A great source of fabrics. I buy online and am always thrilled at my purchases. Recently I ordered a solid colour fabric but ticked the wrong colour. Amazingly, they said I could return it and have a refund or select another colour. I was so pleased and surprised at this service. Support this wonderful shop. They deserve all the custom they can get. A big thank you.

Came across this little gem of a place on the internet during lock down.I so badly need a self healing mat and spotted a deal of a mat, rotary cutter and ruler, unfortunately due to high demand it had sold out, but.... every cloud has a silver lining I found a pink/lavender A1 mat instead! Which I loved and went lovely with the lime green ruler.Once we found where the UPS delivery man left my parcel it was was a joy to open such a well packed item.I will definitely order from them again.

Not good service, paid for material in May. Despite ringing and emailing I have not had any correspondence to advise why the order has not been completed.Note: they eventually rang and explained that the emails they had replied to, had bounced back as “ unable to send”, looked like some technical hitch.They retook my order and the material arrived the next day. If only they had rung me earlier, this would have sorted the problem. Good service once they contacted me.

Nice shop with a lot of fabrics and accessories. They was very helpful to me because I was trying to find a perfect color matching for my fabric (mission impossible). I bought then another one with completely different color but beautiful. Thanks

I bought several pieces of Kaffe Fassetts shot silk recently from Cotton Patch. As usual, their service was excellent. I always look at their website first if I am needing fabric as they have so much choice and are so reliable. Well done Cotton Patch!

The shop is lovely, with a few additions it could be perfect but the staff are awful and completely ruined the whole shopping experience.I am not too far from this shop, it could easily be my go to shop, but never with a customer service like that.In this industry you cant afford to have staff or owners who couldnt be less interested, please have staff serving who can at the very least manage a smile.If you are the owner of this business and you were there on Saturday then shame on you, I think its time you sold up and gave someone the chance to put some love in the place because I wont be coming back until you do.

The largest selection of materials I have ever seen (but I am a bloke). Served by one of the friendliest and knowledgeable assistants weve met for a while. Well done all.

This is 2nd time Ive visited this shop having travelled some distance to get there. It is the most unfriendly shop I know. I felt I was in the way and not wanted. Said she hadnt got what I wanted but after questioning she found it. No smiles ,except from another girl who was unable to serve me. How they do any business it beats me. Ill be looking to get my particular purchase from elsewhere. What a bad experience.

I visited this place twice, once 8 years ago, and once last week. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the choice of fabrics is great ( I love Kaffe Fassett, but also Makeover), and the threads and tools for sewing / quilting are of very good quality. It is very hard to get out of this shop empty-handed! The service online is excellent too.

The range of fabrics on offer is excellent, the customer service however is appalling. We have been in several times and on every occasion had to ask for assistance just to get fabric cut and to pay as there has been no one on the shop floor. There is no one on hand to offer advice or generally talk to about projects. Very disappointed and may as well just buy online as you get nothing extra for travelling to the shop in person.

Disappointed! Ordered sewing machine oil in the 2nd May and received an email on the 3rd to say the item had been dispatched. It’s now the 13th and I’ve yet to receive it!!!I rang on the 11th to advise and was told by a very unsympathetic lady that the policy is to wait 10 days before they will react and actually fulfil their side of the contract!I can safely say I will not be using this company again.

Fantastic in dependant fabric shop

This company are not trustworthy. I am a disabled person and only occasionaly am well enough to quilt these days. Months ago I ordered a Kaffe quilt to make for a friend. They sent all the wrong fabrics in the wrong colours that did not go together. If the order could not be completed they could have, emailed or called. But no they sent out old fabrics as a means of clearing out their stock. Some of the fabric was not even by Kaffe. After explaining to my friend what had happened and shedding a lot of tears.I contacted the people at cotton patch. They were very unhelpful and rude on tbe phone. Which did not help at all.After complaining that the fabric was no good to me. The unplesant people at cotton patch eventually sent me a return envelope.I returned the fabric and was then out if circulation for months and forgot about the episode. My friend got me the correct fabrics and made up the quilt for me, as I was too ill. Months later I realised I did not receive the refund, it was around £50 ish. It was too late to do anyyhinv about it. My friend had got her quilt and I forgot about it. U have recieving regular emails from cotton patch and totally forgot they had not refunded me. So today I placed an order with them. This one was for £44. This money has gone out of my bank account but cotton patch have messaged to say, they can not complete the order and I have not veen charged. As I have been charged I telephoned them.The rude woman said, we did not receive your returned fabric. Welk thry did not refund me for it. So I paid for returned fabric and now paid for another order they refuse to complete.NOT NICE PEOPLE WHO HAVE FLEECED ME FOR £90.00.I should have learned but you have been warned.
