After coming back from Vacation in Destin we decided to stop by and do a little shopping at the outlets. Due to the pandemic when we opened the door we were told they had reached their capacity. I completely understood. Other individuals were walking in and were told nothing. After the same amount of people in my party walked out of the store we walked in. The lady named Karen was being extremely rude to us and unprofessional. She was rolling her eyes and speaking about us to other customers. I spoke to her twice and was completely ignored. Alexa came to us and turned the service around. She was very nice, helpful and educated. Not arrogant like Karen. More retail need employees like Alexa! Thank you Alexa for going out of your way and assisting military personnel.

Do Not Buy from this location . I just spent almost $300 on glass’s on sale n I haven’t had them Just over 3 weeks . The Oakley left end over your ear kept coming off . I called the sunglasses hut and they would not stand behind it . It hadn’t even been 30 days . They never told me no warranty on discounted glasses . I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION EVER ... 12. 22. 20
