Best Tire service in town. I called one of the Discount stores in town and got an estimate online. Then they called me and told me the price was even higher. I then called BW Tire and saved over $150. Not to mention excellent and courteous service. I wont go anywhere else and would recommend to everyone.

I would like to say that in these trying times it is great to see that Mike at Goodyear has put the customer back into customer service. I brought my daughters 2005 Scion XA into Goodyear for a loud noise coming from the rear. It turned out to be the rear wheel bearings. He was honest and went the extra mile to help get the problem done right the first time. He was able to get me the part sooner and at a better price. The car was done before originally stated. Plus he was able to determine another problem the car was having and let me know what would fix it. Mike was always on the phone letting me know what was going on and kept me informed. I have used other auto shops in town before but because of the fair, honest and great service I received at Goodyear and Mike, my car service needs will be only at Goodyear. Thanks John.

My husband had a flat and didnt have anyway to change it. He asked if they could help him by changing it and was told it was not worth there time. There is 6 bays and seven guys just standing around doing nothing. My husband would have bought three tires cause we need them. But guess what will not buy anything from this place. Why does people have to be so mean.

I took my car in the check engine light was on. I knew one of the bolts fell out of the front seat track making it like a rocking chair. They fixed the seat, I never mentioned that issue to them, they never mentioned fixing it or charging me. Just a class act place, never had a bad experience.

I had a flat tire and pulled into this Good Year at 5:30 on a Friday night. I called the tire store in Grove City that sold me the tires and they said they were closing soon and told me I could make an appointment for the next morning. I was leaving the bank and decided to pull into Grove City Goodyear.The manager saw that I was crying and told me not to worry. He said have a seat. Mike said we close at 6, but we will look at your tire. They were able to fix my flat and they left a few minutes late.Mike was so nice. He won my business and I want everyone to know that I highly recommend this store.

Great job repairing brakes but customer service needs work. Would of given 5 stars but I had to sit outside on a bench on a cold morning due to a problem the clerk had! Hopefully this was a one time incident.

I arrived without a appointment I needed my brakes and rotors replaced asap they kept me in my budget they didnt overcharge me and i was out in 2.5 hours. Staff is professional and polite. I will be back with our other 2 vehicles. MAGA

This is a great place to get tires and service on your car. Mike is a manager at this site and he respects the customers. I was in last week for car maintenance and tire rotation. Mike was incredible with an elderly couple. They told Mike they probably needed tires and he went outside to see their car. He cane back inside and told them they had lots of tread left and he wanted his mechanic to rotate and align to see if that was the issue they needed to fix.If you can trust someone with the elderly, you can trust them with your family. Great job Mike!

Wonderful folks and unprecedented service. Helped us out on extremely short notice. Did their best to help us the day of our problem, making numerous phone calls to find the part we needed. When it needed to be shipped in, we obtained a rental and they kept our car, with items stored in the back. They worked on the car as soon as the part arrived and kept our vehicle safe until we could return to settle our account and drive it home. Id give these folks a 5 star and wish they were in my hometown of Emmaus, PA. Would recommend to anyone in the area as well!

This is the only auto shop Ive been to in Grove City that talks to me like a human being and not some lost little girl. Their pricing is also very good compared to other shops, and I dont really worry about being up-sold here. Jobs are done well and on time.

Let me say this, I have found a life long company to take care of my family cars. They actually spent the time to explain what happened to my tires and did not try to talk me into any replacements until they were necessary. I have never been to a mechanic who told me I was ok! Usually there is always an upsale even if it unnecessary. The tire insurance was well worth it for rotations and today they plugged a tire for free! Thanks guys, you are always busy when I come because you do awesome work at very fair prices. You could probably raises prices but you don’t because you actually care about your customers. I actually look forward to coming here where they know me by name.

They were very helpful and efficient.

Hit and miss. Ive had 3 oil changes done here. One time dropped my car and off, had it done within an hour and a half (not bad for a random drop off- but they tell you an hour by appointment which is ridiculous) picked mine up and left my girlfriends there for hers too. Everything went well with friendly people and quick service. Next time was a completely different experience. Made an appointment, extremely slow service, charged a crazy amount for an extra 2 quarts of oil bringing it to a total of over $50 for a basic oil change. Not worth the gamble to go back at this point.

I called the night before to make an apointment, explaining I was driving to Philadelphia from Columbus. Can you look at my car in the morning so I can leave asap or early afternoon? They said Yes, if you can drop it off between 7-730? It took longer than expected . Herb was exceptionally polite and shaved a little off the top for my inconvenience.

Only place within 50 miles that had the tire size I needed in stock. I brought my wheels to them dropped them off on my lunch break and picked up my new tires on my way home. Quick service, no b.s., sold me what I wanted.Thanks

Horrible service. took in my car for 2 things to be looks at. front breaks and an alignment. they ended up taking all my tires off my rims, bending 2 of the rims and breaking the center caps off 2 of the rims and threw them in the floor board to hide the evidence. when I spoke to the manager he became very angry because I was asking questions, then I asked to speak to his boss and both were the same way. wouldnt let me speak, kept cutting me off during me talking and became angry with me when I asked questions about the damage on my car. STAY CLEAR!

I happened to be one of the victims of The Pothole on 71south on Friday. By the time I got to the tire shop I was a little frustrated and tired. I was probably the 9th person in line but Mike was so sweet to all of us and never seemed to get angry or overwhelmed with the influx of unexpected customers. Yes , it took a long time to fix my car but it is a fleet vehicle so poor Mike had to do a little extra to get it okayed. I didnt get everyones name but they all were so nice and were working their butts off to get all the cars back on the road.
