Although I just had an oil change, I had an excellent experience. The young lady that assisted me with as very friendly and efficient. The wait time wasn’t too long. I had to come back the next day to retrieve my glasses if accidentally left there. When I walked through the service area to see the cashier an associate greeted me and as I was leaving wished me a good day. This made me feel very good that Byers is a place that will take care of you no matter why you are there.

People were very friendly and they seemed to do a good job, but it took an hour and a half for an oil change. My appointment was at 3 and I left at 4:30.

Repaired a tire. I was told by Tire Discounters it couldnt be fixed due to a previous repair. Byers inspected tire and told me it could be fixed, there were no other repairs visible to this tire. (Tire discounters wanted to sell me a set of new tires). Repaired and was very happy with their service. Cynthia was very friendly and even though they were booked solid was able to have this repaired in just a short time. Byers is by far the most customer friendly dealership I have dealt with.

My first time buying experience at Byers was amazing. My sales rep, Michal Brown, was fantastic! He took time to listen to me and helped me select the perfect Equinox! He is my sales rep for life! My seat was not moved back to its original position when my car was returned. There was blue windshield wiper fluid all over the hood of my truck and not cleaned off. It is easy to see because my truck is white. There was oil all over the plastic guard around the oil well and not cleaned off.

I would like to first start off by saying if you are looking for a vehicle – Go see Joe Browning at Byers – G.C.I found a new vehicle on Byers website, it stated that it was onsite and available. I went there to look at it to be informed by an associate (I prefer leaving this name out) it was not available and had yet to ship, but since I was interested we could start working towards a deal since the incentives were to expire soon.  Long story short a week later I had still yet to get anywhere and so I posted in the Grove City Connect page on Facebook.  I simply asked if there was anyone in the group that worked at Byers. Joe messaged me and gave me his number to call. Let’s just say by the end of the phone call (which was after their closing) he had located the car that I had been looking for – for the last week! I was in his office the following evening and I drove off with the vehicle as MINE that night! This was all executed and completed in less than 24 hours!!Joe’s customer service was A+. His willingness to help me out with a new car even though he is in used was above and beyond.  Thank you Jeremy (The GM) for allowing Joe to work this sale for me.  I doubt I would have come back otherwise.I cannot forget Kim, the finance rep. We pulled into the lot to look around with no intention to talk with anyone. We had been shopping around but I was hesitant to buy with todays economy and lack of inventory. We saw two cars that caught our eye. A lady pulled up as we were looking at them and asked if she could get the keys for us to look inside one or both of them. As we spoke to her we felt like we were talking to an old friend. She wasnt pushy but was extremely informative. We agreed to take one for a test drive. It didnt have all the extras that I was used to having on my MKC. When we returned we discussed the other vehicle a bit with her and looked inside it. Alberta Pancake (She told us we wouldnt forget her name) had retrieved an appraisal for my vehicle. The sales manager joined our conversation and joked with us a bit. My husband told him we would like more out of our car. He told us he wouldnt lose a deal over that and indicated that is why Byers is at the top in the car industry. My husband and I went to lunch to discuss but couldnt return that day. That evening about 9:30 p.m.I reached out to Bert to let her know we would like to come in the next day. She asked me which one to pull off the pad. I had decided I liked the one I didnt test drive. She told me that it would save time if I wanted to fill out the credit app online before coming back. I did. On Saturday we met Bert about 11:30 she told us our credit came back great and we could buy both vehicles. That day we were only at the dealership a short time because I didnt need to test drive the vehicle. My cousin owns a 2021 that I had driven and really liked. We went through the financing with Sheri with ease. Bert asked if we would come back on Monday to pick it up as the dealership had just gotten it in and all the extras werent installed yet. A new technician was on duty and she wanted to be sure everything was done right. She told us our car would be inside until Monday and took pictures with us of our new purchase. On Monday morning I received a text message from Bert letting me know that she had enrolled us in Onstar and to look for the link to be sent to download My Chevrolet and GM Rewards. She said it would save us time if we downloaded before arriving. I gladly did so. We texted back and forth a few more times joking that she gave me an 11 out of 10 customer rating. When we arrived on Monday afternoon our car was ready to go. Bert went over everything with us and we talked to Onstar to set it up. She synched my phone to my Equinox. We were home in time for an early dinner. My sister is now working with Bert to buy a Trailblazer.Best car buying experience ever!

Had to bring my 2020 silverado in for warranty work 4 times (5 if you count the saturday I brought it in (Bring it in anytime you dont need any appointment - and when I brought it in on saturday service said they only do oil changes on saturday) and they basically never fixed the problem with my infotainment system. I give up. I have bought 4 new Chevy trucks - 2 from Byers - but I will never buy a Chevy again and will never buy from Byers again.

Our experience at Byers was an order of magnitude better than with other auto dealers we worked with in the process of purchasing our new Tahoe. Specifically Ben & Tim took a partnership oriented approach to listen to what we needed and went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle with specific options we were looking for. Its probably fair to say we wouldnt have ended up joining the Chevy family if we hadnt stopped in to see Tim/Ben at Byers!

Absolutely the worst customer service possible. We scheduled an appt to come and test drive a vehicle. We drove an hour and a half, only to be told that the car we were to test drive was being serviced. Then told we could drive another car?? When we were given an appt time not just a simple walk in. We view the car, we dont test drive, we dont hear it run, we dont even sit in the car and the salesman wants my son to commit to buying it anyway. So we go ahead and tell him we will contact our bank, have things drawn up, pending our test drive when the vehicle is done being serviced. That was Saturday.... my son was called today and told the car was sold. Our bank had papers ready and possibly even faxed over by now. I am disgusted and appalled at the way a new customer was treated and basically thrown aside. I would never recommend this dealership, in fact I adamantly would tell everybody to go anywhere but Byers Chevrolet. Thanks for making my sons first experience with an exciting time in his life a horrible event!

Jett Stock, my service advisor did a great job for me. And the mechanics did a great job also, as usual.

A gasket was replaced free of charge although my car was just passed 5 yrs. but still well under 60,000 miles for the power train warranty.

My 2015 Chevy Spark has been there for nearly two weeks & still no idea whats wrong with it. No confidence in this Service Dept at all. No confidence in Joe/Service Mgr. This place is horrible. Im tempted to voluntarily REPO my car (even though i love it) because it will never be correctly repaired.

I love my new Chevy Trax and I appreciate everyone’s help and dedication to customer service especially Kim Kahagian who was instrumental in a last minute adjustment. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Byers to friends and family. Thanks again.

From reading the Google reviews I knew I needed to work with Erica. From the time I called the dealership and spoke with Erica regarding my wants and requirements to my financing meeting with Luke in finance was less than 8 hours. There was no comparison between the fantastic experience I had at Byers compared to the experience I had the weekend prior at Mark Wahlburg Cheverolet that was unorganized and a mess on all fronts (not following local health department Covid requirements to insulting trade in offers to being unable to locate vehicles on their lot). Byers/Erica was upfront, honest and courteous. I can’t recommend them enough.

Bought my new new(2018) truck the other day. Worked with Jimmy Jones. Very professional and had truck waiting for test drive when I arrived. Wish the prices could move a bit more but feel like the truck was solid and a good deal overall. Fair trade in on my old truck as well. Closing was a breeze, would buy another vehicle from Jimmy and Byers again.

I was in the market for a new car after selling my WRX and wanting to get back behind a gas saver. I walked into used cars after seeing a couple Honda Civics listed on the Byers Chevrolet used cars section. I met up with Kaleb and he allowed me to sit in a used 2018 Honda Civic on the lot and see if it was what I imagined it would be.. After sitting in it and not even driving it yet I was sold.. but.. it was red which I wasnt crazy about.. So Kaleb and I walked back inside and sat down at the computer and began to look online at the other Byers dealerships and see what they had. We ended up finding a 2020 Honda Civic with less than 2000 miles for just a couple thousand more! Kaleb made some phone calls and actually brought the car to Byers Chevrolet and I legit had to do nothing, test drove the car, got my down payment and that was it!! Simple as that, got an awesome rate and monthly payment as well with Kalebs help..I highly recommend purchasing a car from Byers Chevrolet and especially working with Kaleb.. Thanks again sir!!

My air-conditioner stopped working, I called to make an appointment to have it checked out and fixed a week before I dropped my truck off. When I called I asked about my warranty and Jake said he couldnt look up what the warranty covers. I asked him to check and he said he would and he would call me back. I went ahead and dropped my truck off since I had the date set for them to check it out. Jake called me 2 days later and said it would be $1100.00 and some dollars to repair and a $100 or $200 dollars to remove the rest of the freon out if the system. I told him i will just pick the truck up that night after I got off of work. When I got there I asked Jake what my warranty covered and he said warranty. He never ran it through the warranty. Then he asked me do you want me to see what the warranty covers? I laughed and said yes. He came out 15 minutes later and said the warranty covers everything but my $100.00 deductible. I said go ahead a do it. I called Friday afternoon and the lady on the phone said your truck has been completed yesterday. On my way home i went to put on my sunglasses and they were gone. Someone from the dealership stole my sunglasses. I called and aked for the manager. Some man got on the phone and said none of my guys would do that, but I check and call you back. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I had a few other run-ins with coupons for tires and oil changes but this tops it.If this is how they treat their repeat customers then I will never go back. I have always been a Chevy guy but since this happened I promise I will be a Ford guy from now on. Sad sorry service, especially from the service manager, when your told you will get a call back and dont 3 weeks later. Never Again!!!
