.... Hopefully she finds a job she enjoys literally complai about everything....down to the original boxes it was shipped on (2 different boxes ,1 order)..... obviously doesnt enjoy her work.

Employees not knowledgeable and customer service terrible. Called on a Sat morning to confirm what time I needed to be there to ship for Monday delivery. Was told “doors are locked at 1:30, so make sure you’re here a few minutes before”. I arrived at 1pm to be told “package won’t go out until Monday...it’s already been picked up, website says noon, should have checked the website, not sure who would have told you that”. Really?! The right thing would be to apologize for misinformation and own the mistake. Then I maybe would have returned to your severely over priced establishment even though you had no way to hell me today! Not now, TERRIBLE service and ZERO accountability!

Terrible business practices, work space, and prices sheesh. Take it somewhere else because this place will overcharge and upsell anything and everything they can. What looks like a simple ups store you’re going to drop your Amazon return at, is actually a predatory sales floor that will demand you buy $40 boxes when you don’t even need it. This store doesn’t care about shipping it’s all about sales. The owner abuses his DM and the rest of his employees to the point of no longer being professional (but when is it ever professional to abuse your employees ;)) Extreme sales quotas for a wage I could make at Zaxbys, building full of mold, and the worst owners you could ask for. Notaries are 15 a stamp here btw.

Horrible service to say the least. I arrived 5 minutes before they closed, and a lady was literally locking the door. I showed her that my boxes were already labeled and packed, and they had to do nothing other than accept them. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Ill go out of my way to go to a different store next time. If you advertise a closing time, you need to stick to it and not employ rude workers.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in with an Amazon return that needed a label printed out. We are in town for Christmas and don’t have access to a printer so we needed to print one at the store. Their computer and printer wasn’t working so our only option was to pay $7.00 for them to print the label. It was $6.00 to open the email that we forwarded to them, that’s right $6.00 to open an email and $1.00 to print the label. When I told the manager I would be sending an email to voice my frustration with this outrageous price she said oh well it won’t be our first bad review. Taken back by her response I said well with that attitude I’m sure it won’t be the last and she looked up and said probably not. Great customer service!!

I was mailing packages today and was pleasantly surprised at being offered complimentary coffee and hot cocoa! The door greeter was incredibly friendly, the employee who helped me was efficient and friendly as well. I ship things regularly and never have to wait long at all. I’m a bit surprised at some of the recent reviews, as I’ve never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this store.

I want to thank Heidi, Dwayne, & their manager Marc yesterday for brightening my day. This year has been tough & I have not gotten into the christmas spirit, but I had to send a package out & walking in the door I was welcomed by Heidi offering coffee or hot chocolate which was nice. Then while Dwayne was assisting me I had a couple of questions & Marc the manager overheard & came and offered his suggestions, but what really made my day was I was a dollar short to pay for the shipping so Marc the manager reached in his wallet & gave me the dollar & said Merry Christmas he didn’t have to do that. This isn’t normally the ups store that I use because it’s not close to where I live, but I will for now on drive out of my way for good customer service. During the middle of COVID-19 a little female wanted to keep holding my letter for no apparent reason and the little male from behind the curtain came out and agreed with her that she needed to touch an envelope that was blank over and over for no apparent reason and then hand back to me. when I brought it to their attention and they refused to mail the letter. Not one employee had a mask or gloves on in that entire store! Meanwhile all the customers were taken precautions. Instead of taking precautions they were upset because everyone else was and it seemed to annoy them. I would never step foot in this place.

I will never give this store my business again. Besides being called “sweet heart” and my items slammed around, the service left A LOT to be desired. It was closing time so Kristy was ready to go! She was rude, apparently hadn’t worked in retail for that long, not willing to help, and had no solution for other shipping needs or questions. Will NOT be back and will tell friends to ship elsewhere as well.

Took 7 Documents in to be notarized. The woman looked at me like I was crazy and said “you do understand it’s 15$ a stamp right?” WHAT,?! Everywhere charges 5$ even the other ups stores and she replied they are privately owned and can charge whatever they want. Notaries are regulated by the state of Mississippi and are not allowed to charge more than 5$ a stamp unless they’re mobile. Don’t let them scam you. Go somewhere else.

Went in to send a small package that needed to be there in two days. Standard UPS Ground was able to get it there in time because of the distance, which was perfect. The shipping costs was a little high for Ground. I thought this was strange but I figured the store may have higher prices than the others that Im used to, so no big deal. What the employee failed to mention was that he signed me up for signature required, which caused the person I was sending the package to miss it. It also explained why the shipping costs was a little higher than normal. It is extremely unethical to make your customers pay for something without telling them what they are paying for and not caring if it could inconvenience them. Just to make an extra buck. Go to the UPS Store one Beauvoir Rd.

When I called another Ups on Speaker Phone To confirm Price He then Started Yelling for Me to Get out and Dont come Back. Btw The other UPS confirmed the box was $7.83 . $5.50 for the store to print a single page when emailed to them- $3 to use the in store computer to print a single page, and cost prohibitive shipping as well. Was told $12 return shipping for a very small parcel was a “steal.” Received poor customer service- took 10 minutes to get a receipt and was blamed when the computer logged me out without giving me a receipt. The clerk refused to exchange any pleasantries, and I get everyone has bad days, but being a baseline level of nice is required for customer service. Next time I’ll bring my business to Fedex, and I highly recommend you do the same, or try the UPS on Courthouse, which apparently does not charge such high printing costs.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have dealt with in a very long time! Kristina was extremely rude and condescending for no apparent reason at all. The manager Mark witnessed the entire event and did nothing at all to try to help the situation. I eventually asked them to refund my money so i can spend it at a different place of business that would actually be happy to take it. I didnt realize until after i had such a terrible experience and started reading Google reviews that this is not an isolated incident and its always the SAME PEOPLE involved. Maybe the owner should do something about it!!! I will never visit this store again.

As a franchise, the shipping costs are at the discretion of the store, as evidenced by a recent (very bad!) damage claim experience I had. Coupled with the flippant not my problem! attitude of the woman I dealt with, its clear that they dont seem to value their customers very much. Never shipping with them again if I have the choice.

I visit this store often and always get exceptional service from the ladies that work here. This past week there was an older gentleman bald headed in there that seemed to act like he knew more than the ladies did. This is very bad for a business, he is not very professional or personable. Let the normal ladies do the great job they do!! The FIVE stars is for the regular staff not the seeming Know it all!! Not sure if I will be back if he is there!!! ******************************

Has to be the worse UPS Store Ive been in. The lady there has no idea what shes doing. She first tried to say they dont except Apple repair shipments and then she tried to get me to pay again for a box and shipping, that was already paid for by Apple, and when I brought it up she said she would delete my repair shipment info and that I can go somewhere else. Its really sad when a Employee has to give it 5 stars cause no one else will on Google review.(Aka April Hurt).
