Outstanding customer service. I called from Jackson Mississippi trying to locate a specific machine. There was no inventory in my local area. I spoke with an extremely helpful sales person, Andy, and while he was unable to help me with the inventory he had available he found a comparable machine at a dealership within reasonable travel distance. Then the sales person Molly, at their branch in Columbus Georgia, helped me complete all the necessary paperwork and complete the sale all online, before I ever used an once of gas. This level of customer service is extremely rare these days and I want everyone to know that I appreciate all their efforts.

They have a lot of items and parts for Stihl chainsaws and tractors. If they dont have it in stock they can order it for you. FYI, its way cheaper to order yourself on Amazon. These guys are good for emergency parts, as they are pricey! $$$$

Poor customer service, right from the time I walked in the door. No one greeted me, every person visible was completely engrossed in their phone or computer, and the lady at the parts counter acted like I seriously inconvenienced her by walking up to the counter.

If you are looking for American made tools that last long well you are in the right place! Love my riding lawnmower, leaf blower and weed Wacker. Customer service is the best. The manager is very attentive and courteous. 10/10.

Wonderful staff. I was waiting in line and people behind the register treated all the customers like family. I came in for a part not knowing exactly what I needed and their knowledge really shined when they knew exactly what I needed and also having it in stock was a plus. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing parts.

I took a lawn mower in for service and the service staff is absolutely AWESOME! The service manager Michael Sawyer provided me with the best service Ive received since relocating to the area. There is no reason for me to ever go anywhere else for service on my equipment other than here.

This is the best John Deer store. Its very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. If they dont have it they will order it for you. If you want a new John Deer this is the place to go. New is the only way to go so quit putting money into your old machine, treat yourself to a new one!!!

They have a great selection of everything Stihl along with a friendly staff I would recommend this location. I have purchased a MS391 and combi head weed eater here.

I keep calling it says # cant be reached. When I do get someone. The mechanic manager isnt there. And im told im just a mechanic. I cant tell you whats wrong. Only the manager can and hes not here. Then when you do bget him he.promises to check and.call me back. Thats happenef twice. And I had to call back. Then I get store managet he finally calls back and says it will be at your house later today. Well I go outside find my lawnmower decide im going to use it and it wont even try to crank. This really sucks.

Picked up my new John Deere lawn tractor for a simple front wheel bearing repair...two weeks later no tractor just a lot of excuses...story keeps changing...bringing it back broken and I have to do repair myself ..or.. wait a month maybe before fixed. BEWARE!!!!

When getting equipment repair service beware!!! Bought equipment here but after most recent repair will not do anymore business with them. The price seemed utterly ridiculous and 1 1/2 hrs later belt broke even though I asked them to inspect entire mower.
