I came in tonight 4-30-21, and the ladies were soooo sweet! They made my shopping experience here so much fun. They definitely made my husband and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. I even bought a pair of shoes, wallet and a purse. Will definitely make the drive to Mississippi to come back. 🙂

I regret I didnt get their names but a floor monitor (blonde) helped me get a watch and let me know when another watch would be on sale, a door gretter (brunette) helped me with a gift for my wife, and the cashier (also brunette) was awesome. Thank you all! Money well spent!

Their selection used to be great but over the past few months it hasnt been that good. I used to leave that store with a purchase every time but the last few times Ive left with nothing

Had great time when I came into the store. I was well greeted by the employees and asked if I needed any help. I felt so good how helpful they were to help me find a purse for my girlfriend. The manager of the store had help me named Brittany was super nice and polite. The manager attitude made me buy 2 purses when I went in for 1 for my girlfriend. And my girlfriend doesnt even deserve 2 purses😂. So thank you Brittany from MK, and whoever hired her to be the boss. Great experience there no lie!! #getyourgirlabag

Great selection and they had a great sale going on. There were lots of options for matching items and beautiful bags. Beautiful spring colors and lots of friendly sales people to help out. Thats what I didnt like.. But its their job to make a sale.. But the way they follow you and hound you is like a used car salesman. Just annoying. But overall great place.

Very safe during the coronavirus there very friendly and helpful i wemt in this store got put within minutes then turned around and went back in

I walked in with my baby in her stroller and the staff was helping everyone in the store and it was pretty full in there. Well i looked around a bit and found someone to help me. She did a great job of helping me find my very first MK something which was shades and she helped me to keep my baby from grabbing stuff off of the shelves (she is 1.5 years old) while i shopped around. The sales were not as great has Coach but the staff was great and had fun dancing with my baby while i was purchasing my shades. I will come back to this store when i get more money because the prices are almost just as much as purchasing from Dilliards or Macys, but still a good bit cheaper.

Everyone is nice all the sales associates are armed with calculators to let you know the exact price of an item with the generous discounts they give frequently. One associate I didnt get her name but she has most memorized which I thought was impressive. Not really sure what the guy in the suit standing in the corner is for.

This was one of the nicest MK outlets Ive ever been to! Almost the whole store was 70% 😍😍 All of the workers were helpful and friendly! If Im ever in Mississippi again, Ill come back here for sure!!

My first time shopping at an MK outlet store. Everyone was nice and helped me find the perfect handbag. The sale at the time gave a reasonable price.

I went in with a lot of family members on 8-25-18 & all of the sales clerks spoke when we came in the store, The clerks was very nice & pleasant to us all 2 of my Sisters & myself purchased purses & wallets, So on today 8-27-18 after my oldest Sister made it back to Arkansas, She asked my son & myself to get a different color & we where greeted at the door, I face time my Sister, the clerk was able to get her what she wanted & now I have to ship it to her, Love the Customer Service

This store is laid out very well. The ladies that work there are very helpful. The guys on the other hand are kind of judgemental.

You will do better buying his brand directly from his website or Macys.

Only complete is the sales associates wont leave you alone. The entire time you are in there they are constantly interrupting who Im talking to. Tad annoying but service is usually good.

We Wait in the cold 3 hrs. in line to make one little purchace. One comes out one goes in. Two out two in etc... one out 2 in??? Wait??... One out. We wait in the cold. 3 out we are left in cold. Another out. Still we are left, feeling more than cold. 5 more leave before we are allowed in the store. So do we take up the space of 10 people? I cant believe the discrimination now harrassed. Then im embarrassed in front of my wife and everyone by greeter asking if we are together upon entry. Seriously i had just got things smoothed over from the 3 earlier that repeatedly kept turning around to give me the eye. Now the greeter wants to ask ME this. Ok maybe this 70% off ENTIRE store sign may smooth this over. So we finally get to the smartwatch counter i ask whats the total with 70% discount. Oh the entire store is only 15%. The sign only refers to everything except what i waited 3 hrs. In cold to purchace I am told. And this clerk has the nerve to argue about whats printed on her sign. Inexcusable actions. Im furious. 0 stars. I refuse to purchase another MK (my wifes favorite design for all her accessories.) I Pray im not divorced for such a fail.
