I hired 614 Garage Door to replace two openers. Chris was excellent to talk to on the phone. Installers were courteous and on time. I needed a second visit to replace the weather seals and Chris came out himself as I provided some feedback from the initial appointment. Chris noticed a few things from the original installation and corrected everything with total professionalism. If you can work directly with Chris, I recommend it. I wont hesitate to call him again for future service. I am satisfied with this company.

Quick response time, I have been needing a door for some time now and just happened to find 614 on Facebook. I shot him a message and was shocked at the response time within 15 minutes we were setting up an estimate. He arrived at the house Saturday on time took measurements, gave my options and explained the process. Monday morning the crew was onsite on time and 3 hrs later door was done and looking great. Even though Chris had already explained my normal maintenance that should be preformed Kyle and nick also did a great job explaining it again. I have to say 614 garage doors is a great company for your garage door needs. I will MOST DEFINITELY recommend 614 garage door!!!

AMAZING COMPANY! It was 6:30 PM and I just got home to discover that my garage door would not open (the springs were broken). I did a quick look online and EVERYONE closed at 5:00 -- EXCEPT for this company. They advertised that they were open 24/7. I called at about 6:45 PM and sure enough, they were open. Chris answered the phone and was extremely polite. Chris was out to my house by 8:00 and repaired the door. The price was exactly what he quoted! Chris was polite, friendly, and efficient! On July 31, 2017 my neighbor had accidentally hit my garage wall causing damage to my wall, garage door and opener. The door was hanging by only one roller. My neighbor and I were able to set the wall back up on he block the best we could. The garage door rail was twisted beyond repair. After checking the internet, I selected 614 Garage Door. Spoke to Chris and within less than two hours he was there and was able to replace the rail and was able to get the door to open and close again with the remote. The door was warped and the opener rail slightly twisted, both needing replaced. Chris showed me several styles of doors and recommended an opener. We chose a thick door with windows. The thickness of the door required a heavier and insulated glass. There were several different style windows. I was totally amazed at how quiet the door and opener were and so is everyone else who has seen it. There is also a rubber strip between each panel that keeps the cold out making a tighter seal when closed. This door has made a greater appearance on our home. I checked on a new door two years ago and trust me, the other doors that the other installer showed me doesnt come close to matching the quality door Chris had just installed. The other door was several hundred dollars more and that didnt include the thicker door with insulated windows. My garage has already stayed warmer with just the short amount of fall, cool weather weve had. Very very impressive door and opener. You simply cannot hear from his door opening or closing from the end of our short driveway and can barely hear it when in the garage. This is definitely a must if you are in need or want of a new door and opener. I referred Chris to my Father-In-Law who scheduled a repair on his door in just two days.

This place offers 24/7 service and thats no joke! Both vehicles were trapped in the garage due to 2 broken springs and a henge. Called at 6:30 in the morning and Chris was at our rescue by 7:20 that SAME morning. Found out about company through ad in Craigslist. Chris answered my call immediately, and scheduled an appointment as soon as I needed them, even being flexible and coming in the evening. When they arrived they identified problem right away and had the parts to fix it right on the truck. 45 minutes later and at a very fair price my garage door was fixed and running better than ever. I reached out to 614 Garage Door on a Sunday, and Chris was prompt enough to contact me the next day to set up our appointment that very next Tuesday at 6:00pm - great availability outside my work hours on a weekday. There was an issue with our garage door where when it was shut there would still be gaps on the side where light and the elements would be able to sneak through. Chris accessed the problem and was able to provide a fix by installing vinyl in the door frame. Now when the door is shut, nothing can get through. His service was very prompt, professional, and more than anything personable.I greatly recommend this company to anyone who has an issue with their garage door, and I know that I will be contacting them again if anything else needs fixed with my garage door.

I learned of 614 Garage Door through a mailer and I called Chris along with several other companies for two new doors and openers for the house. Chris answered all my questions, gave suggestions, and soon followed up with a quote. His quote was competitive but not the lowest. The fact that he took the time to answer my questions, discussed the pros and cons of the various doors and openers, provided the insurance information I requested, and followed up to see if I had further questions told me he was interested in me and my business. On the day of installation he called ahead of time to say he was on his way, promptly got to work, and finished when he said hed be done. When he was finished he explained the safety features of the doors and how to operate the openers. The doors look and work great.

Chris was prompt, polite, and very considerate of my time. My garage door would not go up, it was broken and my car was still inside my garage and I needed to drop my dog off at daycare and go to work ( I had a 9:30 meeting that I couldnt be late for ). Chris made it to my house in record time, fixed my garage door and did not take advantage of my situation ( I was afraid that since I was at the mercy of being in a precarious situation that I would get gauged financially, in fact it was just the opposite, he worked with me on the price since it was an unexpected repair that I did not budget for and he charged me way less than I expected. Their tech was there within the hour and found a broken spring which he replaced on the spot with a new set. He made some adjustments to the door and gave me some maintenance tips. My garage is quieter and works better than it ever has. I would recommend them to anyone. If I ever need work done again Ill certainly use them (but I dont think Ill need to) They did me right!!! I typically attempt my own repairs at my home which generally yields pending incomplete projects. I called 614door because I just wanted my door functioning quick without any hassles. Arrival was within expected time-frame, tech was courteous, and knowledgeable.My problem turned out to be from a lack of maintenance and was fixed on the spot as the tech had the part on his truck. He provided advise on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring, and addressed a few other minor maintenance issues too.I also asked him about an additional garage door remote and was surprised to find that the price was around what Id spend at the big box stores but without the hassle of me having to program it.Overall I was pleased with the level of service provided which seems harder and harder to find these days.
