Great place with a variety of brands, other than the absence of redken and amika (two of my favorites). Customer service is great and they are always willing to help, although it can be confusing to tell workers from shoppers since they have no uniform or name tags. I love visiting here and getting my hair care but Ive found that they are usually out of stock on alot of items, I have had to make various trips to try and get an item specifically.

I gave this a one star because i went there to buy a set of andis hair clippers called on the phone they have the set that i want so i drive 30 mins and the lady tells me when i try to buy them ($84.99) that you have to be licensed to purchase anything from them. Like dang you could have said that on the phone . you guys lost $85 dollars over a pair of hair clippers that not everyone has a license and still usues them to cut their own hair , just seems crazy this is a rule i literally went to sallys beauty supplie and got the same ones without a license.huge fail for this place.atleast let people know before they drive there and waste gas ....

Stock is usually low on the things I need. But staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I gave this a 1 star only because of the nice young lady that helped as soon as i asked. The problem is she didn’t know what the item i wanted was. Another issue is you have to be a licensed cosmetologist to buy from the store which wasn’t addressed. It was honestly a waste of time i do not recommend.

Went in the other day to grab a couple product this isnt my usual store. I was in to grab a few product before I flew back home. My first time in 13 years have I been disappointed. I was in the rusk color isle and the girl with the curly brown curly hair was talking and the manager looked at another dark haired girl with glasses an I overheard her talking awful about the girl with the curly hair. Just think that is very unprofessional. the manager need to go to a class on being professional. I may not know the situation but that is no way to treat someone.. The curly girl was very nice and helpful, she made my experience very nice at the Grove City location. The manager was not very nice, the girl with the tattoos all over her body she was really nice but the outfit she had on was not professional, a skin tight tank top and a worn down jacket with leggings the was shear going up. The girl with the dark curly hair she was very loud and bubbly, and she knew how to promote. The store is clean and organized, you can tell someone keeps the store nice. The product was nice and neat.

Was not greater when I walked into the store.

They have awesome products and staff! Its nice to go into a store where you have to show your license to shop, great to be a professional and get treated like one too!

Upon walking in, no one greeted me. I did see a lady in the employee area. After about a minute or so another lady came out and was unaware of the product I wanted to purchase or how to order. I would like to blame this lack of service on the fact that this location is not visited often but not sure.
