They installed 4 garage doors for us several years ago and did a great job. The wrong color doors were sent but they checked with us and we ended up using them (by our choice). We actually plan on calling them again to move the rails because we had work done to the garage. I would highly recommend them!

Very Impressed! My wife and I came home to see a cord hanging out from under the garage door. After going inside to inspect, I saw both lift cords were off and two springs were broke. I checked online for local companies and found Grove City Garage Door. They had many good reviews so I gave them a call. Now, do not expect this all the time but the timing was perfect. They said they had a cancellation and could be over in 15 minutes. They were true to their word. They came and checked out the situation, got busy and had the springs replaced and the door working great in 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I also thought the repair price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Grove City Garage Door and will for certain use this company again when the need arises.

Just relocated here from Texas and bought a new house. The second week my over sized garage door just stopped working. I called another place, and they came out, but had no clue what was wrong and left. I discovered that Grove City had actually installed the garage door and opener, so I reached out to them and got a hold of the Owner. He was out that same week and got everything up and working for me quickly, he even programmed my truck and two new openers. Absolutely unacceptable service, we have used this company multiple times before, plus family referrals with no real issues. I originally submitted a request to have two door panels replaced on May 27th, I emailed (afternoon being told to do so after a phone conversation) a picture of the doors, the model number and sizes. There was no response to confirm they received, I then emailed again June 3rd asking for a price and a timeline, my email was returned on June 4th stating a price and that they would need to be ordered, to which I responded asking them to do so and again asking for a tentative install date. We go roughly 30 days, I hear nothing, I call, leave a voicemail (unreturned), then give it another two days and call again. Honestly?? I’m told they should have been ordered but he will have to double check and call me back, and that they are roughly 6 weeks after order because of the virus.. no follow up.. so here we are, more than 60 days after, I call to ask where my door are (that should have been received two weeks ago if ordered) and he has no idea who I am, what doors I am talking about, whether they are at his shop or if they had even been ordered, what an absolute joke. The worst part is, when I told him this was unacceptable, he couldn’t have cared less. Prior to this I would have sworn by Grove City Garage door, they have secured a permanent loss of a customer! P.S. one that pays in cash. My suggestion to anyone in the area is Compton overhead doors.

I am absolutely impressed with Grove City Garage Door Inc and they now have customers for life! I called and Mark answered the phone. They happened to be closed already but instead of leaving me having to call an expensive 24 hour place he called his brother to see if he could come over and look at it. It literally took 1 hour from my phone call to having my garage door fixed. he replaced the rollers , oiled it up and explained everything to me. They went above and beyond when they didnt have to and we would recommend them to anyone .

Fantastic service! They came out the same day I called and immediately knew the problem. Within a half hour after arriving they diagnosed the issue, replaced the garage springs, and had the door operating perfectly.
