This is what he sent my dad after hurricane ida when he wouldn’t go with vinyl like this guy wanted. He already had aluminum and wanted to stay with that. Estimate was incorrect and didn’t add up 3 times. Stay stay far away from this guy. Look at the other reviews all similar.

AAA Aluminum Enclosures was recommended by a reliable contractor. I contacted Derwin and I was very pleased with the price. The job included the demo of my old wood patio, installing new fascia and some minor repairs to the existing roofline. The installers, Shane & Eddie, were professional, experienced and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our beautiful new patio.

I contacted AAA Aluminum Enclosures, which I think also uses the name Premier Patio. We were interested in a 3 seasons sunroom. I was told that in order to enter into a contract for construction, we would need to pay 1,130.00. We wrote the check and signed the contract. Next, Derwin said that to order the glass, we would need to give him an additional 7,000.00. This seemed odd, since no work had started, but we were willing to do so. I wrote the check and told Derwin to pick it up and he was to do so on a Thursday. Thursday came and no Derwin. I sent a text and he assured me he would be by on Friday. No Derwin on Friday. He told me that Saturday would be the day. He said he wanted to re-measure (even though he indicated that he had already ordered the glass), and would pick up payment early am on Saturday. Around 4:00 pm that day, I texted Derwin again and asked where he was? He sent back a text that was almost illegible. Nearly every word was misspelled and the best I could make out of it was that he was coming Sunday morning at 9:00 am. At 9:10 on Sunday morning, I realized I needed to check reviews for this company. It was frightening to see the number of problems, failures to fix issues, no call backs and no resolution to issues. I immediately called Derwin to tell him we had changed our mind. The company had 1,130.00 of our money and no way were we going to give this unreliable guy 7,000.00 more. When I explained my concerns, Derwin began a verbal attack like nothing I had ever experienced. I was called a f—— bit—, and he spewed several other obscenities, which told me I had done the right thing. I had to simply hang up. I have no idea if we will see our 1,130.00, but at this point we just want this man to stay away. Bottom line, you are expected to drop 8,000.00 or more before any work is done and the owner, Derwin, is unreliable and uncivil. Do your own research before going with this company. July 26th, 2021

There’s a lot of negative reviews on here, but we had a great job done by AAA. We had a sunroom and a pool enclosure done by Derwood and his team. They held up great during the hurricane and we had some serious wind here. He has several teams working for him, the 2 crews that did ours did an awesome job. I would recommend AAA if you’re looking for an addition. Price was good too.

I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and the polite workmen. Good price too.

They will not answer my calls or my text asking them to fix a problem that they left. They did not marry the new gutter with my old so now when it rains the water does not go into the gutter drain, but just drops between the space they left and is digging a hole in my yard.

I sent my name, number and the size of the carport I was needing an estimate on under their “contact us” section of their website and this is how the conversation went after someone contacted me via text. Wow!!! I thought it was a joke. This guy is super unprofessional, rude and doesn’t deserve to be in business! If I could’ve left zero stars I would’ve.

My awning blew away after 4 months of installation. $15,000 awning. Shoddy work. No hurricane straps. Very little concrete holding posts in the ground. There is NO lifetime warranty!!! The company would not work with me after awning was destroyed. It should have held up but did not. Do not use them!

Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and over priced. I posted screen shots from this individual to show what kind of person he just is.He gave a $13,000+ estimate, and when I told him I needed some time to think; he proceeded to use profanity and told me I wasted his time. He told me to block his number and to not reach out him to again. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We were hoping to cover a patio but I was unsure it would be possible due to the roof lines. When I called AAA, they were quick to respond. It was a reassuring visit. Derwin offered options but there was absolutely no pressure. The price was certainly what I considered a good value and the installation was outstanding. The crew spent much of their time making sure there would be no leaks, and the finished product was just what I had hoped for.

Highly recommend this company. Reasonable price and quick and professional installation. Derwin and his team were a pleasure to work with.

About 6 years ago I had a double wide carport put on the front of the house they did it quickly and it looked great, actually made the house look better. A few months later I had them put a patio cover on the rear of the house, they knocked it out in a day and a half. It had minor electrical problem, which they came and fixed. Both have held up well over the years and still look new, far better than others I have seen in the neighborhood. I recommend this company.

I just paid over $6000 to reacreen my pool area.The owner, Derwin promised to replace all door hardware and reseal the gutter seams.They did not complete the job.I’ve called for 3 weeks. At first, the owner answered my calls and texts.But now, I cannot get him to answer or reply.I can not recommend this business.

I had Derwin install a screen enclosure. Bryan did a good job, but there were a few members that were scratched. Also, they broke some bricks when they set the handrails. Derwin promised to come back and after repeated promises, he did not return. It was disappointing to be lied to. I like the look of what I have but they should have replaced the scratched members and repaired the bricks that they broke. I would NOT use Derwin at AAA.Go find a contractor who has a favorable BBB rating.

The owner came.outbtje very same day and explained in every detail what would be done and iutbwas built to perfection. The installers that came out even raked the grass where they was cutting the materials. I would for sure hire again. Good job!

Porch was installed and leaked during the first rain. Called Derwin and was given the complete run-around. Apparently, customer service is not part of the companys credo. They will not make it a priority to come fix the issues. Derwin did make it a priority ; however, to call or text every 15 minutes to hustle for payment.Do not pay them for work until the product is water tested. As a matter of fact, based on my experience with Derwin, find another company!

Darwin is a crook. He will not honor any of his work. He will lie to you. If you use him you will be in deep trouble.

He did exactly what he promised, efficently and on time. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone looking for a carport or awnings.

BEWARE- The owner Darwin Daniels was called to give a price to install a 12 by 12 ft patio cover. I sign to have it built, Darwin said I did not need a permit. I was told by permit office I do need a permit and would need a drawing of whats to be done to get a permit. Darwin Daniels made a big deal and claim I should have told permit office a relative was going to build it. He claims now that I told he would be building it it would cost him $850.00 and then $655. He made a issue and still no drawing was given. I place the order three days ago, price of $1680 was to be paid after work was completed. Darwin Daniels did not even start the work, he continue to fuss about the having to make a drawing.Since Darwin kept making a issue about the drawing I told him to cancel the order. He threaten to file a lien on my property for $940.00 and told me to read the fine print. Fine print said property owners are to pull permit also. I can not pull permit because Darwin Daniels wont supply a drawing. I ask him to cancel since he wont supply a drawing and I cant get a permit without it. Darwin Daniels sent me a text on my phone telling me to go f--k yourself you nut job!!! Then he sent text It will be a lien on that shack Monday. You nut job. Next text read That piece of s--t shack prolly dont have $900 worth of equity in it but we will find out. Prolly was misspelled by Darwin.How could this man have any business at all.My son call Darwin Daniels about the way he sent me the text. Darwin threaten my son . Derwin the owner is a real piece of work. i would never recommend any general contractor or homeowner to even bother calling this nut job. american patio in gulfport & gulf coast patio in long beach are much better alternatives.

They installed an insulated foam patio cover that cost us $10,995 and it leaks all over. They came back once to fix the leaks and will not return any phone calls now. I have had two separate contractors come out and both said the patio cover has to be replaced. They did not slope the cover enough nor did they do any of the flashing correctly. Not only does the cover leak, the standing water is now getting into my house. I have to hire another company to replace the entire patio cover for another $11,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DERWIN DANIELS!!! He does not stand behind his work. BE WARNED...
