SUPER customer service! Bought a couple pretties. Fresh smelling body spray.The little round container is lip balm. It has Vitamin C in it and healed my windburned lips overnight!The had a couple tables with 50% off items! Thats where the Vampire Bat candle holder came from!

The girls greatest me as I came into the store. Also let me know what was on sale in the store.Jess the cashier was very helpful getting my rewards account set up.

I walked into the Bath & Body Works Store being greeted by a Hi Guys!I turned around to see if there was a couple guys walking in behind me but No!So Disrespectful !If I had been a guy walking in Im sure she wouldnt have said Hi Girls!Please teach your employees how to be respectful of others.

I order online and pick up at this location and Im always in and out in less than 3 minutes. They are very organized and friendly.

I couldn’t remember a fragrance that was launched with the new scent control wallflowers. I asked every associate in the store even the managers and no one knew what scent it was. An employer by the name of Casey later walked in and we asked him. He was the ONLY associate that knew what sent it launched with. He gets five stars just for knowing and being that employee everyone needs. Thank you Casey!!

Went for the big sale and the selection for the 75% off was minimal. Its just hype to get you in the store. The store we visited had nice associates but the displays were very dirty. We even saw mouse droppings on the counters. Other B&BW locations have coffee beans out to cleanse your scent palet as they say, but this one didnt have them and you go into sensory overload and the scents all start to blend together. I think 75% of the store was dedicated to candles.

Never have good selections like other locations but the staff are really nice and helpful

Its kind of a maze in there. A beautifully decorated store, but the layout feels cramped especially in these socially distanced days. On the plus side, it is well stocked.

I specifically go to this location dor the helpfulness of the staff. The type of treatment I recieve here is eons above the experience I’ve had at both Easton locations.I’d like to specifically shout out Rosland, she was a great help my last trip in. A true asset to this company. Very outgoing and genuine. You don’t get that in retail customer service anymore!

There really isnt a lot of room to navigate through the store. This makes it very easy to bump into product

Went with my 6-year granddaughter and 2 shopping lists, had a difficult time keeping someone with us to help us. One girl told me she could only find two tubes of Winter Candy Apple body wash (I wanted 4). I found more on my own throughout the store (at least 3 extra locations). The store was confusingly set up to me.

I noticed there are very helpful there have a little bit of everything and the prices are really good

Very busy today they have a 3 wick candel sale going on. I believe all weekend. Sold out already on line. Some scents sold out at certain location. It was crazy with social distancing in place. Good luck if your going.

The associates are wonderful, love shopping there.The only issue is there is no handicap parking places in front of the store, and having issues in walking, have to wait most of the time for a closee spot to come open

Always a great place to find the fragrance your looking for. They make it easy to find a certain product. And they dont spray to much scent that way I can go in there and not have to spell a lot of other smells at once, just hints of them through the the store.

Best candles ever

I called for them to hold some items for me and I was told it would be there until the end of the day. I drove 35 minutes that location and my items had been sold. The manager didnt really seem to care but I do for first wasting my time and gas and for getting my daughters hopes up that we would get the scent she had been looking for.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. As always, its a little pricey. But, better to keep your better half happy.

So definitely dont need to hype them up because this place is awesome for gifts and anything that smells good and we all know that but I am happy to see that they have a bigger section for men and that we are getting more of the manly smells and not just all fruity smells.

Had what I was looking for..very helpful staff. I knew they had a 20%off going on..but didnt bring it with me and dont do email on my phone. The clerk gave me it anyhow. Love them.

They have great mens body wash

I love their products. I used to shop here for gifts much more frequently because the store world always give store credit on returns. However, the last time I received body spray as a gift, I tried to exchange it for the body wash of the same fragrance, because I dont use body spray. The person working told me that they can only exchange this for the same item in another fragrance. I told her, You can just keep it then. And walked out! I dont use body spray.

They just didnt have to much of a variety for the 1st day of sale. No air conditioning which is ridiculous in June,but the associates were nice!

The manager here is awesome! They didnt have the scents I wanted due to the 75% off sale but she was still helpful and friendly. She ever helped me find a sent close to what I was looking for.

I like it but I just don’t like when they don’t have a public restroom because people need to use it when they have to go. I am a Customer. I hope their Corporate Office puts a public restroom soon. I hope they get the cleanest public restroom.
