Just want Bi Lo to know what a jewel they have in Ann. She works in the deli. Most helpful, sweet lady in Bi Lo in a long time. At her raise time...remember this post. She has waited on us a few times. Always the sweetest person. Please tell her of this post. I told her Id give a review.

This BI-LO has been is the process of re-arranging the Iles and location of items. However, the store is always clean and has a good supply of everything. The staff are always very helpful and kind.I only gave Four Stars because the location of many items are now placed where I have to search for them or ask for help locating them. The new location set-up is a little challenging. 🙂

I would just like to share to sticks that for one not everyone is that concerned about wearing the mask and if you are you should be wearing yours. If you’re that concerned about you getting sick then maybe you just stay home and have everything delivered instead of complaining about what other people are doing and finally I really don’t appreciate you taking pictures of my daughter and posting them for the world to see without her consent,so i think it would be best if you delete the pictures and you can post all of the comments that you would like to.

Best meat selection of any grocery store and their staff is the best compared to any industry. Since our local store closed we drive to the next nearest location to get the benefit of excellent products and reasonable prices.

Used to really enjoy this place. But with all of the covid-19 issues they have become a major let down for me.Below you can see I added photos that the staff does not properly wear their masks including their manager. These are just two of the photos I took from the around the store. They have big signs on the front doors saying masks are mandatory, but they will not actually enforce their own policy. Half of the people shopping in the store were not even wearing a mask.I called corporate to ask what their policy was and how they enforce it, they said they would not put their employees in danger because someone may get mad for being forced to wear a mask.From what I gathered from the conversation, theyd rather risk the lives of multiple customers and their families by risking spreading covid-19 because the people not wearing a mask are more important.Its sad, because the store used to be great, but it has become apparent that Bi-Lo is more concerned about their revenue than their customer safety.

Pretty clean and organized well stocked staff is very knowledgeable about the store. However there bagger could stand to learn a few things smh

The staff at Bilo are wonderful.I know its probably the pandemic but the prices are getting higher and higher! And not quite the selection as before. I have here for years! Dont go anywhere else.

Bi-Lo is my best friend. They are so friendly and always clean and I never have any issues with finding anything. Keep up the great work.

I went to Bilo in search of just a plain white cake for my daughters bridal shower on Friday, August 23. After looking a few minutes, the lady behind the counter told me to let her know if she could help me. I explained to the two ladies what I needed. After a moment of discussion, one of the ladies said, she thought they had some in the freezer. So she went and got me one! Now that’s customer service!😀

Very disappointed in how they allow people to roam the store with NO mask although there are signs that require them. It was more irritating today when there was a man with no mask coughing up a darn lung and it sounded very wet! No one told him anything.

I had stopped shopping here because their prices were a bit high. We stopped in today to buy groceries, and I was reminded of just how nice this store is. The prices have come down a lot, so they fall more in line with what I can spend to feed a large family. We will be shopping here again.

I didnt hate it but nobody was wearing a mask and my husband and I just walked out both wearing mask and opened a pack or dried okra which was stale and walked right back in and they treated me like I had a bomb and let me know I could get another pack which were 2 more they were all stale. I work in healthcare and know and understand proper PPE. The store manager needs to work on her customer service skills

Really, really, really disappointed today. With the exception of 2 employees today all were wearing a mask with their noses exposed! They might as well not be wearing a mask! Why doesnt anyone care if they give others the virus? I dont get it. Will not go back there!

Right now Bi-Lo is in the process of shutting down. They are selling all the merchandise in the supermarket at discounted prices. The store will close for a while and will reopen as a Food Lion. This is happening to all the Bilo in the area sorry to see them go

I like this Bi-Lo. Its neat and clean. Nice size isles to walk through. Not usually crowded. Staff is very nice.

My husband and I have been shopping here for the past 3 years every single week. Today was the first bad experience and the worst Ive ever been treated anywhere. I had to wait 15 min before i was even acknowledged. When I was finally I still had to wait 5 more min before she even came to the customer service desk. I was immediately greeted with a very bad attitude. She proceeded to tell me I could have had any of the cashiers help me. But I was told t go to customer service by the coinstar machine to sum it up the lady threw mug money at me and I had to pick it up off the counter. We wont be back I can bet you they dont even reprimand her. What a joke. Absolutely unacceptable.

They have cookie cakes, and I thank them for that.

Not the best store anymore really. My dad and I had a great time though watching the hot bar catch on fire then put itself out. The staff did not respond very well to the situation, so if it had been worse then what it was they would of had a real disaster.

The best Bi-Lo in Greer. Tara and David always greet you when they see you come in. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Great deli and bakery. The store is always stocked well and the produce and meats are always fresh with a great selection. Great store.

Normally a nice place to shop and I give good deals there. Sadly, I had a bad experience tonight when I couldnt get any employees to even look in my direction while waiting at the service counter. Finally have up and left. Normally its better.

This location is very clean and stays open later. Staff is very friendly and product is fresh and well-stocked. Ran in the other night for a last minute forgot item, oil needed to fry something we had already prepared, and woman opened a register for me to get through, having noticed I was in a rush. She truly knows customer service.

Store is closing then you might not find what you are looking for.... but at the same time they have lot of discounts to clear the inventory.

I use this bilo for all my meats. They have a wide variety of roasts, chicken and hams. Check them out. Employees are nice always helpful. 😁

Easy in and out, great sale prices.

Groceries are good, dairy and produce are fresh. They dont have the lowest prices in town, but the quality of their groceries is excellent, well worth it you shop smart, and dont like the big crowds of bigger stores. Also they have a good rewards program (plenti card.)

High prices but I love the people.

Very clean and well organized. Kinda reminded me of walking into Publix. No bakery really but, good meat choices. Also found it odd but very refreshing to NOT see a whole isle dedicated to soda :) Good beer and wine choices. Prices seem to be average or better. Good sales on meat.

Good prices on groceries, and awesome people work here. When my child was born, we needed some gas drops, and they were just closing, but the manager let me come in to get them! I guess he saw the panic on my face :) - it was much appreciated!

This BI-LO is our favorite! Perfect location! Dill Creek Commons packs a lot of good ness to choose from! Friendly store clerks always make shopping a pleasure!

They have good prices on alot of their items. The one in Greer located on the corner of Wade Hampton & 357 has closed down. The one on Wade Hampton across from Lowes is still open & they also have a Pharmacy. The BI-LO across from Lowes in Greer is closing, FOOD LION has bought them out.

Bi-Lo is a great place to get food in other stuff that you need. the employees are well informed of what they have in their store. and they are nice and they treat you with respect.

Price and quality have gone way up. The Fresh Market has better quality meat and lower prices. We are pretty much done with Bi-Lo.

Unless you are blind or disabled, theres NO reason to bring your dog in a grocery store. In this summer heat, leave them at home. I do not like shopping where there are fruit and vegetables exposed that are now also covered with dog hair. And your dogs butt is sitting where my eggs go. Bilo say or do something... anything.

The employees were very nice and helpful. Although, it appears that this company has given up on what their stores look like. Theres no really good shopping flow, items seem to be scattered throughout the store. Allow yourself extra time while shopping here, as you may need it.

I usually like going to this store. But today at 145 it was filthy. There was hand towels thrown in the entrance and litter scattered around. Out of the 6 fat free milks, only three of them looked clean enough to purchase. The cashier was not friendly and I had to wait about 15 minutes to check out even though it was the slow time of day.

There are two BiLo within 4 miles of my home. I prefer this one overall as it is much cleaner, items 98% of the time in stock, and their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices great. There are BOGO specials regularly. Checkout is fast and they also have self checkout, but I prefer to go to an employee. They have a floral area and their deli and. Alert offers high quality items for a good price.

Was at the check out and was having an issue with the self check out not bring up right price, employee walks up and before I can finish asking a question he types his number and walks away, never ending his conversation with another cashier and doesnt even acknowledge me or my friend. On our way out he was just looking down on his phone, I thought the whole thing was a joke, like if I was on what would you do. I was expecting John Quinonas ton come out but no, just truly horrible customer service.

BI LO at Dill Creek in Greer is horrible. Bought 2 jumbo packs of Smithfield spare ribs for a cookout tonight. Brought them home. My wife cut one pack open to prepare them for the grill and they were rancid. Smelled like rotten eggs. Experation date was August 7. They gave me a gift card because we lost the receipt. Gift card was fine but my house still reaks from the smell. Burning 2 incense sticks at one time just to get rid of the smell. Someone in the meat department needs to be fired

Went to Bilo on Old Spartanburg Road last night at 8 PM to get green leaf lettuce..no lettuce at all on their crushed ice...no one in produce area so I asked for help in meat department. Employee states all lettuce is removed by 7 pm...due to the ice. He offered to go into the back produce area and after waiting too long..he brought out 2 tiny wilted heads of lettuce with only a few leaves on them. I told him that the 2 heads were still not worth $1.99 together and he said that they would have to charge twice because they were SEPARATE items..I told him NO thanks...Illgo to Publix. On the way out the door I let a manager know what happened and he said that he was sorry that they were unable to help me today. They need to attend customer service classes at Public and then repeat again at Chick-fil...A.

So sad! Newly remodeled outside, but i inside was not what it used to be. I have never shopped at a Bi-lo that disappointed me so badly. Five items on my list....do you know they dont carry Zest soap? What? Nor did they have poblano peppers. I went on a Wednesday, first day of sales circular, the shelves were newly bare. I love Bi-lo, but this day I wound up going into Taylors and doing Lidl and Aldi. I live on NC and SC border and made a special made to this Bi-lo.... Not gonna do that ever again. So sorry Wade Hampton Bi-lo. I thought yall were closing down like the others did by the way your store was stocked. Ingles, here I come.

Decent grocery store in the big scheme of things, and on the better side as far as Bi-Los are concerned. The facility is fairly clean and the workers are helpful. Like most Bi-Los they seem to be lacking in brand and produce variety. Parking is OK, sometimes it can be a pain getting back out onto Wade Hampton.
