This Store doesnt deserve even 1 star. Disappointed by the store management, whereas things should have taken care, rather than calling Corporate office. When they are selling, they are super friendly, because they are gettting sales. Store owners usually retains business, but this Lady and employees have no idea what customer service is.

Tori is amazing. Very helpful through the whole process. Explained everything and set up all three phones. Will be sending everyone here! I completely forgot to do their survey and wish I would’ve so the people above her know what an asset she is to their company. The grove city T-Mobile have amazing workers, who always meets their customers needs. The assistant manager, Isamar is always welcoming to help me with any technical issues. As a Spanish speaker. It’s nice to talk to someone with clear communication. Amazing 10/10!!

I came here the other day to return my phone and get a new one. The assistant manager Isamar quickly and professionally got me connected in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service 10/10

Just went there today to get a slight problem fixed with my new phone and the employee there was just SO helpful, professional, efficient, and kind! I love the place and how clean they keep it as well. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes and I was back to using my phone again as soon as I got to my car. I will definitely come back in case I have another issue :))

Fabulous service, my tablet broke and I upgraded. Great deal on the iPad 8th. In and out in 15 minutes. I did book an appointment online, one other person in store. Plenty of spacing, if thats your thing. The only down is the tablet is being shipped, it wasnt in stock. But I should have it in 2 days.

It was a great service from Isamar and her team. They assist very quickly and had an excellent advice for me.

I had a problem with my accessories that I bought from an other store. I exchange them at this location. The manager was great and the sales representatives were very nice and knowledgeable. I end up upgrading my phones and switching to a better plan that will save me money. Highly recommended this location. Thank you all for your help and thank you manager.

I have to go back in 😭 some things that were supposed to be free, plus the 3rd phone we bought for on site showed up on my Bill!! They said the iPads were free and they ALSO showed up at $175.00 a PC. The employees were very nice and friendly tho 😊 and so far we absolutely love our new phones ❤️

I have never had a need to review someone for excellent customer service, I called in with very fast knowledge about different T-Mobile programs Im in. Also regarding upgrading my phone to iPhone 7 and a few questions about my insurance and general pricing. He let me know that none were in stock and gave me the steps nessary for me to get it cost effectively without spending extra money. I will save about $100 on insurance claim by replacing a few things myself. He gave me the local locations to do so as well. I call the t-mobile customer service from time to time. They are usually okay in customer service which are good experiences and bad ones but nothing worth mentioning. He was far better the any phone call I had with t-mobile. A+ to this guy. I forgot his name, hopefully I will remember to put it on here I will call back and find out or go in later this week.Thanks cheers, Kyle

I went in yesterday to get a brand New Iphone and this lovely young lady named Katarina was just so wonderfully and helpful! She was so kind and patient as I’ve never owned an IPhone and she explained to me everything on how it’s set up and works. She deserves more than just 5 stars! Highly recommend this place and Katarina if you are looking to buy a new phone.

Salespeople here are normally very knowledgeable about the product, capable of answering most questions with ease and able to fix most problems in a reasonable amount of time.I cant give 5 stars only for 2 reasons. When purchasing/ upgrading your devices the salespeople can be a bit pushy and not always up front about the out the door price of something. That, plus the store can be a bit messy and disorganized.

It would be a ZERO if it was possible ... The employee I dealt with at this store was so RUDE and NASTY!!! I was returning a phone as I got a new one...they would not accept the phone because TMOBILE DID NOT SEND A SHIPPING LABEL!!!! A mistake on tmobile not me..been a customer 12 years will not be any longer if they continue to hire rude people like the ones at this store!!! Go to West Broad Street ...way nicer and apparently a lot more intelligent!!!! They took care of the problem in ONE MINUTE!!!!

I am sitting here @ 7:24 pm and they close at 8. They locked the door so nobody new could come in. If you are gonna do that then set your hours until 730. I drove clear from groveport to go to one of the higher rated tmobile stores. Well on to another store.

Well lets start off with Alex the I believe stoee manager or assistant manager. He was belligerent and ignorant. He came over to helo us set up a pay as you go card for $50.00 a month which he tried to force us out of. Just because he knew it had no commision. He then proceeded to tell us whatever and straight up walkes away leaving us just look at phones on our own. He said they had the card plana where you get the card and enter it manually on your own. Well we were a bit morw relieved then. So we picked out a phone as he abandoned us and met with people who walked in after us. Well before that he was pushing not selling us for outrageous plans and contracts which we said from the start we didnt even want. Well he gor mad and wouldnt leave us alone after we politely told him we were not interested in a contract or even a plan. Well we get a phone we like and bring it up to the counter to pay for the $50 CARD and just the phone. Well we get up there and he tries selling us a plan under our noses. We found out because we asked foe the card and he said they were outdated. When other stores still carry them. So he tried to scam us without knowing. And he then argued with us about how he doesnt understand why we want the card and not a bill. Let me tell you this T. Mobile experience was horrible and happened yesterday. I will be talking to your guys district manager. Ive worked for commission and let me tell you theres a difference between being a great seller and a horrible ignorant power hungry and rude person. Dont say you have something we want and sell us something just so you get your commision for that sale. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I am not an expert in using a cell phone. The customer service techs at the Grove City store make it easy for me and they can usually solve any problems I have.
