I have to say they far exceeded my expectations. The quality, workmanship, timelessness and professionalism is definitely 5 star. If I ever need work again they are my go to. For my money The best on the gulf coast.

I ordered a leather kit from Costco and Roadwire is the company that manufactures the kits..I had never done this before so I did a lot of research before I made my decision. I trust Costco and their products so I wasnt to afraid to give them a shot at this since I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years and I know they stand by their products and have great customer service and I figure if Roadwire chose Southern Stitch to install them they wouldnt use an inferior company and also I know that Costco would ensure my satisfaction. I was very pleased with how Southern Stitch worked with me and how the seat covers turned out...they made the car look like it was band new..what I especially like is that they remove the old upholstery and cover the seats with the leather...they were perfect. We did have a little glitch with the side panels but that wasnt their fault. It seems the policy to replace them is up to the installers because Roadwire told me that they were fragile to work with. But Southern Stitch and Roadwire and Costco all worked together and everything turned out perfect and I couldnt be happier with all the help I received from all parties involved. Dustin was the gentleman that installed them and he did an outstanding job, Steve is the owner and whether he helped Dustin I am not sure but all were a please to work with and I recommend them highly. By the way I had an opportunity to chat with Steves wife and she owns the coffee shop in downtown Gulfport called Boozers If the upholstery shop was top notch I sure her place is also...very clean update new building. You can trust them for all your upholstery needs, boating, auto and I sure they do a ton more things. Good job to all involved.

Tried to get some work done they never called me back. When I finally was able to make contact with the, They asked for pictures. Sent pictures to them still no call back. Called said they did not have the pictures or email. So I sent them a text. Two weeks later after no phone call, I went up there a week later. After a lengthy conversation, they finally found what I sent and had all the prices already wrote down yet they never sent the prices to me. The prices they finally gave me were so high, I could buy all new stuff for cheaper. When I said I could buy all new stuff cheaper she said we charge 120 a hour and that is just the way it is If you are looking to have leather done. Do not use them because there customer service is terrible before they begin.

Amazing experience! The epitome of southern charm...with an added bonus of superior customer service! Southern stitch took on a last minute request and greatly exceeded my expectation with my project, which wasn’t a huge project, but they took the time to listen and without any hesitation, they took it on and totally knocked it out of the park. I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend this establishment for any of your stitching needs. My first visit was to get a quote for a custom T-Top bag. The customer service was expedient and friendly. The work was done exactly as quoted and gave several options before it was completed to work with. Overall I am happy buying local and will return for any Marine needs. My next purchase will most likely be sea dek from them.
