Great auto parts store! Helpful and polite! Special shout out to Rob, Pat and Marvin, who helped with a light issue on our car. We highly recommend this store and count us as return customers.

My car sat for 3 mths and needed a jump. After driving over an hour the battery died after a couple trips to the store. They tested the battery and said it was definitely the problem. I keep every receipt for the car in the glove box. The battery had 8 mths left of the 2 yr free replacement warranty! New battery, no cost! While we were there 5 other people brought their battery problems to Advance! They treat you right!

These guys are very helpful and friendly and will lend a hand on helping with minor tasks like replacing wipers, checking batteries, replacing bulbs etc. They are usually stocked with parts and items.

Had to replace brakes all the way around, they did not have rotors for the front brakes, the gentleman that was helping me offered to order them and he was able to get them to the store same day and in about an hour. Earlier that what he said. Other than this one experience all other times Ive stopped in this location they have been very helpful and courteous. They have my business for the long run.

Needed a Key fob battery. My battery was changed out lickety split, no problem. I didnt even have to ask. Staff are very nice and greet you as soon as you enter.

A big shout out to Bryson for helping get the correct wipers for my 2014 Subaru. And for going the extra mile to install them for me! In and out very quickly. Will shop here again for any automotive needs.

This is a good ol auto parts store. Clean enough. All the staff I have worked with are friendly. They have a lot of spares, but of course not everything. They carry most of the name brands. I will say the off brands are hit or miss. They have most of the tools you may need, and fluids as well.

My car battery was dead and I had to walk to the store, Tom had Andy give me a ride to put my battery in, when its 30 degrees outside that means alot. Might need to train their employees a little more when they tell me the part I’m asking for doesn’t exist (a fuse)...the one I’m holding in my hand...and proceed to say I need to replace both headlights because that’s a more logical reason for both to go out at the exact same time.Spoiler alert: it was the nonexistent fuse.

I called first to ask about a part they were less expensive than AutoZone.When I walked in the door I received immediate attention. Was asked if I needed help with anything. I told them what I needed the got it for me then asked if I needed any thing else. They rang it up I paid and was out the door.Took about 10mins. from beginning to end.

When my battery died at the grocery store, a technician drove me to my car and replaced the battery in the parking lot. Highly recommended.

Convenient spot, service people refer wrong parts often, but good parts store in a pinch.

Usually they have parts for most vehicles. If not they can get them pretty quick. The prices are a bit steep, but so are all other auto parts retailers

Have purchased multiple items at this location. From parts to over the counter items such as Heet dry gas!At least 9xs out of 10xs they have the part in stock. If not, depending on the item(s). They will order them, with an in-store delivery of 24 hrs. No payment up front.Now, hard to find parts have to be ordered and delivery to the store. Takes 2-3 days. A pymt up front is required for those parts.If they happen to not have the part and you cant wait. Id call Auto Zone. They seem to have it when Advance doesnt 99% of the time. They also seem to be cheaper. So, it depends on your personal needs what route you take.Staff is friendly, most are knowledgeable. If they cant answer your question. There seems to always be a season employee there that will.

I will NOT go to advanced auto unless my only other choice is to walk. Beware of buying parts under warranty. EXAMPLE: You can drive cross country on vacation and have to buy a $380 part. Get back home a week later and if you dont know the store number address and telephone number of the place you bought that $380 part...your warranty is garbage. Trust me it happened. The stores DO NOT link together such as autozone ,OReilly etc. You can buy a part in corn cob Iowa...break down 100 miles down the road because of that very part and you are S.O.L.! ...0 STARS

Bought Motorcycle battery which only gave me 2 months runtime,..went in with my receipt & clerk tested the battery which showed severely defective. Clerk noticed that I purchased the battery over 3 months ago so he went to his boss Rhonda who in turn made the decision to have him tell me that even though I only had 2 months running time on the defective battery sold to me,..being that because I purchased it over 3 months ago they wouldnt do anything for me,..NO REPLACEMENT BATTERY OR EVEN A PORTION OF MY MONEY BACK!!! SO NOT ONLY AM I OUT THE $140 TO HAVE THE BIKE TOWED,...IM ALSO OUT OF THE $105.23 (AFTER VETERANS DISCOUNT) THAT I PAID FOR THE BATTERY....WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT ME!!! TRUST & BELIEVE,..NOT ONLY WILL I REPORT THIS TO CORPORATE,...BEING IM A VERY WELL KNOWN VETERAN & MOTORCYCLIST IN CENTRAL OHIO,..I WILL MAKE SURE THE ENTIRE MOTORCYCLING & VETERAN COMMUNITY IN THIS AREA TAKES NOTICE OF THIS,..NUFF SAID!!!
