This is the worst customer service I ever went through. Last year I bought a Necklace and I bought it twice tried to get my money back couldn’t, after showing them they charge me, they told me it would show back on my card, it never did. This time I gave them another chance so I went in and bought something else, so I said I will pay cash this time. The policy says if it’s under $200 I can receive my cash back, went there Sunday between 12:30-1:00 the lady tells me she don’t have enough cash, I said ok no problem. Call there today at 3:00 and she says they still don’t have cash, now she tells me they will give me a check. This is so ridiculous. Customer service just don’t exist no more.

Young lady that helped me, was very patient and understanding.She had just returned to work after being off with bronchitis.She was my angel today.Praying for her continued good health.Looking for a bracelet for a special little girl who just turned 5yrs old.I found the perfect gift for her and her mother.Love these two very much.

RUN! I purchased a ring with cash here and Christina, the manager, told me a few days later when I called to chk on my order that the order was cancelled. I told her that was fine and Ill just get my money back due to them not having the item. She told me that they only keep 150.00 in store and she will not be able to refund me my money until corporate decides to release my funds. STAY AWAY

Shop here if you want to be treated like a substandard human their prices are okay their customer service is absolutely horrendous. The moment you walk in the door its as if youre not ready to buy they dont want to help you. If youre just there looking around you might as well assume that youre going to have to help yourself look.

The sales personnel told my husband that they were just going to run his credit in case My credit was not good enough to upgrade my ring and let him know if he mine wasn’t good enough. Well my credit was great and I was able to upgrade on my own. Then he told them never mind and they still ran his credit and said congrats you have a new card then he told them he didn’t want the card they told him if he canceled it that would hert his credit. Pour customer service.

My husband purchased me a ring for our 16th anniversary. It had to be re-sized which took 5 weeks to finally get it. That was the first problem. He purchased the warranty also. I had the ring two weeks and two diamonds fell out. After reading reviews of others having the same problems, I decided to return the ring because it was still within the 60 day return policy. I was able to return it but was told I could not get the $150 for the warranty back. This was the 1st piece of jewelry I have gotten from my husband since we were married, so it was very special. However, this shattered the special moment. Will never recommend Zales to anyone. Check the reviews first.

My husband purchased a necklace for me which unfortunately I tried to take back. Upon entering the store I asked for the associate that assisted him with the purchase. Once she was done I told her that I wanted to return it. I was told I couldnt even though I had his identification and card but was still not allowed to make the return. I asked to speak to the manager, Lakenya Stokes who was extremely rude and was told flat out no it couldnt be done that I would have to get him there to do this. I handle majority of his business due to the hours that he works. This was very upsetting and frustrating. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Lakenya was both insensitive and not understanding at all. She has no idea what a person is going through at that moment and she did not care. If she is going to remain in a management position which I feel she is not qualified for, then she needs more training on being empathetic to her customers. I fully intend to take this up the full corporate office. I called in this morning to get her full name and she was rude and hung up the phone. Now how is that for customer service. Never will shop at this place that provides poor customer service again. Thanks but no thanks.

I have never in my life experienced extremely poor service are spoken to in the manner I was .My fiance and I purchased a ring from Zales .To which him and I found the same ring $160 cheaper with lifetime warranty included.I tried to return the ring the next day.I was told I had to wait for management .Being I drove two cities to purchase the ring.I had to wait till next day. We both asked if he had to return it or if I could without him? The sale associated advised as long as I had the reciept .It would be no problem for me to return it.I came back the next morning to return the ring .Explained I found the same one cheaper.I would like a full refund.Need to say the manager an African American woman told me .I couldnt because it was in my fiance name.When I tried to explain I was told differently.She held the ring would not give it to me.I had to reach for it an grab it from her hand.To which she wouldnt allow me to have it.threw it on the floor .crumbled up the reciept threw it in my face.She called the cops on me .Now not only am I banned from Zales cause of her.Im banned 4 years from the prime outlet mall.
