I tried this place a few years back when my guy here in the Kiln lost his shop. I ordered a new plate for the gear box on my old bush hog and aked them to cut the 3 bolts off that held it on and install it for me since I didnt have a cutting torch. Several WEEKS later they finally got to it but said it wasnt worth fixing and I should buy one of their NEW bush hogs...very hard sell at that. When I said that Id pay for plate and do it myself they informed me that I owed them almost $400 for the 4 hours labor they had into it!!! I never saw my bush hog again but a friend claims to have seen it repaired and at an auction a few months later.I go to my friends new shop in the Kiln now, A&D Tractor Repair and would cut off both my feet and walk through the rest of my life on bloody stumps over broken glass before I ever give these crooks my business again.

Very grateful they were open the Saturday, after Hurricane Zeta. I was there waiting for store to open, along with 8+ other people. Although there were 3 people that worked there. Only one could really help you. Now if you need price on a new Stihl chainsaw, the lady quick to find out for you. Want any kind of info about any of the saws, older of the two gentlemen could tell you all about them. Everything else, only the man standing behind counter could do that. Which would explain why that man appeared to be really unhappy and abrupt with customers. Dont know what was going on here. Not an environment Id want to work in. Hope its not that way all the time. Given it a 3star b/c they did have what I needed, but only b/c of that.

Think twice before taking anything there for repair. I dropped a Stihl chainsaw off there for repair (because they were listed as a Stihl dealer). I picked it up 43 days later ($135 bill for parts) and it still isnt fixed!

I love this place there not pushy and they have or can get anything I need for lawn careI love my new scag mower and I just bought a new stihl edger and I love itMr long is very good at showing you the good better and the best on the equipment that you wantAs my older equipment wears out I will replace it with stihl equipment because you know the warranty is good and all season can fix it in a timely mannerIve tried the rest and now Im using the bestAll seasons is my go to place thank you

David long is a crook took me for over 3.300.00 on a factory warranty that he lied about.Yes David long I call you a theif I want you to sue me for calling alien cheat and a theif boy.But it wont happen because it is the truth and you know it.
