Love the At Home store...friendly employees and great prices on home decor as well as patio furniture. Im happy the new Manager has come in to clean up the mess it had become ...I didnt go back for several months because it was such a mess n product was not on the shelves. Im happy to report it is back to looking so good.

It seems like theres never anything on the shelves, yet i spend too much money every time. I love it. And the customer service is amazing

07/13/2021This was my first visit back to At Home since Christmas of 2019. I had such a horrible experience with the staff, cleanliness of the store and the product I couldn’t buy because it was in a box the staff hasn’t opened.Today, I was completely blown away. This store looks brand new! I had to walk outside and check to make sure I was in the right place. The store was clean, with beautiful displays and all the product was neatly lined on the shelves. I was completely speechless. I asked the young girl, Patricia I think was her name, what changed for the store to look the way it does. She said they got a new Director from another store. I asked for her to kindly call him and man, did y’all make the right decision. As he walked up, he was singing the song that was playing on the radio with the biggest smile on his face. You could certain tell he loves his job!! I thanked him for coming to this store and let him know how awful it was in the past. He knew his store inside and out and gave me his card with his personal number on it if I ever had a problem. His name was Matthew and I hope someone from the Corporate Office reads this review. That young man is gold to that store and y’all need to hang on to him!

I had a delivery on July 28th to at home. You have to take the empty trailer out of the dock and then re-hook up to your loaded trailer and put it in the dock. Then you can hook up to your empty trailer and go. Anyway, the young man who checked me in his name is Jarred Bishop was a very refreshing young man and he did a very good job. And this I appreciate after having blown a drive tire on my 18-wheeler truck. And again is very refreshing to come across people like this in this business. I thank you very much!

A home decor supercenter, At Home has a large variety of indoor and outdoor furnishings and decorating items. Prices are good. The facility always seems to be in a state of restocking and rearranging their organization with a lot of empty shelves.

My clock, wall decor, rug, pillows and lamps in this picture all came from At Home. I absolutely love this store!

I want to start off by saying I shop here often and this is the third time eliza has been rude she is a piece of work and she’s a manager wow she really need to take a customer service class I asked a simple question about the comfort sets and she few off the hinges love this store but will not be returning until they get better management

Very great selection. Nice shopping experience (not crowded) except lots of unmasked shoppers. Not the stores fault, I guess. Just disappointed.

Weather in looking for specific items looks like the stores about empty compared to what Ive seen it in the past prices were reasonable nothing to brag about Im sure theres a lot of things in there you can find elsewhere a lot cheaper can I store to browse through something will always catch your eye

My wife and I went to check out and the checker was going back and forth between two cash registers. She never acknowledged us and after a minute or two we asked her where we needed to go to check out. We had a couple of glass items that she carelessly threw in a bag. She broke one of the items and never acknowledged that she broke it. We had to tell her to take if off our bill. She was in a hurry to leave the register and acted like we were nuts for not buying something that she broke. Very ridiculous careless employee.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store for the great selections and prices. I truly hope this isnt a sign of things to come. So this is just a review of the condition of the store as I shopped it today on 2/20. I dont understand how they think we can shop it when it is in such disarray. My picture only shows one area but this mess was all over the store. There were areas that my sister and I wouldnt even walk into for fear we may get hurt if something fell on us. I hope the next time I shop its straightened up.

We thought some things where way over priced others very reasonable. Store is filthy and poorly stocked. Only employee in sight was the wonderful cashier. She was very friendly and personable.

I went in to look for a particular skillet and they didnt have anything close to what I was looking for. As I enter the store I see all the seasonal stocks ready to go....literally, from Halloween to Christmas, it was stocked and ready. Now as far as the rest of the store goes.....about 1/4 of all the shelves In the store was completely barren. I mean absolutely nothing on them.

Pretty cool place, the organization is a bit odd but I like it!

They have a lot of quality furnishings and decor at very reasonable prices.

We found a lot of things we needed and a lot of things we didnt need but want. I finally found a pastry blender that I have been looking searching for months for.

Found exactly what I needed for my home.

I rate this 50 percent same prices as anyone else. 25 percent lower prices than most 25 percent really great clearance prices. Great selections on interesting items. But hard to find things and staff not helpful at all. But if you have a lot of time you can find some unusual things.

Found the rug pad we were looking for. And lamp shade. Usually have good luck finding home accessories here. Noticed stock is getting sparse, maybe due to covid crisis.

The prices are not ringing correctly only 1 associate at check out took an extra 30 + min to correct the prob.. manager was less than helpful..no a good experience..

My favorite home decor store...ever. Amazing indoor, outdoor, and garden accessories for every taste imaginable. Fairly overpriced but they have great sales and awesome clearance deals. A frequently overlooked retail haven of gigantic proportions.

Pretty nice place, large selections. Deals are so spread out though and the way they ae labeled is a bit confusing which is the only reason I give a 4 not a 5. Other than that it is one of the best home decor store on coast.

This is a wonderful place for home decorating. It is huge and packed full of things but they people were nice and there were some great deals. Will definitely return for sure!

My favorite store for decorating (both home and work). They have a lot of holiday items which go on sale sfter the holiday so I recommend buying after the fact.

Absolutely love this place! They have everything you can imagine of when it comes to home decor. I do like the fact that they color coordinate a lot of their home decor pieces. The prices are great for the quality of their products.

At Home is a store that has nearly everything you could need to outfit a home. They have great seasonal items both in season and a limited selection out of season. Be prepared to spend some time in the store the first few times until you learn the layout as the store is one of the largest in the area.

Would have given 5 starts but bathroom fan did not work. Other then that breakfast was great room was clean parting great. White we were there they were updating some rooms and still kept the area around us clean. The constitution was why the bathroom fan did not work.

The staff was extremely friendly! Certain items in store were excessive in price. However other items were about what one would pay in a chain store!

Everything is nice and easy to find. The cashier had a little trouble with checking me out and had to call for assistance. But Im sure like most of us at times we need assistance as well. The young man who came to his aid was very friendly and knew exactly what to do.

At Home is one of my favorite places to shop for my home. I can always find something new and stylish to decorate my home. You can literally stay in this store for hours!

Tons and tons of China import furniture, and home furnishings. Good for a model home, staging a home, etc, but probably not good quality for the long run. Enjoyed browsing, and got some ideas of furniture id like if it were made better.

1st time here. Place is huge. You could spend a few hours in here browsing all the items for your house etc. Furniture, Dishes, Art, Curtains, Rugs and on and on. They seem to pretty much have it all. Store was clean and well stocked but one thing I noticed when I was in there for the hour was I could not locate a single person that worked there with the exception of the two checkout employees. I guess they could have been in the back. Just thought odd.

This store must be understaffed. The outdoor section looked as if it had been ransacked! They also need flat and regular carts for their customers. The staff was very helpful, thats the only reason they get 4 stars.

You have to see it for your self. They have so much stuff in there it is ridiculous. If you think you know what you are looking for to add to your home decor, this place will show you that you have no idea what you want. They have almost everyrhing you never knew you needed in your home.

When I went the store was A MESS!!! I absolutely LOVE At home stores but when I saw this one I was very disappointed! There was no employees to be found. There was things all over the floor and half the stuff I thought was cute was broken!! I will not be going back to this place again!!!
