Very pleased with my experience. Tech showed up very early in my appointment window and was quick and professional. There was a part that needed to be replaced and he had one with him and was able to quickly get that repaired in addition to the inspection & cleaning.

They were great. the owner came out, provided a quote, we then called back a few weeks later. The tech who helped us, Jake-was very thorough and knowledgeable. they did not try to over or undersell and answered my questions from a tech POV vs. Sales POV. They were the least expensive, but also had the best brand recognition and upgrades for the dollar compared to the other companies we quoted from.

I called Grove City Heating & Air for a maintenance inspection of my home HVAC system that I had installed over 5 years ago. Competitive pricing compared to other competitors I called. The service technician (Noah) was knowledgeable and friendly. Replaced a capacitor and adjusted refrigerant levels, in addition to the normal inspection. After deferring maintenance for so long, its good to have peace of mind on the state of the system. Generally good experience...would recommend.

Noah came out in the fall to checkup on my furnace. He gave me some pointers on my air filter, which I was really grateful for. He recently came out to now do a checkup on my AC. One of the first things he mentioned was how he remembered our previous discussion on the air filters. Wow!Noah is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He made sure I didnt have any questions or concerns about my unit once he arrived and asked again before leaving. Relatively expensive. Was charged $100 just for them to clean some dirt out of the AC unit, not including the diagnostic fee. The quote I received was also a lot higher compared to other companies. On the bright side, they came out quickly and were respectful of the property.

I made a request online for a service call and was able to get a same day appointment which was great. The tech called ahead and arrived within the time window. My furnace is old so I was expecting the worse but to my surprise the failed part was able to be cleaned and reinstalled. He also showed me some parts that had obvious signs of wear and may fail sooner rather than later He was able to show me several options for a new furnace since mine is old and would need other parts replaced sooner than later but he definitely didnt try to sell me one or pressure me to replace my existing furnace at all. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again for my heating and cooling needs.

This is the only company I will call to fix my hvac. They were friendly professional, punctual, and most importantly reasonably priced. They charge the same price on the weekend as they do on the weekdays. They also have weekend appointments on the weekend.

The AC quit blowing cold air as the temperatures were well into the 80s. The tech troubleshot the problem to the capacitor and low on refrigerant. It took an hour and a half to deduce the problem outside in on and off rain showers. It made me renew the maintenance agreement for the year should another fault arise. Theyre very good at what they do!

Five star service from first call until the job was complete with competitive pricing! I contacted many companies about replacing my failing furnace. Grove City Heating & Air was the first company to return my call, one of the few who would provide a rough estimate without scheduling a visit, they came to my home over the weekend to measure and plan the job, and provided a final estimate that was in line with the original estimate and competitors. The installation technicians arrived on time, listened to my concerns and explained their plans. They followed appropriate COVID precautions, laid drop cloths, wore boot covers, and cleaned the work area when they were finished.

Cynthia answered my call on a Friday evening when I was expecting to leave a message. Cynthia assured me the company has worked with APHW and she was able to setup an appointment next day.Isaiah was my HVAC Tech. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain things and teach me some HVAC concepts. The AC unit had to be replaced so he went to bat for me with APHW. He worked with his manager to get any and all discounts I qualified for because APHW was not going to pay much due to the age of the unit. He even got me a portable AC unit so I wouldn’t have to deal with the heat.The install team came 2 days later to install the AC unit. They were also very thorough and they answered every question I had. They told me they wanted to continue the great service I received earlier. We had a serious gas leak. Mr. Anderson scheduled Noah to come out the same morning. As expected there was a gas leak requiring furnace to be shut off and as expected, a new furnace was installed the next day. Shane & another repairman showed up right on time. Went online to schedule service appt, received a phone call in an hour to confirm and let me know tech will be out by noon(no heat) Noah arrived around 9. Noah was very professional, explained everything. Showed me tests he was running and results of them. Due to age of unit and cost to fix it was decided to replace the furnace. He went over all different options I had. Install was scheduled very next day. Overall I am extremely happy with the service they provided.
