Writing this review solely because they managed to somehow get the best greeter in greeter history. ( Weird I know) but the kid says hi and bye to everyone. In such a way that I appreciate.

Love the Grove City Target! Employees there are so kind and helpful! Grateful for the help with school supplies today! It’s always a treasure hunt trying to find everything, but not when you have someone courteous and helpful assisting you, who knows where the items are.

This location used to be the absolute best Target. Now it’s one of the worst. What happened? Always out of everything I need and disorganized. The staff is lazy from what I see and unfriendly. Someone needs to turn this ship around and right quick.

We love Target, but were disappointed in the very low number of people wearing masks. Shelves seemed very empty in many sections, funny know if its a staffing issue or product/logistics issue..

Target is really the perfect one stop shop for just about anything you need (and all the things you dont really need) I appreciate the store is always clean and has a wide variety of an item Im looking for. I really love the quality of their clothing and overall prices of items. They have a great price matching/adjustment policy too. The front end could sometimes do a better job of directing customers at checkout since the registers are stacked and people arent always looking past the front row but employees are usually very helpful

I just read a review by a Leona Beck, regarding an employee named Julie. I’ve been to this target over 100 times and make a point to deal with Julie but she left the store in January or February to my disappointment. So I wonder how this Leona Beck had a bad experience with a person that didn’t work there at the time she reported having a bad experience. Strange, Target isn’t nearly as good since Julie left. I think people like Leona should probably seek psychiatric help, sounds like a person with an ax to grind and not honest. Target is still great, but better with Julie.

The lady who was working the self check out tonight 5-13 around 6-7pm. Was the sweetest person and made my day! She helped me when I was annoyed with my gift cards not working with a smile on her face! She also made my daughters day and made it possible for her to get her princess vanity she really wanted. Definitely need more people like her! Sorry I didnt catch your name but thank you so much!!!

The Target pick up is an amazing new service. It is so convenient! Many times I have pulled up and the Target employee was walking towards my car as Im pulling up. We love this service and use it all of the time for quick easy things that we forgot to get on our grocery pick up.

I was checking out the other day and a lady named Julie was very unpleasant to me. She didn’t want to help me and rolled her eyes like I was stupid. I asked this younger lady to help me and it’s amazing how a teenager can be more pleasant than an adult. Most uncomfortable customer service situation.

Always friendly staff. There’s always cashiers for the registers

Would be nice if they would tell you that their fitting rooms are closed. I was shopping for items I wanted to try on for over an hour only to find out that their fitting rooms were closed. Asked several employees when the fitting rooms would open - they didnt have a clue! I didnt bother putting the items back on the racks. So disappointed.

This Target has went way downhill. Never stocked, dirty, rude employees who stand around talking, and they dont follow the mask mandate. It used to be so nice, Im not sure what happened. The location on Hilliard Rome Rd and the location at Lennox are both significantly nicer than this one.

Worst place to shop at. Don’t place a pick up order they give you the wrong stuff and are rude.

Target has great kids clothes and home goods; howrver, they are often out of stock on new/advertised items. The lines for checkout are often horrendous with maybe one regular lane in addition to only a few self-scan options. There is always a terrible smell walking in (it has always been there, even before the pandemic). No clue what it is, but it gives me a headache each time I go!

I live in Colorado but I am here for a while to help my mother. She lives in Chillicothe but all they have there is a competitor store that I very much dislike shopping at and supporting. I have always been a Target shopper. This is not the target that is closest to us. But on my many trips out here this is the target that I prefer. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I can always find everything I need here. I absolutely love this location! The people that shop at this location are always polite and courteous. Can’t go wrong supporting this wonderful store!

Store manager expects me to have X-ray vision knowing what door is not blocked from the outside tried to give a suggestion of putting a empty palette or cone or a shopping cart in front of the door so we would not have to move the truck three or four times to figure out what door they want us in. PS there is no telephone number on the bills of lading to that store so we can call ahead and find out what door they would like as in the only reason the store manager wanted me to move doors is because she was too lazy to move the palette of empty pallets that was blocking the door

I usually love Target. This one is so crowded. I couldnt get through the aisles. Signs didnt match merchandise. At one point I couldnt get to the fitting room due to a narrow aisle and an abandoned cart and the attendants just watched me and kept talking to each other. No one offered to help in any department. They were all in mini groups having not so private conversations. Checking out was the best part, my cashier was friendly, quick and efficient. Come on Target I want to love you again.

Wont be back at this location. Did not appreciate the little girl in the front of the store harassing me about not wearing a mask and then asking me to leave as others were walking in with the mask on their chins. Its all virtue signaling at this point and its really a shame that this clown show is still continuing.

Absolutely love shopping at this local store. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I often use the self checkout where I frequently run into a lady named Julie (short, blonde hair), I’m not sure if she’s a manager but she is ALWAYS kind, upbeat and smiling! I appreciate her spirit, I think she embodies what Target is all about.

Store was clean but it was filled with employees standing around and gossiping which made it awkward to shop. I started to get uncomfortable and left.

This is a pretty nice Target location. They carry the same things all Target stores do, but it feels like a higher end building with a lot of space so things dont feel crammed in.

The associate was very helpful and pleasant.

This is not a very nice Target. The store was filthy. Trash all over the floors. Windows and doors of entrance filthy. No Sanitary Wipes for the carts. The Starbucks at this Target was filthy as well. The floor and area where you get napkins etc, and the tables. The coffee machine wasnt working either. The Target bathroom was disgusting. One toilet out of order. One filled with TP and other gross things practically overflowing. Floor filthy. Half soap dispensers empty. Sinks were filthy. The bathroom smelled awful as well. We came to this Target looking for Sneakers for my toddler grandson. They only had a few choices and were out of all small sizes in all Sneaker choices. The store was a mess as far as the shelves of shoes, clothes etc. Definitely wont shop at this Target again.

Emily and Ilene are our target friends says my 8 year old daughter. They are both awesome and super friendly. Emily bends over backwards to help us anytime we need her! Ilene always genuinely asks how I’m doing and is always pleasant. Carrie K helps us at the service desk with anything with a smile on her face! Love them all!

Clean store nice workers

Associates up front are nice but the ones actually in the store wont make eye contact, or actually are giving off such negative vibes you dont even want to try. I shop there but Id never send my parents or anyone who needed help or liked to ask questions, the associates would make mincemeat out of them. Even managers are all wrapped up at barking orders at associates and walk briskly past to be sure no eye contact is made, super unfriendly. But again, the cashier and front end supervisor were both very nice.

This was my first time using this service. I received everything I ordered. The young woman that brought me my items was alert and friendly.

It was very quick and easy. It saved me time when I was in a rush. The customer service is always great. The staff is always so kind.

Regular shopper at the Grove City Target. I have witnessed first hand, Manager (Julie), who has been found1. RUDE to customers, including myself on several occasions!2. She can NEVER admit shes wrong.3. She finds excuses when she is proven wrong!4. Smiling is NEVER a part of her persona.Why they allow her to be a manger, shows poor creditably on a corporate level!Suggestion: Find better personable management staff that can handle situations and customers without demeaning them. So much for the friendly neighborhood store.

Grocery section is Phenomenal! Shelves are well stocked, neat and clean!

I find it annoying they crowd the plus size section with clearance. It gets mixed up on the other racks and is frustrating for a plus size shopper to sift through. The plus size section is tiny and sparse. Sure, they offer more plus options online, but I want to try on the clothes and not wait for them to ship. That is why I go to a physical store and more plus size shoppers would, if the sizes were available. I also Wish they’d keep straight size clearance in the straight size section and Plus size clearance in the plus size section. Or, move the plus size section to the front of the store and put the plethora of straight sizes in the back, if the reasoning behind it is “clearance needs to be in the back by the dressing room”. Also, the belt selection is terrible and hard to find. A very friendly employee helped me find them. I also liked the speedy self checkout.

So much stuff

Always good buys at Target and now we have our own in Grove City.So many different departments. Clothes for the family. Toys, electronics, and now a small food store. Some food items are a little more than Giant Eagle, but I think they are looking at it being a convenience. Save 5% using a target charge card Just pay it off soon or have a high interest rate. Play the game, but save money.

The very first person I spoke to at the customer service counter was a young man who was more than happy to help. I wish I would’ve got his name.i will call the store in the morning to make sure his efforts are recognized. It was time for him to leave and he made sure I was taken care of before worrying about leaving for the night.

The items I ordered were not inspected. Once they had me sign for my order, they handed me everything. I opened the bag and saw two of the 5 pots I purchased were cracked. They then proceeded to tell me I could not return them - that I would have to return at a later date since I already signed for them. I asked if they could check for other stock in the store and it took another employee two time to bring me what I actually ordered but one was off in color and the other was ok. I still had to keep one of the broken pots. Why in the world would target not have the ability to return items that were just signed for? Also the box of The coffee maker I ordered was crushed in a couple places. I am giving as a gift so asked the worker if there was another one and he said no. He didn’t even look. While I was waiting for someone to check on the pots, I had my daughter check to see if she could go back and find me the same coffee maker and she did. Again, very disappointed in the customer experience.

Always have a pleasant experience. Usually very clean, only when it’s a mad house in there is it a little untidy. However, you always see employees working and trying to keep up with the demands of customers ( and I’ve witnessed several times where the employee tolerated much more than most could!) I also like their selections throughout the store. I really wish we had a Target in Chillicothe Ohio. And I’m not alone in that thought ❤️

This is a great Target, and they actually keep their shopping carts well organized! It does seem like toys are out of stock a lot when we are shopping for our kids, but the team members are so friendly here!

Good store, fair prices. My favorite place for movies due to the large collection of Blu-ray discs.Pharmacy section could be organized better.Overall a nice place and the employees seem to like the company there as well which speaks worlds.

Super clean store. Very friendly associates. Everything is easily located. Plenty of registers open so no waiting to checkout. 4 self checkout registers.

Only been in a couple times but I think we were the only ones in there. The prices are just too much for what you get. I think most everyone has figured that out also since we were the only ones there that I seen. Its definitely clean.

Do not order anything, and have it delivered to this store for pick up. They will keep pushing the pick up date out. Costumer service told my my item was there at the store but this store was incompetent of contacting me about my item. And when you call you can’t get through to anyone. Should’ve went with Amazon.
