Very nice and helpful experience! I took my Elderly very Disabled Mother to see what options of beds where available for Her comfort. Met a Gentleman, Mr Pat, who was very kind, patient, informative and also generous with pricing on a new adjustable bed frame and mattress. Friendly staff, but ridiculously high prices for mattresses! Twin size mattress sets on sale run as much as queen sets anywhere else! For what they wanted for their cheapest twin sets(mattress and box springs), I got 2 complete twin beds, mattresses, headboards, etc for HALF at a competitor!

Just shy of a year ago, after months of consuming a voluminous amount of information and reviews on mattresses that may address my myriad of needs, my wife and I decided to go look at some mattresses. I am by no means an expert, but I did know a bit about mattresses. Our first stop was Mattress Firm where my wife, son, and I were pleasantly and professionally greeted by Erika; there was another lady in the store that was courteous as well. After letting Erika know that we may not buy anything that day we discussed my requirements and the issues I needed to address, which were many.Without any sales pressure and with a confident, customer-focused demeanor Erika began educating me about the various options available and the things I wanted to consider in both a mattress and bed frame while differentiating between needs and niceties. Now, I am known for being quite direct with comments and questions and Erika responded professionally and courteously the entire time. I tried one mattress in particular that felt perfect for me.After consuming quite a bit of her time, we thanked her, asked her for her card, and went to other places that sold mattresses. Some of the stores were high-dollar retailers. We tried some of the mattresses, but the sales associates either didn’t know much about the products or completely ignored us even after being in the store for about 15 minutes and trying to get anyone’s attention. I told my wife I was done and I knew what I wanted; we headed back to Mattress Firm.Again, we were greeted professionally and courteously. We let the lady know that we were there earlier and would like to speak with Erika when she finished with the customers with whom she was occupied. When Erika came up to us and greeted us politely with a smile, I promptly told her, “I’m here to buy.” I pointed to the mattress I wanted, asked for two adjustable bed frames, and mattress covers. All of the paperwork was done with each and every item addressed whilst getting us the best deals that they had available on the items we purchased. Everything went flawlessly and everything was delivered when promised.Over the past year, I have called the store with questions now and then and everyone was always courteous and went out of their way to ensure that was my question was sufficiently addressed. I have been 100% satisfied with my purchase and associated service including the delivery folks that had a good sense of humor. I use the massage feature every night to summons The Sandman.Today, I called the store to give them feedback about both the products and service. Jayme (supervisor) was as pleasant as she could be and I actually got to speak with Erika and thank her as well. Lady Erika and the others at this location of Mattress Firm certainly set the standard by which others ought to be judged.Oh, and the mattress was made in the U.S.A. Thank you all so very much!

I have been shopping around for a decent mattress for months now. I decided yesterday was the day. Stopped in @ Mattress Firm and Mrs. Jamie was an excellent saleswoman. She made me feel @ ease, she listened to the problems I was having with my previous mattress and went with it. I was able to relax and lay in different positions on the different beds. Mrs. Jamie went over how to care for the my new bed, the warranty, the returns if I needed to, she was willing to share her Oreo cookies 🍪 with us. Lol

I messaged the Gulfport store after realizing A) there are WAY too many mattresses online and B) finding one in store is impossible and with the pandemic it’s over a week for shipping. I told Jayme what i was trying to spend and what features and comfort I needed. The SAME day she found exactly what I wanted for my budget and it was close enough for me to pickup the same day (she offered to have it delivered for free the following day but I was too excited). I called to see about getting a twin mattress for my daughter... I spoke to Erika who was very cordial and informative. I just wanted to run in and run out, so I decided to ride up there and grab this mattress and brought the kid and husband along so I wouldnt be tempted to shop - knowing how bad I needed a new mattress myself, and ended up walking out with a new mattress for my daughter, and husband and I got one for our bed as well (it was LONG overdue). Erika took time to show us all the features of just about every mattress in the store to help us make the perfect selection (she understood my suffering!). She was very prompt, so I didnt feel like we were in the store forever, and when all was said and done we were some happy customers. I had my doubts, especially with all these online mattress places (Purple? Casper?) but I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. I was happy with everything from the service, the product, and the price.

Just bought a mattress from this store on 3/31. Awesome customer service, clean store, very informative! My son was running around the store the whole time and they didn’t mind at all. Also, they offer a military discount which was very nice!! Recommend this store for any mattress needs.

I had a great experience and Erika R. Osher was the sale rep. I was confused of what kind of mattress I would need and she took the time to explain all the difference in the brands and the difference in firm and medium and let me try so many different brands she was very patient

The staff was super nice and easy to talk to. But once I had gotten home and opened up the bed I noticed it had been sitting in moisture and was stained.

The mattress we went to purchase was not there or on display but she showed us to one that was similar in feel for us to test out. She was also very knowledgeable in the different types of mattress and what would fit our needs. During our time there, a woman, and a family came into the store. While we were waiting for paperwork to print out Ms. Ruszkowski asked the family who was closer to her if they needed help, and the other woman got upset because she was there first. But Ms. Ruszkowski handled herself well and diffused any type of negative confrontation quickly and helped both customers efficiently. I ordered a bed in the store. I was told that the arrival time for my bed to be delivered would be the next day between 4-6 and it has been 30 mins after the time they told me and they still have not been here I called the store to ask and the lady said she looked on the computer to see where it was and she said they were right around the corner. Its been almost an hour and no one has called me back or even let me know when the truck will be here! I think this is very unprofessional.

Didnt get what was advertised

Came back to return a bed that was the reason for an ER visit. My mother was in severe pain and was unable to walk. The symptoms started the day after her first night sleeping in the new bed. She gave it a few more days and then I decided to take her to the ER. When she went back to return the bed Melissa made a comment ...now I have to figure out how to make up for -$1100 sale. Extremely rude to say to your customer. If the next bed has to be returned they have lost a valued customer.
