Blue Water Marine Repair did close to $12,000 worth of repairs to my outdrive and other items on my boat. The outdrive works great, however, all the other items I asked them to do, which I paid for, have failed. They replaced the starter that I had on my boat because they said it wasnt working correctly. Since then, they have now installed THREE starters, all which have failed. They refuse to come out and do the worth as they said bilge water got the third one and they werent covering it. I paid for them to fix the electrical on my boat, as the boat was still hot even after you turned the batteries off. Turns out, they unhooked the bilge without my knowledge and it didnt pump the water out. I noticed that the boat was lower than normal and went out and manually hooked the bilge up to the battery to get the water out. They sent out a technician who wasnt aware of how to properly hook the bilge up. He left without fixing it and then I fixed it in less than 20 minutes. I paid over $600.00 just in additional items and they have yet to actually fix anything besides the outdrive. Max and Joe (near the end) have been completely unprofessional and refuse to work on my boat or refund me for the items which I paid for but didnt receive. Absolutely terrible service near the end.

Thanks for sticking so close to the original forecast repair schedule. Took the boat out for a short sail and everything seemed to be working just fine - no pump leaks. Please tell Bob I appreciate his work and attention to closing the boat up as per my request.

Refused to work on my boat 2009 is too old

The staff gave me a verbal 2 year labor warranty. Then never fixed my generator. When I finally got them back out they tried to charge me $ 1500 for a service call. Unit will still not run!! Be careful if you deal with them get everything in writing!!!

Had engine problems on my boat. I called this service company after seeing one of their service trucks on the road. They were able to schedule an appointment at my dockside, come to my home on time, and complete the service in one stop. The technician was very neat and professional in his appearance and quite knowledgeable about Volvo Penta products. In fact, he was also very current with Volvo Pentas newest IPS drive and some of the issues with that new propulsion system. The tech found the issue quickly, showed me what the issue was, and how I could repair the issue in the future. The issue was a worn distributor cap and rotor. Also, while at the service stop, the outdrive trim pump was showing signs of water infiltration in the trim pump reserve. He inspected the supply lines on the outside of the boat and identified the issue. I hope that we have that issue resolved when the boat is taken to the shop for service. Excellent service call from Blue Water Marine. They promised and delivered everything from the appointment to fixing my problem.

Every time i call them they say they will call me back and dont. Their web site has an automated appointment setting function but the person you get an email from doesnt work there anymore and when you call no one knows anything about the appointment. Not sure about this place they havent actually done any work or called me back to schedule an appointment.
