Accompanied a friend that is looking for a used car. This is our third time to go to this car lot. Although the salesman we talked to was very nice, none of the cars that were featured on the website where available. Long trip down there for nothing.

They sell cars to people who are hard up. People so desperate they know they dont have leverage. If an informed and educated buyer walks through their doors they ignore them. Tried working with Big Chuck, he didnt do anything he said he was going to after wasting an hour of my time showing me 3 cars that WOULDNT START. They offered to run the check engine light code on the one car that did run and get back to me...except they never did. I called 3 days in a row on the third of which I was hung up on. Tried using their text service to get some progress. Nothing. If you like buying broken cars and do not want explanations or informed salesmen, this place will work for you all day. But if you expect a dealership to do more than tow cars onto their lot and then blindly resell them by lazy salesmen this place might not be for you. I am a cash buyer, looking for a simple, reliable and affordable car for new drivers in our household. I believe my expectations were very reasonable and would have been accommodated by any private seller.

Was talking with a salesman about a certain car and told him I would be coming in to see that car on a Saturday. That Saturday I drove over an hour away to look at this car and it was not there! I was told it would be back Wednesday and I could come back Saturday to look at it! On Friday I emailed them to make sure the car would be there and of course it was not going to be there now till Tuesday! I ended up buying elsewhere I dont like being lied to or getting the run around!

3 times over the last few years Ive stopped by here to look at a car. Every time, the decently priced vehicles have major issues. They buy from auctions and dont do anything to them. Just wash them off and post them. As someone whos worked at a dealer before.... dont waster your time here. Theyre one of the worst lots in Central ohio

I had an awesome experience here!! Alonzo Horn was my car salesman, and he worked very hard to find the perfect car for me. I could tell he had my best interest in mind. Kyle the finance manager was incredible as well. He worked a deal with the bank and got me exactly what I asked for. He did not try to push me into extra charges nor did I feel pressured ever. He listened and helped me. Before coming to Carsource I was denied financing through a bank at another car place. Kyle was able to work his magic and get me approved through the same place I was denied. I am so grateful. My car is perfect, and in great condition. The gas tank was filled when I got it. My credit wasnt that great, but Will was able to get me into a decent 2008 Honda Odyssey (aka big blue)..and she hasnt let me down yet! Went into car dealership with a certain car in mind . The selection was largely vast across the lot. The sales associate I worked with talked me through it. I also was given option to test drive for all the right reasons. Finished day with new car no down payment and enjoyable service .

Went a bought a car that sat on the lot for over 100 days, underside was completely rusted and had holes at all the lift points. They put it up on a lift to fix the brakes and saw the bottom of the car and still let me drive off with it. This thing wouldnt be able to pass an inspection and couldve killed me if I didnt catch it. Great service though.

My son was trying to get his first car loan. He had 2/3 of the cost of the car, so he wasnt finamcing much. Cash buyer came in and they sold it out from under him. I was considering paying the difference for him, but I was trying to let him go through the loan experience. Until the salesman got rude about his income, after we ran around getting required paperwork. Not going back idc what they have on the lot. A lot,of their,cars smell like a swamp, too.

Prices decent. Jon Rix, sales, great person to talk to. Understood our tastes and showed us vehicles we liked.

If this was possible to give zero stars that would be the best option, such a terrible car buying experience in general, the sales person we dealt with Alfonso showed zero interest or even desire to help. Classic example of younger people coming into a dealer and being profiled based of credit and etc, when he was only focused on a score lol which showed me he was not interested in working for our deal, especially when we could of been cash buyers. Something I take in to great consideration is the dealer and of course the vehicle, every concern was pushed off to base off of credit not once were asked simple discovery questions of employment and income, he completely ignored my partner who was the co signer if we were to finance, which I find beyond insulting. I can’t get over how poorly we were treated. He continued stating come another day, oddly enough I’m happy we decided not to return. Found the exact same vehicle much better condition and great price and drove off the lot without the non sense that Alfonso but us through. Such a terrible experience I can’t gauge the rest of the business just my experience.

Vehicles are trash. If they arent willing to at the very minimum clean their cars what makes you think that there servicing them? Some of the cars smelled so bad you couldnt even sit inside.

Drove over an hour to look at a car they didnt even have and couldnt find. The salesman wasnt very attentative or helpful.

Recently got a 2013 Chevy Cruz six speed manual off the lot from them. Did do a test drive had no problems with the vehicle. But upon leaving the vehicle had given me nothing the issues since the day I’ve left. Highly recommend to drive the vehicle for 30 minutes or more to see if you’re actually going to be satisfied with your purchase. Over heats all the time battery was bad had a problem starting and other little things I wasn’t told about. Heck when It first over heated I open the hood and the damn radiator cap wasn’t even on........

I contacted this dealership and spoke to Will. First off he didnt really seem interested to help me when I called inquiring information on a 2007 Toyota Camry. I was put off by this, but I wanted a car so I continued reaching out. I asked if there were any issues with the car because I had lived over an hour away and wanted to ensure I knew everything before I got there. He stated over the phone that the vehicle was in decent condition. The only problems he stated were: cracked windshield, visor needed replaced, and front tires would need replaced. Upon arriving to the dealership I had Will bring up the vehicle for me to inspect. I noticed immediately that there was rust that he failed to mention pretty bad on the passenger rear door as well as driver rear quarter panel. The cars interior was so filthy due to someone who owned it previously smoked in the vehicle. I took the vehicle for a test drive a noticed that a wheel bearing was going out as well and the engine had a misfire code. I headed back to the dealership to talk about the issues. After explaining my findings Will decided it would be good to compare their car to others on the marked for the price, which is fair to do. However, the problems that the car had would more than the discounted price they had given for the state of the vehicle. When asking about negotiating price, he stated Its priced very aggressively. He didnt seem like he wanted to work with me and stated its tax time and everyone is coming in to buy cars with cash. This told me he doesnt care if I buy the car or not someone will come in a buy this piece of garbage that they are trying to sell for too much money. Needless to say I handed the key back to him and left immediately. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Their cars seems to be junk.

My family and I had a very pleasant experience. This was our first time actually buying a car amd paying for it entirely. No financing necessary so Im sure that helped. Big Chuck was truly amazing to work with. He was super friendly, helpful and met our needs perfectly. This was by far the best car buying experience weve ever had. Oh, and dont let the photos fool you. They are currently building a brand-new, very nice facility right there on site.

***edit to update 5/28***My husband and I were really enjoying our experience with car source until the deal was done and we left the lot. On our 1.7 mile drive home we ran out of gas a half mile away and had to pay for a tow truck to get us home.I know it is not contractual to fill the tank up but at least have enough to get home, to celebrate a moment and experience of getting a new car which should be exciting.To top it off, I call them that evening and someone working there starts to argue with me that its not in their contract to put fuel in the vehicles, then when I asked if when people buy a car they just let them roll off the lot on E, he replies with yes???Oh, 12 days in now, and after sending an email to Rob Clay with no response and finding out that the windshield wiper fluid tank does not hold fluid and having the tire pressure alert go off everyday seems to be exactly what I was looking for from car source.Talk a good game but not really about helping the customer find whats best for them more about let me get a sale today.Edit: finally received a call back.. i will update when everything is complete.Edit- the service dept fixed the windshield wiper fluid tank with no issues. Had to wait a few days, but that isnt their fault as u cant control how busy you are and they communicated that to me from the start. Which is perfect for me as communication is key. Well as you ohio weather decided that it was summer time.. with that being sad thats when I found out the A/C doesnt work. I made many calls into the service dept with no luck of a return call back. But this one isnt their fault either as you can not control family emergencies, and whats why I havent had a call back. Which is completely fine. They we able to get me in as soon as they couldnt. Again communicating with me thr whole time. But sadly my car would not be done today, as parts need ordered. Which again not their fault. I was happy that I received an update on whats going on. Thank u for that. Once everything is completed I will update again. But as of now, from the looks at it, is trying to make it right.

So far so good. I will make this a 5 star if our service goes well. We purchased a car here. I was very pleased with the people and so far very happy with the car. Got a fair price. Not a great deal, but a good deal that I am happy with.

I am back in the market for a vehicle and saw an SUV that I liked on their website. Got contacted by Bob and told about the car. Bob forgot to mention that he had another gentleman coming to see the same vehicle I was. So, automatically I feel like I need to compete with another buyer. Bob was also unwilling to discount the vehicle because it needed repairs. Thats really nice and all, but when there are panels missing around the floor, and youre still going to ask almost $5000 for a car like that, then its shady to me. I also felt like Bob didnt want to make a sale, and could have cared less about it. Im also apparently not the only person who feels this way about this dealership. I just now know who to avoid.

Good selection of cars but many of them have issues. Their lower priced cars seemed to be the rejects other dealers would send to auction. I would be wary of buying a car from this dealer.

I had to purchase a vehicle recently because mine was totaled. I was very nervous to do this as I had never done it on my own. I found multiple vehicles I was interested in, visited several dealerships. During those visits, I was made to feel pressured to make a quick decision. I was told cars were available to test drive, then moments later that it had just sold, followed by a “But I have an even better deal for you!” (Translation: $5,000 more than the one I was interested in). Basically I was unhappy and frustrated with my experience.That all changed when I found Car Source. Will Dudley replied to my initial inquiry. His email was simple, to the point & he offered his assistance. When I called him, he was polite, listened to my concerns & never once tried to rush or pressure me.I went to test drive the car that evening. He was helpful, kind, patient and I felt comfortable the entire time. When I returned the following morning to purchase the car, he had it waiting & had even had someone clean a spot on the upholstery I was concerned about.During the buying process, he took the time to teach me about the way the financing worked. It was nice to feel informed versus like I was being talked down to.Overall, the experience was an amazing one. I left feeling that I’d made a solid decision and that I was taken care of.

The dealers asking price was $5,000 over what they would pay for a trade in on the same vehicle. They were only willing to come down on the price by $700. They claimed that the fees/costs on top of the trade in value take the price of the car up. However, the car clearly wasnt cleaned: toys, receipts etc along with sand and other grime were throughout. My point: no detailing fee! The car was sold locally. My point: no obscene transportation fees. I grant there is paper work and employee time put into the trade and sale but in my opinion profiting $5,000 on a used car is too much, I can understand about $2,500 dollars of profit in the above scenario but the other $2,500 seems greedy to me. Either they paid to much for the car and are passing bad decisions off on the customer or they are greedy. Based on the above I would recommend avoid wasting your time at this place.

Horrible service. Drove 400 miles, $30 in gas today for nothing. Was told they would hold the car I was interested in yesterday and then later after they sold it out from under me after over 3 hours on the road, one way, was told oh no we dont hold cars. Had me totally confused and said whatever suited at the moment. Even contacted again this am before I got on the road. They KNEW I was coming. Tried to sell me another car with a lot more miles and said it was a year newer. Bait and switch? Rest assured I will NEVER go back. A long day for NOTHING! If I could give a zero I would.

I spent almost an entire day look around at cars on this lot because they had some many great affordable options in my price range. After working with Brian for a few hours I drove out in my new Mercedes-Benz and totally love it. I originally went here to look for my friends kid a car. I was passing by and saw they had nice looking cars. I went in to inquire and in the back of my mind I was also looking for myself to get a second car. I was introduced to Bob B., of course i was expecting high pressure sales. Didn’t get that at all. I was very impressed they had a Car Fax report that showed a lot of details. I can be slow to buy until I fell comfortable and Bob was very patient with me. Still no high pressure sales.Buying experience over all was really good. They let me take the car for a couple of test drives to be sure it was a fit for me and to be sure it was a good running car. When I received the car it was filthy and the tire tread was less than advertised. In general these guys were kind of scum bags in dealing with them over the phone and e-mail.

I have been in the market for a new car and looked and looked and finally found exactly what I wanted. I filled out the online credit app and was contacted by a salesman. He said I needed co-signer so i refilled out the application. I replied to his email letting him know it was done. I did not hear anything for a couple hours and he had been very quick to reply before. So I called and he asked me to text him so I did letting him know I had resubmitted the application. I got a thumbs up as a reply. I didnt hear anything after that ajd it has been 3 days. I would not recommend them based on this. I will take my money where it is wanted.

If it looked that bad on the outside, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE UNDER THE HOOD. No thank you! Also get a better attitude!

Found a really nice car at a great price. Orin did a great job at helping me find a car that was in my price range with low miles. There are a few cosmetic scratches on the car, but I haven’t noticed anything major! They have a brand new building, very clean and updated. Very friendly staff! Bought a Honda Pilot we first saw on car gurus. After contacting Brian Lowe we set up a time to meet and look at the vehicle. Brian was completely transparent in all of the things that came up and that needed fixed on the vehicle and then after agreeing on a deal he went above and beyond to make sure were well informed and kept us up to date and sent pictures of progress until we were able to pick up the vehicle.
